We are a new customer with Country Fuel and cannot be happier. We switched to their propane service and it is much less expensive than their competitors. We have also asked them to service our heat pump (which was installed by another vendor) and they were timely, professional and did outstanding work. The customer service from Carrie (it might also be spelled Kerry) in the main office, Ben with the propane tank end of the business, and Derrick with the heat pump end of the business has been fantastic. We strongly recommend Country Fuel!

Country Fuel has always been good to us, but today they reached a new level. Our furnace had issues during the storms and they were not scheduled to deliver oil until the end of the week, but squeezed us in much sooner so we could check the system. They are the best and take such good care of their customers. Other local oil companies were going to charge a huge emergency fee and fuel costs were much higher. Country Fuel, you are the best, thank you!!

Wayne arrived at our home with firewood. My husband wanted to test moisture content prior to dump. We are new to wood burning and thought this reasonable. Wayne, who is also the owner dropped a few f bombs, jumped in his truck and drove off with the wood. We were also on the schedule to receive a quote for removal and installation of a new oil tank. Very unfortunate that the intergrity the company prides itself on was not available and offered to my family today. My 2.5 year old was watching out the window excited to see the old truck dump wood. Instead he got to witness this...My husband is a peaceful person. Not at all intimidating. Pretty disappointing start to the day.

Top of the list for oil suppliers in this area! I am new to Brunswick. It is winter. I misread my oil tank gauge and ran out of oil. Other companies were unwilling to take me as a new customer--including one with whom I already had an account for my house in Franklin county! The woman who answered the phone at Country Fuel (Norma?) was so very kind and sympathetic to my problem and managed to finagle an oil delivery within 6 hours of my first call! These people treat you like a good neighbor! A real pleasure to do business with and I will be loyal to them from now on!
