The very definition of shopping locally, the store passed from one generation to the next with a family that has decades of experience and great customer service. A true gem in downtown Topeka. While I dont shop for jewelry very often they are easily one of the best.

Got my 3 bands put together here. It was the day before my wedding so when I went to pick it up I didn’t have time to complain and ask for them to clean it up. The didn’t buff it out at all and you could see all the soldering marks. Now two months later all the bands have broken apart and I’m having to go somewhere else to get them re soldered.

I was a bit disappointed that more sterling silver jewelry wasnt on display. But they do have lovely pieces.

Walked in and dropped off a Company Ring for 4 set diamonds to be added at the end of November. Was told 2 weeks and it would be done. Here we are, 2021 and still, they have done nothing. They claim that they just got buried. Hmmm - I guess I am not a customer and it is cool to put my order on the bottom of the stack. Total lack of good customer service. Will not return.

Great jewlery store and repair. Was able to adjust the links on my watch immediately. Took a couple trys and they got it just right. Fantastic service, wide verity of jewlery and other items. Clocks, Chrystal, Nick nacks, artisan jewlery. Lots of options. I will be returning!

Their staff is always friendly and helpful. I bought my wifes wedding ring their over 17 years ago and they still clean it for us. They stand behind their products and their prices are reasonable too. I definitely recommend them to others.

I had to take the same bracelet in twice. The first time they removed a link and the second to fix the clasp. Both times they were really friendly and super helpful. Would highly recommend you taking a repair to them.
