Worst manicure ever. I kept asking for shorter. And rounded. See the photo… The acrylic doesn’t even cover my whole nail bed and it’s all over my fingers and hands!! Tools were dirty, everything was nasty! And to top it off- 2 of the techs including mine were hacking up a lung and so was their child. During a pandemic! I will be calling the health inspector in the morning.

Such a great experience! They got me, my sister, and two nieces an appointment within an hour. We arrived about 15 minutes early and they took us in right away. One of the gentlemen was extra friendly, funny, and amazing with my 7 year old niece. Cracking jokes and interacting with all four of us! Great and quick work! Fair pricing, and great customer service. I would highly recommend.

The actual worst!!!!! I cant even look at them. I was also yelled at for making his job harder because I couldnt relax my fingers. Theres glue ALL OVER my fingers. I gotta say this loud for the people in the back - RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

First I asked to keep them almond shape. She rounded them. So I had to shape them myself. Then. I don’t know what she used but this was after 30 minutes of soaking off (at another salon) and had to be filed off. Horrible.My nails broke one by one and had to cut them all short now.

We had the most amazing experience here (for the second time.) The guys were so sweet, funny, and very detail oriented. I got an upgraded pedi for going on my birthday, complete with organic products and birthday bubbles. We were pampered for well over an hour and left extremely relaxed and satisfied. There is nothing like a great pedicure that is not rushed through. We will absolutely be returning to this amazing nail salon with exceptional service!!

I just left and I can honestly say I will not be back. I went in for a fill and gel polish. I let the technician know several times the drill tool he was using was very hot and while he apologized he continued to use it. I had to speak up and ask him to let the drill cool down. I think he filed more of my skin than my nails. After speaking up he sloppily applied gel polish and sent me on my way, at that point I didn’t even care and just wanted it over with.

The drill he used was super hot and he cut me with it as well. after he was done completely, he sprayed alcohol on my hands and all my cuts and injuries burned so bad, thats what made me realize he cut me. also he was super rough and i didnt enjoy my time, but my nails came out really good so im not as mad as i should be.

Absolutely did a terrible job. payed $50 for nails that are long and chunky and not blended AT ALL. i don’t recommend

They didnt let me choose the length & they look terrible. he cut me & they have glue all over them. terrible. never coming back

I love this place! They make acrylic nails look natural! Ive had acrylics for 3 years now. in other locations surrounding the area, its a game of Russian roulette. Sometimes they are gorgeous other times youll leave crying. Ive been to c&t nails several times now. I will continue to make the 30 minute drive here. I do not have anxiety as I watch them do my fills. They know what they are doing. Lee is talented with free hand nail design. They pay attention to detail. The hand massage after is SO WORTH IT! They also are fairly priced. I love that I dont have to guess the price each time! They have set pricing, and dont make up their own prices on the spot! Thank you! I will return, again and again!

They are nice and do a good job however they pressured me way too hard into spending way more than what I wanted to. I only wanted to get my nails filled in, she told me shell save me money on my nails if I get a pedicure I told her I didnt have time, she said plenty of time and rushed through both the nails and my pedicure. I wasnt happy with having spent the money I did. Why cant my no be accepted? She kept pushing and pushing making me feel like my no was less and less acceptable until I finally said yes.

My nails came out ok, but some are crooked and not filed correctly. They aren’t painted well and you can see through parts of the paint. I asked for acrylic nails, which costed 30 dollars, and they gave me gel nails which costed 40. When I got in my car I noticed that the paint was barely on. And it isn’t clean at all. One of the workers literally went outside, smoked, came back in, and didn’t even wash his hands before working with a client. I think the state should look at this place because it’s clearly a health hazard. When I asked the woman doing my nails to fix the crooked nails she literally made it worse and disregarded me complaints by saying “it’s not done yet” and the ignored my complaints. Like 20 minutes later I asked her to fix it and she, again, made it worse. And did I mention the kid that brings around a whole bunch of toys? Basically it’s just not sanitary and they clearly can’t tell the difference between straight and crooked.

Well as I sit here today waiting for them to open at 9:00 am now being 9:12 am with no owner nor staff in sight, think you should just shut shop your staff even when the owners are on time aren’t . And owner excuses disrespectful behavior s, next time leave a notice on your door to let your patrons know you won’t be in so they aren’t sitting the parking lot wasting gas time and money. As we give you a fair amount to do a service

Dirty! After you are fine using your tools, you put them in a solution which does 99% it the job, and then you put them in a machine that practically cooks the remaining bacteria off making them completely sterile. Last visit, I watched a man take the tools in a bucket and bend down in front of the machine like he was putting them in, but only opened and closed the door and stood back up with the same bucket. they don’t clean their tools! nasty

I love, love, love it here! I used to go to L.A. nails in Yarmouth when I lived there, and now I live in Topsham. The two places are business partners and both great places to go! Staff are super friendly and very talented. I have always been impressed with the care they take for each customer. I recommend both establishments to friends and family all the time!

Please read! Sorry its long but its something worth knowing before coming here!! I am not one to leave bad reviews over a crooked nail, or a little too long of a wait but this was much more.. it started with the fact that when she asked if I wanted my nails trimmed I said yes, only what has grown out though (I had almost inch long) and I dont know if thats hard to understand but she trimmed my nails IN HALF. Not cool, that takes a long time to grow back.. then I mentioned my stiletto nail was off centered. Didnt fix it. Then I had picked out a see through silver polish with light glitter to it I wanted and they didnt allow me to get up and show them it. Instead they just kept showing me other ones that I didnt like at all, but I eventually just settled for a solid silver polish which was not at all what I wanted but I was tired of trying to explain I wanted a see through polish with light glitter. Not to mention all my nails are different lengths. Now what got me was when I had a nail lifting & a little painful, I like them to take them off because they wedge a tip under and it pops off with no pain or damage and instead she just RIPPED MY NAIL? Not proper at all.. I could have done that at home... she also sanded my nails WAY too much, using too much force, I was burned many times and I told her that. You could see my red nail bed peeping through.. she also filed the side of my finger which made me bleed. I could look past all of this, but when my cuticle started getting a red blotch a few days after which has resulted in an infection, I decided this experience should be shared. Very nice people, but this isnt okay. I wish I read these reviews sooner, and if anyone else goes there I hope you have a better experience or I hope they start cleaning their tools properly & not overdoing things to the point of hurting their guests!Edit: one week later a painful break, as there was no apex built to the nail. All around mess.

Great job doing my nails. Overall their prices are great and they do a great job! I recommend trying this nail salon.

Place was nasty dirty, no new technologies, still using old old equipment, didnt listen to what I wanted done, tried to make nails square, wanted oval shape. Cut way to short horribly, and left knowing I would NEVER come back. Dont go, unless you have alot of hand sanitizer!!!

They did a decent job with appearance of my nails. However, they quoted one price then charged more. A LOT more. There were no price listing for services available. so I asked for a basic pedi, and was told the mani/pedi combo was $50. My tech pressured for a more encompassing pedi and I said “No” but she processed in spite of my correction. I contemplated not getting nails painted but decided ‘why not!’ Well. The end result was extremely expensive!! The blowback of telling them about the price error was crazy so I paid and left with decision to not go back. I truly believe these tactics & practices to achieve higher profits are common. They are ripping off unsuspecting customers!

Service was terrible, if I could rate it negative stars, I would. Girl who did my nails was obviously not happy that I was only getting a polish change and not a full manicure. Tried to charge me an extra $5 just for cutting two of my nails down for me. The whole time she was very rough, left my nails unclean and did a very sloppy job on the painting itself. Meanwhile, all the workers there were yelling at each other in Chinese. Worst nail experience I’ve ever experienced, wish I could get my money back.

I love this place! Technicians are friendly and do a great job paying attention to detail. This means a lot to me as I have OCD and cant stand when my nails are cut crooked or if there are spots on the side of my nails with no Polish. At my job, I do quite a bit of typing, my technician took this into consideration and made sure that there was color and extra clear coat on my tips to prevent breakage. They take their time and do not rush just to get more people in their chairs. Prices are comparable to other salons in the area.I recommend this place.

I hope you dont come here to relax, and if you do, you better make it on a day that the owners dont bring their son into the salon with them. He is 5 years old and has a collection of 20+ toy guns and has a terrible habit or ripping toys out of other childrens hands. My son lost the toys he brought into the salon as a result of Ben taking them and hiding them.The actual pedicure itself I received was terrible. My toes were not even shaped at all and the paint job was awful. I was too distracted by the chaos caused by the owners son to notice until we left. I know the proper thing is to not bring your children with you but I also dont think it is proper to bring your child in to work with you if he is going to steal other kids toys and rip toys out of their hands. Very disappointed with the service.

This place is awful! I dont usually do reviews because everyone has their own opinions but this place is actually dangerous.. I was there for 1 1/2 hours getting a fill with shellac and then spent another 20 mins on top of that trying to get a flower on one of my nails and I had the guy take it off half way through one of the nails because it just wasnt looking good at all. I told him to just do dots because they are cute and easy, so he did. I gave a tip, paid and left. When I got in the car 2 of my nails were lifting already. I went back in and showed them what what going on and asked them if I came back later could they fix it (my daughter is 2 and was being fussy so we had to get her home to nap) they said no NOW, and I couldnt be there any longer so I just asked for my money back because I was going to need to go get them fixed. The owner said in order to get my money back they needed to take them off... So he got out the drill...I stopped him after 3 nails because he was drilling my actual finger! Never had this happen before... Come to find out the guy who drilled them off isnt a licensed nail tech! I have pictures but it wont let me post pictures. I am in touch with the state about this and they are investigating the salon. Please save yourself the torture and do not go there!
