I could not wait to write this review. I absolutely loved this place! I was recommended by a relative . I am so glad I went. The office I used was in Topsham Maine, I believe they have multiple sites.From the 1st call to the office I have been treated very professionally by the two that I was working with, Erica the office technologist to Sidney the specialist doing my exam. In speaking with Erica she was extremely helpful with any question I had, if she didn’t know the answer she would get the answers I needed. She was a very comfortable person to be around.... down to earth. Sidney the specialist was very easy to work with as well. Sidney with out hesitation and patience helped me through everything I needed to know. Sidney explained things so well it did cut down on the amount of questions I thought I would have.I have every bit of confidence in this office to always be looking out for my needs. The company that makes the hearing aids I received is a really a great company. From every thing I know so far they appear to be fair and back their product.I just can not say enough about the Hearing Healthcare Associates business that I was recommended to. Be sure to let them Tina Weeks recommended you as I just don’t give out those kind of praises every day, I absolutely do recommend them.

I first met the people at Hearing Healthcare Associates when my mother needed hearing aids. They were attentive to her needs and always went out of their way to make her feel comfortable and took care of her and any issues that arose. I have since been going to them for my annual hearing exam since my work exposes me to loud noises. The last three years of exams have been much more thorough and professional than the previous exam sites I had been using. You can tell that they sincerely care. They have my full confidence.

Dr. ZIMMERMAN is excellent, I started seeing her more than 15 years ago and I since stopped wearing my hearing aids. I recently realized my need for them so I immediately called HHA in Topsham due to my previous experience with them. It had been 10 years since my last visit and she remember who I was and I felt like I had been going to her on a consistent basis. Dr. ZIMMERMAN is kind and attentive, she understood what I wanted and helped me pick out a hearing aid that was right from me on the same day. I look forward to the improvement in quality of life due to Dr.ZIMMERMANS help and the latest hearing aid technology.

Everyone is amazing, staff is friendly, helpful and always ready to assist. Corinne is the best, she takes the time to answer all your questions and concerns. Ive seen her and said that I had a stupid question and shed say there are no stupid questions. Shes always been there for me and I dont know what i would do if she wasnt there.

I’ve been going here for many years. Corrine is a great person to have as an audiologist. She knows her stuff well and is very patient and friendly.I’ve been to couple places and keep coming back to her.

During Covid, they are offering curbside assistance for certain routine visits, such as inspecting and cleaning the hearing aids. I was in and out in no time. Dr. Zimmerman and staff are very pleasant, friendly.

I am an (approaching 70) retired Speech/Language therapist. Decades back I was diagnosed with a progressive hearing loss and sure enough, today, I have pretty much no hearing in one ear. Fortunately, I have retained pretty normal hearing in one ear. Even knowing that my hearing would deteriorate, I was told at the time that hearing aid technology would not do much for my condition.Always having to walk or sit on my “good ear” side when out with my wife was a nuisance - even more irritating was having someone call my name out loud and I would have no idea where the voice was coming from.On a whim, I responded to an offer from Hearing Healthcare Associates for a free hearing analysis hoping that technology might have improved. BEST DECISION EVAH!!Corinne Zimmerman, Au. D., F-AAA, and all of the folks at the Topsham office have been so gracious and professional, especially in these COVID-19 conditions!I have been given opportunity to try out hearing aids with AI “cross-over” technology FREE for 30 days! I can tell you now, there is no way I am not purchasing these! I can hear and understand speech from any direction, go into restaurants with lots of background noise and make adjustments with an app on my phone to block out that background noise and enjoy quiet conversation with my wife! The Dr. I had Sydney Plummer was very courteous and listened very closely to what I explained to her about what my hearing aids were doing. Then when Dr. Plummer bought them back to me she explained why they were doing what they were doing and showed me a way to prevent that in the future. I would highly recommend them very efficient knowledgeable service

I am so happy to be working with this caring group of people.......from the audiologist Sydney to the secretary Brittany. Corrinne Zimmerman at Hearing Healthcare Associates is a highly trained audiologist (she has her doctorate) so she knows about hearing loss and how to address issues with many skills as well as the most current tools and technology. She puts her patients first. While in a trial of the newest available hearing aides she told me a more advanced model was just released and would I like to give it a try at no charge. I would recommend Hearing Healthcare to anyone.

Everything about my experience has been positive from the testing to the follow-up on my hearing aids. I especially appreciate the attention given to maintain satisfaction. I have no issues and notice while other people seem to struggle with changes in noise levels and environments, my devices self-adjust so I do not notice changes. Highly satisfied!!

I was just going to begin the ordeal of picking out hearing aides and from the minute I walked in I felt right at home and knew that everyone was there to help. Dr. Heffron was very knowledgeable and put me at ease. I highly recommend him and Mrs. Jones, his assistant. They were both very professional.

Was one of those folks who didnt know they needed any help with hearing until my wife suggested it. Then the clues added up...TV way too loud...asking too many times for people to repeat themselves...having people thinking I was ignoring them when I didnt hear them. Made an appointment with an ENT to find out if there was any disease or a hinderance that was fixable...there wasnt...it was just age related hearing loss. So I went to see Corrine Zimmerman. Her assessment was highly professional. Her suggestion of a hearing aid of a particular type was spot on. But what REALLY made the difference was her wonderful bed-side manner in helping me to overcome the blow to my ego that I was now going to be an old guy with a hearing aid. She helped me adjust to my new reality by gently fitting, adjusting, and configuring the right hearing aids that are nearly invisible. This process would have been very, very difficult without her. I highly recommend her and the care she brings to each and every client.
