I had the pleasure of meeting Russell and he cut my hair. He was very meticulous and absolutely amazing. He has an awesome personality and is very good at cutting hair. I will definitely will be seeing him again.

All super cut salons have been extremely busy lately, and so you need to call ahead and request a time. Only problem is, they do not answer their phone. You can supposedly “check in” on their website; except it says “check in” is unavailable.

Never had a bad experience (only been twice but thats beside the point) I bring my two kids (6 and 8) and they arent always the easiest but these guys always seem to manage with. No hassle! Wait time is minimal. Two trims cost about 30 so Im exceedingly happy got out of there in about 40 minutes!

I was a walk-in customer a little while ago. The woman who cut my hair was very sweet and did a wonderful job with my hair. This was the first time I’d walked away from a haircut immediately satisfied with the result, more than I’ve ever been going to an expensive salon. Very impressed, I will be returning.

Very rude hairdresser, she pretty much told us to stop talking when we were discussing how to cut my grandsons hair. That being said, the haircut he ended up with was a good cut.

Brought my friend here for a very simple hair cut. Had some shopping to do so I didnt go in with her.. when she came out, she was on the verge of tears. Not only was her stylist (if you can call them one) completely rude to her, her hair is NOTHING like the picture she showed them. She said at one point, the woman was being so rough with her hair she asked her to be a little more gentle. To which this woman replied well I have to brush your hair, you want it done nice or do you want to keep it the way it is? On top of that, when she was done, they didnt bother to ask if she liked it or not. They just walked straight over to the register because clearly getting paid is all they care about. I dont normally review places.. But my friend was so upset I felt the need to this time. Unprofessional and a complete waste of time and money. DO NOT GO HERE.

Kim was very nice and did a great wash and cut for me...I had called ahead for 12 noon spot..and had less than 2 min wait even though they were very busy..

Wish I could give no stars. I went in to get my hair fixed and the girl seemed very unsure of the cut just because it was asymmetrical, but blamed my round face shape for it and said it wouldnt look good. Ive had that hair cut before and it actually slims my face, but whatever. She hardly cut it at all and ruined my bangs. Not to mention she was extremely unfriendly. Save your money guys.

Dont go to this Supercuts I encourage you to find a local barber or hairdresser as I believe this place hires people directly off the streets with no experience in cutting hair or hair styling. I went in today and asked the five foot doe-eyed brunette girl behind the counter for a crew cut and she looked at me like a deer in headlights. She explained that she had no idea what a crew cut is. Ive been here before and gotten really good service, actually it was the first time and only time. I really should have asked for another hairdresser as soon as I heard that she had no idea what a crew cut is but I didnt and now Im stuck with a haircut I could have done better in my own mirror at home and saved the 21bucks.

My sons haircut was wild! Not what was expected at all. Went to Kings and Queens in Brunswick to fix it the next day. They were great!!

My experiences here in the past have been great but my visit today was not. The customer service was horrible, the vibe was negative, and the lady who was attempting to cut my hair did not seem confident in the cut I wanted.

Highly recommended that you call ahead, wait times are long here as it is the busiest Supercuts in the area. However, once in the chair, you get a fantastic haircut. This is my regular place and would definitely recommend it. BUT ALWAYS CALL AHEAD (at least an hour before you plan to go there)! !

Made an appointment for my daughter. We arrived 5 minutes before the appointment time. 20 minutes later she still hadnt been seen and they had allowed a walk-in to go ahead of her. We walked out, I will never go back.

The staff was kind and courteous when I had my hair cut done. The woman who cut my hair didnt talk while she was cutting (I like this because some topics that hair dressers talk about can be quite random and awkward). She was all smiles and my hair looks beautiful!

I brought my seven year old to get a haircut. The hair dresser was rude and extremely impatient with my son. She kept jerking his head around if he moved just a little bit and was very vocal about how irritated she was with him. He’s seven! Of course he’s going to move a little, don’t cut kids hair if you can’t handle it. We definitely won’t be back and neither will the rest of my family.

Went in on a Friday and told it would be 30 mins. No problem. Told them Id run an errand and be back. Was then told it be an additional 20-30 mins at which time I had to leave to get ready for work. Came back today after making an appointment for 1:15 online (est wait time 10 mins) and told 20-30 mins. Wouldnt be a problem if the same woman at the front desk wasnt completely rude both times. Never ever had an issue before. Not sure if Ill be back.

I had a decent experience. The wait was long and the girl seemed rushed when i finally was getting my hair cut. My hair came out looking great though.

First time I went there the lady was nice and did a very good job. Second time was the same. Third time the person was a bit rough with my hair and had a snotty atitude but still did a good job.I believe in second chances so...Tonight I went there and a guy did my hair. He seemed to be more concerned about his own looks or something, or he was just anxious to leave since they were closing in an hour and a half. First he started to give me a haircut, but rushed through it. Didnt like his tone of voice either, he sounded annoyed. Halfway through I noticed it was starting to end up crooked. Once he got done with the top, it was uneven, crooked, and messy. I didnt say anything though... should have. Instead I just told him to buzz it all off. Acting a bit annoyed, he again rushed through it. I ended up minus $16 and with my hair not the way I wanted it.Never going back again.

She rushed and acted annoyed very rude and easily the worst haircut Ive ever gotten would not recommend if you plan to get your hair cut your literally better off to give a pair of scissors to a 90 year old blind man with parkinsins disease and so go at it and you would probably get better service

Music was so loud that everyone had to yell to have a conversation not a very good experience and wont be going back.... and maybe next time they want to complain about the tip then I just wont give one at all....or better yet Im positive I wont be going back

Bad experience after long time returns. I recently had my hair colored here as I have done many times in the past. The girl (Tammy)that I had doing my hair prior, always did an excellent job, but she left (I was unaware and very disappointed about her leaving!) anyway, she had wrote down specifics on my hair type and how I liked it done, on my personal hair card. However, the girl that did my hair this time didnt find that card useful and felt that she could do it better without it. She continued to criticize Tammys method and told me that I needed more red in my hair. I paid the price and was left with very orange, patchy hair. I paid 170.00 (which was quite a bit more than I had paid prior) and I was completely unsatisfied and still am. I called to speak to a manager she wasnt in, but was suspose to call me back but never did. Poor service all the way around. Very disappointed and will not be returning again.
