The driver keeps delivering my Packages to my neighbour which has a completely different address than I do. The address on the package does not coincide with the address that hes dropping it off at. Be Ware of UPS they will deliver your stuff the wrong place!

Called there Monday should of gotten the name of who I talked to. What I ordered showed to be delivered but it wasn’t at my house they went to the wrong house. In his mind I am sure he thought I was wrong, I have a camera that shows prowl at my door on day of delivery no one was there from UPS that delivered anything. If it wasn’t for a nice kind person down the street who got it and dropped it off I would of never heard anything f from them. When you mess up own up to it you went to the wrong house. I know it isn’t the first time this has happened to anyone but I paid for fast shipping for Mother’s Day and they do that wasn’t happy but so great full for my new friend down the street!!!

I live in a locked building so I ALWAYS have problems getting my packages delivered here. They are always extremely helpful in helping me locate and pickup my packages in a timely manner.

They couldnt help me because I didnt have a label for package to return it. Had to go to the UPS store halfway across town. The lady at this location was nice. Poor woman mustve been having computer problems for a while because she said shes been having ongoing problems.I hope someone helps her get computer fixed before holiday rush! 🎅

I called the CS # because i couldnt find my package that online tracking info showed had been left on my porch. Unlike deliveries from USPS that said packages were left with an individual but $200 worth of mail disappeared into thin air, UPS CS actually took time out/did their research..all the way back 2 where the delivery man himself called my # to tell me exactly where he left my mail. That was MAJOR for me, Amen. Thank you USPS workers, I really appreciate it!!!

Due date for package was 2-14-20. A week later with several calls and misinformation still have not received package. Was told 3 other due dates none have followed through. If I could give this rate this half a star I would WORST SERVICE EVER

I get everyone has a job to do. I spoke with am agent before trucks was sent out. Long story short I have to wait get my pack. The parts where they failed was they told me different than what they said they do. I know I will get it but I should not have to take all day to wait for my product or have to take more time off of work to get my product.

I want to give credit to my outstanding UPS driver Mr Munoz. on 10-21 we missed his delivery of a package and on his second attempt he noticed my smoker in the back yard going so he drove around to the alley and delivered my package to me. He went out of his way and I appreciate it.

Very customer service oriented, extremely helpful. They searched for over 20min for a box that was at their site. In the end, it was packed way in the back of their weekend storage unit, but they gave me the direct number to call and have them hold it the next business day.

“Delivery attempted”. No note on my door, no footprints in the snow up to my door and when I call, it’s impossible to get a live person to speak with. Constant problems with UPS, but I can’t change because it’s who my sons DME uses to ship his supplies. End result? Going a day without needed supplies because these people are LAZY.

100% totally incompetent worthless lying customer service people. Completely LAZY slackers in the warehouse/shipping Dept. Called to find out where my package was because it was late. According to THEIR tracking system my package was IN TOPEKA. I called and they said i could pick it up there. I drove there and they said it wasnt there. I drove all the way back home and looked it up online...it said IT WAS IN TOPEKA. BUT, i cant pick it up because theres nobody working in the warehouse now. WORTHLESS MORONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible service after losing my package they are giving me the run around!

The walk-in sales counter person was back in the warehouse more than they were at the counter. At one point there were five of us standing in line waiting to be helped. Men day were sure to help their regular customers before they helped others ahead of them in line.

Nice lady behind the counter answered all of my questions and helped track my package

I paid for 2nd day shipping. Deadline for delivery was yesterday. Ive recieved several excuses and im told my delivery date is 3 days later than the real delivery date. I reccomend using fedex or a smaller shipping company as i feel ups has too much to chew on.
