Dont trust a stressful situation to uhaul or especially this location.My dad died, Im trying to move his stuff into a storage unit. We had a reservation number, correct address on it, everything. I show up to get the truck and keys for the unit, and they say they dont have the unit; probably sold it in the two days since we made a reservation. I asked why the website allows you to reserve if its first come, first serve. Manager said I cant control the website. We cant sell you something we dont have. Maybe try X company, but theyre probably booked up too.All of the other storage places didnt open for 1.5 hours or so later. I also almost booked a moving company for todat, which wouldve taken this from a nightmare to a full blown catastrophe.So I bought some boxes and was waiting on a pickup to go home and regroup. Heard someone at the desk say she definitely needs a cup of coffee.Broke down crying in their lobby.This week has been one of the worst in my life, and this was the last thing I needed to be dealing with. People are moving due to death, illness, eviction. It pays to be a little understanding

Cool place always great business nice people rented trucks many times and get a storage unit at 60 $ even and they have bigger ones my plan for the unit is to keep my summer clothes and winter clothes separate and put stuff together because my apartment doesnt have enough storage space

Needed a truck for hauling a bunch of stuff to another state. This crew had one, ready to go, and made our office experience so relaxed. Miss Oradella was right on top of every aspect of the rental process. She even saved us about $300, just by asking if we could drop the truck about 20 miles from where we were planning on dropping it off. Its been a while, since Ive worked with UHaul. Its not going to be the last time, though. Not when I can deal with a happy, pleasant, bunch of pros. Thanks! I appreciate your work.

We love using Uhaul. Its cheap and as long as you have the means to move yourself I definetly recommend saving money by using Uhaul. Our truck was reliable and we had no issues and the staff was friendly!

Overcharged credit card by $80. Storage space was entered into several timres and my locks were changed 5 times in two months. Theives!

Fast and friendly service at the Topeka U-haul, with all of the truck and trailer options to satisfy our needs. In and out in 30 minutes!

Always good options, but this location was very unorganized and took way longer than other experiences Ive had with other UHaul locations.

Unfortunately if you need what uhaul provides you dont have a lot of options to get it elsewhere. Prices seem high but again its not like theres competition to drive pricing.

Had a wiring harness issue & these guys fixed it fast & furious. The U-Haul warranty covered it. U-Haul is true to their word!

Went to my appointment, driving 30 minutes one way, and arrived to find out that they did not have the hitch in stock as promised. Basically got an oh sorry, its not my fault, see ya later. Whatever, Will avoid using them for the rest of my life unless owner or someone makes contact. Recommend making them do a physical check of what you need rather than going off their inventory system which is obviously incorrect.
