My husband and I have had State Farm at this office for 27 years! Sunshine has been wonderful in assisting us over the years. She is very patient and thoroughly explains our policies and helps in any way she can! Plus, we live in Toppenish and It’s wonderful that we are able to support and do business here locally.

Most inattentive service Ive ever experienced. Multiple errors on our vehicles coverage over the years. The most recent we discovered that our daughters car actually was uninsured for 4 months when the agent mistakenly cancelled that car off our policies. Have had to go in numerous times to straighten things out. The office staff doesnt seem knowledgeable and cant seem to get things right. Have never met Gil and Im not sure he even exists. Hes never bothered to call or offer to help when there have been problems. This in spite of insuring 5 vehicles, 1 high-end living quarters horse trailer, and our home with his agency. We must not be very valuable customers. Currently shopping for another agent.

Always a pleasure coming in. Veronica was able to get me the same level of coverage as Geico at a lower cost which meant huge savings for me! Nothing beats being able to come in and speak to a person face to face and ask the questions you may have compared to waiting on the phone for an insurance representative to come through.

I am always pleased with the service I receive, Sunshine and Veronica always try and help as much as they can with any questions I have. They always have positive attitudes when I call which I appreciate so much!!

Never answer the phones. Always referred to someone else. I have not had a pleasant experience with this branch at all.
