The day before my daughters wedding and only a few hours before the rehearsal dinner (on a Friday afternoon ) the septic system backed up and was flooding the yard where there was to be a large gathering after the wedding. There were many guests from out of state. Dave was there within 3 hours and pumped the system. He was also back at 6am Saturday morning to do a repair. In 2013 they were able to diagnose the problem quickly. It required a new septic pump (the original from 1999 failed).
