I had a major problem with my hard drive that three other professionals were unable to figure out. Josh diagnosed the problem within a few minutes and quickly and inexpensively fixed it. I had my computer repaired the next day and operating much better than it had before.he was also patient with my lack of knowledge and provided several very helpful suggestions on operations and security. Definitely the most professional, competent and accommodating technology company I have ever dealt with and all for a very fair and reasonable cost.

Was considering getting a new laptop until I went to see Josh. He fixed up my old laptop (new battery and updated the storage) quickly and at a fair price. He provides awesome customer service and is generally great at what he does. He also has refurbished computers for a great price. Hell be the first person I go to when/if I need repairs next time, and recommending him to anyone who needs his help!

Great service! I came in to get my early 2013 MacBook Pro battery replaced after exchanging a few e-mails with Josh about the details. He gave me an hour estimate for the repair and finished it in a half hour. Not to mention for the duration I was waiting there, Josh displayed knowledge covering all aspects from phones to computers to data recovery for corrupted hard drives. I mean this with the most appreciative and respectful attitude, Josh is a “Grade A Nerd”! I definitely recommend giving him a call for your tech repair needs.

Great Service, Fair Pricing, and Quick Turnaround!I took my computer in with a charging issue and Josh knew exactly what was wrong at first glance! Though it was worse than either of us thought he provided great advice and answered all my questions!I ended up buying a new computer, but had I waited a few days he would have be able to hook me up with virtually the same thing I had probably for a fraction of the cost! Pricing, for parts and labor are very fair. My wife’s Mac book was having a charging issue and was overheating. He was able to replace the charger and clean the cooling vents and I was in and out in 5-10 mins for a very affordable price.

I will admit I was a bit skeptical at first it is hard to trust somebody with your electronics / your life! Josh came through for me a couple of times, he made my computer run faster and then I was having a glitch with one of the apps that was on my computer and he fixed it for me for free in no time.
