I live in Portland, Maine. I had to travel 30 miles to the Topsam Home Depot to purchase my snowblower because the Portland store was out of stock.These folks are all on top of their game…every one of them. They are all friendly and helpful. Adam was very helpful throughout my purchase of my snowblower. When we were loading it into my truck bed, Marshal was very perceptive by noticing that one wheel was farther out on the axle then the other wheel. Few would have noticed that. We found another clip, to hold the wheel on and get me going. And Sam in the rental unit was incredibly helpful (and knowledgable) when I had to make an adjustment to the chute after the first day of use. Remembering every detail of how to adjust it, he guided me through the operation perfectly…..over the phone!You too will notice that the Topsam Home Depot is not your average retail experience.
