Nice enough folks here. This is my first visit as I was trying to find a place on Labor Day weekend to get my oil changed and there werent many options. They were willing to work with my fleet company to take care of the services needed on my truck. For this I am grateful. The wait was a little bit long due to them getting some authorization from my fleet company to do the services. The reason I gave them three stars was twofold. First, they did not carry the oil that my truck uses which is a GM dexos semi synthetic. That oil change would have been $40. However all they had was full synthetic which cost me twice the price at $80. I was not very happy about this. My truck is a modern truck model year 2016 Chevy Silverado. It is not like this is an oddball vehicle as there are scores of them out in this part of the country . The second reason was their namesake. They call themselves grease heads and they certainly lived up to this name. The three individuals that were at the shop were some of the dirtiest, filthiest looking people Ive seen in a long time. Reminiscent of someone you might find at an auto salvage yard. I was pretty surprised they were so filthy for being in the professional environment in which they work. I dreaded them sitting in my truck and afterwards had to wipe down the steering wheel and the door handles and the pillar handle which had grease all over them. I would expect them to at least have gloves on or something else when entering and exiting a customers vehicle. I would probably not visit this location again in the future.

Tried charging me almost $500 for air conditioner fix. Said I needed a part weird because I went to jiffy lube they charged 150 to refill with free on grease heads said they couldnt do it because there was a leak I will never go back even for an oil change I suggest jiffy lube for professional services they wont try to steal your money. Grease heads is totally scandalous.
