I was interested in 4 different SUV models as I started my search, all ranked pretty high on the reliability scale without a massive price tag. Of the 3 local dealerships I visited, one I walked away from within minutes as the sales person was downright cranky with me. The other acted like someone else would be along shortly to buy the car if I wasnt that interested, and didnt answer all my questions. While it may be true in this market that someone else would come along and buy the car that day, does anyone actually want to feel that way? I certainly didnt. Chris at Nissan got me so excited to be test driving the Rogue before I even pulled out of the space, because his genuine enthusiasm for the vehicle came through, so he started off stronger than anyone. He was also the only one who tried to develop a relationship with me and ask questions to get to know me, and he made me feel like he truly valued my business even in a market where the next person would have most likely bought the car if I didnt. He was the only one who made me feel he valued my business actually. He made it fun and enjoyable from start to finish.
I really wasnt the easiest customer... I had a hard time making up my mind about whether or not I really wanted a new car and then couldnt decide if I wanted another pick-up truck or not. Really appreciative of Renaud and the team for their patience and getting me into the perfect Rogue. I absolutely love it!
Fantastic bunch of people who really work hard to get you into what you want and need. Believe me when I tell you this place it 100% worth trying out. Me and my wife went to Harpswell auto and got screwed.. remains to be seen from these guys but I will say Im way more confident in this time around considering the professionalism that was displayed by the man I was working with. My terrible memory wont give me the name at the moment of this review but go in there and look for a tall man with beautiful curly hairs and he will get you all set to go back to driving a safe, and beautiful new or used vehicle.

Good sales people bad sales managers. The sales manager offered me 10,000 under the trade in on my 2020 f250 then tried to tell me how much I paid for the truck new and that the msrp on the truck was 6000 under what it actually was and that I must have got at least 8000 in rebates on the truck mind you I had both the window sticker and the bill of sales from the original dealer in the truck but I was so mad at this point it wasn’t worth proving him wrong I just wanted to leave before I blew my stack. Then he proceeded to make a “phone call” and came back with a trade in offer that was 8000 more then his first offer at this point there was no way we were making a deal when he tried to hose me originally so we left with a we’ll think about it over the weekend and as soon as we cleared the doors I looked at my wife and said we will never come back here again.
I was so pleased with the whole experience, from the moment I walked through the door! Both myself and my daughter were both ableTo purchase cars and were very happy. We were informed about what they could do for us and worked very hard to make sure our needs were met! A huge Thank you to each one of you.

Person that helped me excellent, explained the condition of my car, what was really needed for service now vs. what was recommended so I never felt pushed into anything. I asked about upcoming service over the next year or so, and she remembered all the details about my car, and explained it all really well. So, not only am I happy with the service I received, but I know exactly what to plan for over the next year or so. Car drives like like a dream now.
Took car in for grinding sound from right front tire. Dealer took a lot of time to determine exactly what it was and kept me informed. They could have told me it was a wheel bearing and charged a lot more but they only fixed what was necessary. Very impressed.

Went in on a whim, not expecting to roll out with a new to us Vehicle.Great and Friendly staff that actually listened to us.Rolled in with a 2013 Sonata that had 96000 miles on it, rolled out with a 2018 Rogue with 22k on it.
The sales staff seems have a lack of interest in selling vehicles. The salesmen that helped us. Wasnt much help. we wanted it the vehicle financed as my wife as the primary borrower but when we got the paperwork back I listed myself as the primary borrower. We had already been there for a while and didnt want wait any longer so we just went with the as myself as the primary borrower. The salesmen also had absolutely no knowledge of the vehicle he sold us. When we took delivery of the vehicle there where two mats the where left in the rear of the rogue. So we asked the salesmen what they where for and he had no clue. I had to research and come to find out the mats where to protect the rear seat in the cargo area. He never went over the vehicle with us to show us any features it might have. I have to it was one of the worst buying experience I have had. The only reason we bought the vehicle was that my wife like the vehicle and was in the price point we where looking for. I am very dissatisfied with the overall experience. They seem to lack any kind of motivation. Not what I expected from a dealer of its size.

I hope you know how special Cassandra is. She is genuine, personable and knowledgeable. She seems to really enjoy people and working there.We just moved to Augusta. I googled Nissan dealers and set up State of Maine inspections for our Rogue and Frontier. I meant to go to the nearest dealer which would have been Charlies, but since I booked with you and they could not accommodate us for weeks, we decided to stay with you. We happened to be traveling past Charlies when we pulled in to see if they could help us with a passengers side seatbelt that would not pull out. Two service technitions and two people in the parts department said it would be $359 for the new seatbelt and an extra $140 for installation. We decided since we had quick appointments with your dealership we would see what your people said. Cassandra said it was covered under warranty since it was safety related. Now, I get it, the repair guys might not be well versed in part pricing and what is or is not covered, but two of Charlies parts department gave us a printed copy of the order ticket for the part as well as quoting an hour of installation time. Shouldnt they know? Cassandra knew and we were in and out in less than an hour! Great job in the car bays also folks! Charlies also said when I asked if they started working on the seatbelt and could repair it with our having to install the new unit, could they return the part and just charge us for the labor. They said NO! Because there is a pyrotechnic charge in the part they could not return it, so they suggested we may as well just put the part in and take out $500.00 from my wallet. Cassandra was very clear about what was going to happen and what was going to be covered.Because of her service as well as the folks under the hood, we will be bringing BOTH of our vehicles here for oil changes and regular service. Driving an extra 30 minutes PAST Charlies where we know we will be treated right! When the time comes for two more new Nissans, you can believe well be coming to Lees Nissan in Topsham! We bought a new 2019 Nissan Sentra from Lee Nissan in Topsham, it’s been next to impossible to get service on this car from that dealership!! When we bought the car we were promised a loaner whenever we needed service, however they cannot accommodate, they even suggested to bring it to another dealership, to have the recalls fixed! Very Very unhappy with their service! I called yesterday to try to make an appointment for Mondays or Tuesdays, the girl said, “were booked” really? For the entire year? Seriously! Then I got a letter saying my recalls will expire on 4/12/21!!!

My husband and I leased a car with Lee Nissan in November 2020. We dealt with Shem throughout the process (the deal was done over the phone), and he was prompt, courteous and very helpful. Lee brought our car down to Portland and took our trade in back, all paperwork was walked through and explained thoroughly, leaving us feeling confident in our purchase. A month later, we found a nail in my tire the morning I was supposed to leave for an 8 hour road trip home for Christmas. After calling a dozen tire stores we learned the car and tires are too new and not sold individually. My husband called Shem and they offered to take a tire off a car on the lot and replace ours since the earliest they could get a new tire was Thursday. We were blown away at Lee’s generosity and willingness to help us in a pinch. It was a true Christmas miracle! Thank you to Shem, Kasey and the entire Lee team!

I went to that dealership to just look at a couple cars. Alex came out to just see if I had any questions. He answered everything I had to ask and then went on to explain and show me all the options with the vehicle I was looking at. I could not be more impressed with the professionalism he showed as well as the knowledge he had and the willingness to get any information I asked for. The financial department was more than willing to work with me on what I wanted to stay within on my budget. The salesman Kevin finished with all of the book options and the online items I can do through Lee. If you are looking for a vehicle I highly recommend going to see the folks at Lee best in the business!!!!
The people at Lee Nissan of Topsham are and have always been very pleasant to be around. I took my Rogue in for routine maintenance and a tire rotation. They also informed me the Rogue had been recalled for something, which I didnt know about, and they fixed it on the spot. I dont mind driving the hour to Lee in order to do business with the people there. Well worth the drive!
Service call center is a cluster. Got to my scheduled appointment, which I requested to be a Thursday and they told me it was scheduled the day before. I will never return to this place. Good bye Nissan. LEE is terrible.
I would not recommend Lees. My family purchased a used car and had it serviced there. We were told to pick the car up that evening/next morning. When my brother went to pick up the car, he saw police officers in the parking lot. Apparently the car had been stolen off the lot and was totaled in an accident. Lees would not pay for another car and they had the gall to ask my brother to pay for the work they had done. This was clearly their fault. They left the keys in the car and were negligent. What kind of company does that and then demands to be paid after they let a car get stolen? This is especially frustrating when people are struggling during these times. My brother saved every last penny to purchase a used car so he can get to his job and try to make ends meet. This company makes me sick and you should think twice before supporting them. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
No more service on Saturdays. I have taken my car there since I bought it. Won’t buy another one!!

Because I purchased my vehicle here, my inspection was free. I also scheduled an oil change. We were there for only 30-45 minutes and all work was done and my car was washed and vacuumed. There was a TV and refreshments available in the waiting room. All employees were pleasant and friendly.
My story is like something out of the shopping scene in the Julia Roberts movie Pretty Woman. Some time ago I stopped by the dealership to do some research and was interested in learning more about the Murano, Maxima, and Altima models. There were 2 men I spoke with, a manager type guy and a younger salesman. I asked if a credit check is mandatory just for a test drive and I asserted that I wasnt going to be purchasing or financing anything quite yet, just looking. At the time I was building credit so it was a bit below average, but I had just started a promising new career, plus I was going to get a large inheritance in the next few months. I told them that price is not a problem for me but I do not want a bunch of credit inquiries on my report. They gave me a runaround answer about how a soft inquiry is required (actually its legally NOT) and that it wouldnt show up as anything on my credit report. So me, not knowing my consumer rights, signed paperwork thinking they had to do it for liability type reasons and of course they unnecessarily ran my credit. Thats just a minor annoyance though, the story gets much worse and I am reminded of this dumb adventure every time I look at my credit report and see Lee Nissan listed there.I asked to test drive an Altima very specifically, and the salesman spoke with the manager in a hushed tone about something before heading out to the lot. Lo and behold, he pulls up with a Sentra that they had on sale. I was confused and asked why they brought the wrong car and they proceeded to mansplain in a very condescending manner that they feel like a Sentra is more in my price range and basically that its unrealistic for me to be interested in anything better. I guess they thought my silly feeble lady-brain cannot possibly make grown up decisions and Im just not classy enough for an..Altima? Wow. I am over 40 by the way, which made this especially disrespectful and weird. I politely refused the Sentra and after hemming and hawing they finally let me test drive the Altima. The drive was awkward and quiet, I think the salesman was put up to that ridiculous stunt by his manager and he had the decency to seem embarrassed about it. When I asked questions about the cars features he responded without enthusiasm. The car was ok, but after that charade I decided not to even bother asking to drive a Maxima or Murano.Not too long after that I decided to visit Berlin City Lexus in Portland, and had an absolutely fantastic and fun sales experience. I am now the proud owner of a gorgeous Certified Lexus that I am paying off completely next week after only having it for a year and a half. I could have paid in full on the spot but I wanted to finance some of it for a while as a way earn credit points. I also just accepted a new job making over $100k a year and am very excited to shop for a second Lexus from Berlin City for my family soon! So to the guys at Lee Nissan: Do you work on commission? Big mistake. Big. Huge!

I cannot say enough good things about Brandy from the service department of Lee Nissan in Topsham. I had two different incidents involving my car needing to be serviced (within the last 3 months) long enough that it required a rental/loaner. She was able to work with me over the phone to develop a plan on how to get my car fixed and back to me the fastest way possible. Brandy worked closely with me and accommodated my needs and any concerns I had. Anytime I have called with a concern she is VERY helpful and informational, and reassured me to never hesitate to call back if anything else arises. It’s nice to know and believe that your vehicle is in good hands, know the exact status is of your vehicle, and understand exactly what is being fixed! Brandy is very knowledgeable when it comes to cars, and has been extremely helpful, especially over the last three months. I highly recommend Lee Nissan in Topsham, and with any car troubles or concerns you won’t regret going through their service department. If you’re lucky enough to meet or work with Brandy you won’t regret it. :)

Heres my honest review of this place. First off, the customer service was phenomenal. They sent a vehicle down from another location for me, they got it right in on the lift when I asked, they were quick on the carfax. They checked all the boxes. Great sales team. However, one should note two things: Be prepared for approx. $1k in dealer fees. No joke. Second, they claim to have no haggle prices which for me is a huge turn off to them.Another issue I should mention is that they posted pictures of this vehicle I viewed, very clearly showing a sunroof from that model of vehicle (I know, because I had owned one before). Upon seeing the vehicle, there was no sunroof at all. I brought this to the attention of the sales associate, as well as a manager who had reached out to me after my visit. The picture is still in the slideshow of the vehicle. Very bait and switch feeling.
Regular servicing, oil change and tire rotation all performed in a professional timely manner. Service staff also explained and performed work required of recall. We enjoyed a reasonable and comfortable wait and were courteously informed when work completed.
Helpful and easy. Due to current societal factors it was all handled on the phone. I was treated with respect and happy with the experience.
We recently had our car serviced at Lee Nissan in Topsham. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Ashley was able to answer all of our questions. We felt our wait time was appropriate. It was so nice to get into a freshly washed car too.
Scheduled an appointment to troubleshoot and resolve a recurring noise in my front, passenger wheel. The source of the problem was discovered and other maintentance recommendation made. Lee Nissan was able to complete all the repairs the same day and have my car ready by 5 pm.I felt very safe within the facility considering the COVID-19 situation. They have implemented procedures to protect their employees and customers.
I had just bought a 2017 Rogue from the Auburn store. We hadnt owned it for a month yet and the engine light came on. I was in a panic since the 2013 Rogue we traded, lost its transmission when I still owed money on it...needless to say I was worrying was this happening all over again?? And now I owe A LOT! So we called Lee Topsham afraid to drive the car, and they told us to bring it right over. We did and they got us right in. Come to find out it was merely a loose connection and they fixed it right away. They also washed and vacd the car before giving it back! What service!! I will never go anywhere else. Lee Topsham ROCKS! Lee really IS for me!!!

We went for our scheduled service appointment and to get our inspection sticker. We needed brake pads and another couple of smaller things corrected. Everything was taken care of at our next appointment, and as usual we experienced friendly and considerate interactions. We appreciate that everything is carefully explained and efforts are made to save us money wherever possible. In addition, we leave with a nice clean car! I researched electric vehicles and chose the Leaf plus, based on range and the safety warnings system. I made the drive from Cape Elizabeth to Lee Nissan in Topsham because I knew the owner drove an electric car and they actually advertise electric cars are available. I texted the dealership and Nancy let me know what was available and scheduled an appointment. Dave, my sales person, was very patient and applied no pressure to finish the deal. I have already told 2 friends, who plan to buy electric cars in the near future, about my great experience with Dave at Lee Nissan.
