Had a tow set up through my insurance with them for a wrecker and dollies. I understand police calls take priority as I used to drive a tow truck, however, when I contacted them because I was gonna have to leave for work so the tow was going have to wait due to where it was going. Had it set up for them to show up at midnight. Tried calling several times when I got off work and even though they say they are 24/7 the didnt answer the phone and never showed up. Extremely unprofessional.
