Twice it was fine.Third time, I waited 24 hours. Called 24 hours later and finally got a taxi after an hour.Fourth time, it took 5 calls before someone answered. She sounded either drunk or high.Thats been going on 3 weeks. No taxi has shown up yet!Switched to another company. T & J.Very happy with them!

Im currently sitting here waiting on a taxi, have been for the past two hours. Finally folded and ordered an Uber - I really wanted to spend locally and save a little bit of money, but come on. Two hours? I called every thirty minutes to see if they were still coming and they kept saying Your driver is about 10-15 minutes away. Obviously that wasnt true...

Driver was extremely rude and unprofessional. car reeked of cigarette smoke. Driver was 30 minutes to 1 hour late.Supervisor was screaming at me. Mumbling under her breath. Threaten to call the police even after i told her i have my money for my bill. Kept hanging up in my face. This was and will be the very last time i trust Speedys taxi ever!!!So disappointed how 2 grown adults can act so childish towards a young teenage adult.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Owner was a really nice guy took us back and forth where we needed to go, very professional and friendly! Definitely calling again when I need a ride anywhere.

I called for a taxi for my girlfriend at 8:30pm, scheduled for 9:45pm... To literally go about a mile and a half to go to work. Not only did they not pick her up, they didnt even have the courtesy to call me to cancel the ride. So we were standing outside in the dark for thirty minutes while I tried to call the same number I initially called inorder to setup the pickup in the first place. It wrang until voice mail picked up but I couldnt even leave a message. When I tried calling back for a third and forth time it went straight to voicemail... My girlfriend ended up having to call into work and miss the whole night altogether. We could of walked around Topeka in the middle of the night, but no thank you. Im gonna tell mention this experience with speedy taxi with everyone I know if they need a cab. Pretty bad customer service, Ive never been stood up like this before. I hope nobody ever has this happen to them.

The taxi was a run down SUV covered in animal hair, which got all over me. It smelled like cats. And urine. The driver was nice, but very unkempt looking and not at all professional. Ridiculous to pay $24 dollars for a 10 minute trip. Will not be using this service ever again.

Speedy is a great way to describe the service, reliable unlike yellow cab of Topeka glad they shut down. Id like to add that my trip was literally almost half of what Lyft cost me for the exact same trip. Serena was very personable/professional I will be using this service from now on Capitol taxi usually has a 2 or more hour wait or just cant since yellow cab closed. Glad I found this company, nice family oriented (from what I gathered from radio contact) highly recommend them,!

I used cab to go-to Tallgrass. Fare was $11.75.Going home I handed her a $20 and she had no change. Fare was $20 not $11.75.

By far the best taxi service in Topeka. The vehicles are clean, and the drivers are so nice! Plus they do multiple stops instead of being forced to call again and wait for the driver to come back and get you. And as far as pricing goes, theyre cheaper than everyone else. 1 1/2 hours late and still not on their way for pick up. Missed my doctors appointment. Will not try to use them again. Very frustrating!

Best ride in town. One time my son forgot to call for his early morning ride to dialysis and they showed up anyway just because they were worried about him.

Speedy cab is a joke. Dispatcher is a liar and continuously lied to us all day long for over 5 hours about sending us a cab. And we never did get one at all. She also hung up on us several times. Very rude and i wouldnt recommend to my worse enemy

This guy helped my gf see her daughter on easter. No one else was around. 8.60 frome se 32 to 16 and western.... Gave 20 bucks for round trip. When we called said 30 mins. Showed up in 20. Yellow cab would have charged 20 bucks, an arm, a leg and 3 new borns. Great price great service. Thanks man!!!!

As a single father of 3 safety,reliability, and punctuality are very important to me.
