My son had crazy ear problems & constant draining. Dr. Lane was amazing & very thorough @ making sure that the problem got taken care!Dr. Hirschi removed my tonsils when I was 35yrs old (worst pain ever!!) & he was also absolutely amazing!All the staff is so nice. The nurses in the surgical & recovery area are the absolute sweetest!!By far, the best ENT place around!

Knew I needed a thorough ear cleaning, and it had been several years since I had a hearing test. It took awhile to get an appointment, but they did an excellent job of getting me in and well taken care of; a good experience.

For a couple years now I have gone to Topeka ENT. Dr Glynn helped save my life from stage 4 cancer and everyone there to include my audiologist Tammy Gonzalez are the A team. I cannot be grateful enough to such a wonderful team.

I’m Kellie, & I recently got my hearing aids.The girls at the Emporia location, Erin & Darcy, put me at such a peaceful state of mind the moment they saw me, the first time I went to see them, for making the cast of my own ears.The second time I was there, both Erin (sweet girl, very happy to be doing her job and she is extremely adept to putting anyone at ease.), & Darcy, (a beautiful energy person, who is very much aware of explaining how to use the Hearing Aids, as well as caring for them.)Both ladies are very happy and pleasant with their doing their jobs. I was very impressed with how they made me feel like their great friends of mine. Personally I have been a patient along with my kids. Polite staff and docs with excellent bedside manner. I tell everyone I know to make the drive to Topeka, well worth it.

Dr. Franklin and the assisting workers who handle the testing have been great to work with. I especially appreciate when he is available in the Lawrence office. He has been able to diagnose a couple conditions Ive had for a long time but no other doctors recognized.

Had an ear problem, they got me right in to see a Doctor. He immediately took care of it. Also excellent follow up care to the issue. All folks were very pleasant, helpful, friendly and concerned about your issue. Would definitely recommend these folks.

Wow!!! I just cannot say enough!! Dr. Meyers is so friendly and thorough. The entire team walked me through my surgery and what to expect. They all have a great sense of humor and are willing to laugh and joke with the patient!! I would recommend a 100 times over!! Keep it up cause yall are killin it!!!

Was treated very well and Dr. Lane was very thorough and to the point but also caring. Every one in the office seemed professional but nice. Their testing is very thorough also! Office is clean and neat. I would definitely recommend others to this place.

I cannot thank Dr Grindal and his team enough!! Everyone is super friendly and easy to work with! They got me in quickly and made sure I understood what the plan was and what to expect. I love Doctor Barnes. He cares about his patients, does everything in his power to help them, and tells them exactly what needs to be done for treatment to get you well. I have had 2 surgeries with him, a total thyroid removal and a tonsillectomy. Both times he treated me with the utmost care and compassion any doctor can have. He has seen me for follow ups and has always taken the time to listen to my concerns and come up with a treatment plan that is agreeable to both of us.

Very professional and patient centered. The audiologist took time to thoroughly analyze my hearing loss and programed hearing aids to match. She was also interested in my feedback, and made adjustments when needed. I never felt like, just a patient, but more like I have a friend who is helping me hear better.

Dr. Glynn and my speech pathologist, Molly Rana, were awesome! Very nice and professional. Ive had a voice problem for almost 20 years and they were able to figure out was going on. Im so grateful! Thank you!

I was thoroughly impressed with Topeka Ear Nose and Throat and Dr. Matthew Glynn. After having MOS surgery on my nose, Dr. Glynn did the reconstructive work. That was two weeks ago, and during the process I have been to the office three times--once for a consultation, once for the plastic surgery, and once to have stitches removed. During each of these visits the staff was very professional, as well as friendly--not to mention ON TIME with appointments. If I have to have a similar procedure in the future, I will use Dr. Glynn and Topeka ENT.

We have seen Dr. Meyers for a year now and he has always been wonderful! Our son was only 1.5 when we first saw him. He has since done a nose surgery for my husband as well. This past week Dr. Meyers was out so we saw Dr. Hershing. I cannot say enough good things about both of these doctors. They are so gentle and kind. Our last experience our son had beads in his nose so you can imagine getting those out was a bit traumatic for him but both doctors held him and talked to him to calm him down afterwards. They sat and held him until he calmed down and talked to him to make sure he knew he was loved by them. Not many places would do this. I would highly recommend either one of these doctors for adults but especially kids!

They have some shady billing practices. Charging you for 2 office visits when you were there only once. And they are unapologetic about it. You should apparently be able to discern this from their website. So this review will hopefully help someone else in that understanding. If you can go elsewhere, you should strongly consider it or get charged for 2 office visits in one.

I have never had such wonderful Nurses and Doctor Hirschi was extremely proficient. The staff here at Topeka Ear Nose and Throat are beyond amazing. I had a few rough days during recovery, which is to be expected given my age, but I’m glad I made the decision to have them removed. I’m looking foreword to not having recurring tonsillitis, tonsil stones, sore throat and other tonsil related ailments. I have been living with inflammation in my tonsils for most of my life and I don’t regret taking a step to put an end to the discomfort. This was the first surgery I have ever had so I was a bit nervous but there is nothing to really be nervous of. The surgery was like falling asleep and I honestly didn’t even feel pain for the first day. I did have to go back to fix a small hemorrhage but that is an extremely rare complication, and the second surgery was just as easy as the first. I’m great-full for everything they have done for me at Topeka Ear Nose and Throat. Apart from being extremely knowledgeable, Dr Hirschi is also super handsome if you’re looking for some eye candy. 😂

Ear wax cleaning is best you can get. Ive had lots of people digging around in my ears and I wont go anywhere else.

Dr. Glynn is the absolute best! He has taken care of our family for the past 17 years with kindness, compassion, and flawless care.

I absolutely love my ENT doc. Dr. Meyers is very thorough, he takes the time to investigate all avenues of what could could be, before he diagnoses. I appreciate that very much. I may not always like the outcome, but with the testing and thoughtfulness and talking that goes on before the diagnosis, I know, and feel its right. He hasnt been wrong with me at all. I trust him completely with all my ENT care and needs.

As far as drs go pretty efficient & nice facility as far as not drs fault its usually not fun to need medical help. But they make it the best for the situation

Amazing folks at Topeka ENT! Dr. Franklin gave me options, explained each option thoroughly and together we figured out the treatment hat best suited me. Before my surgery his nurse was very thorough and made sure that safety was first in regards to navigating a surgical procedure during Covid. I felt safe and secure and now have restored hearing!! Such a blessing.

The staff was there to listen and respond to my needs. They did not come in with a pre made agenda. The doctor and nurse I interacted with were friendly, knowledgeable, and took my needs into account at every step. Highly recommend!

Topeka ENT was able to get me in for an apt very quickly and was also able to get me an audiology test. They were all friendly, quick and thorough. there was no pressure to buy anything and very helpful with the information they gave me. I would go back in a heartbeat if I needed to.

We have been going to Topeka ENT for the past 10 years. All of the staff does an excellent job in taking care of my daughter. They are very friendly and helpful... everything from billing questions, insurance questions, last second appointments... they are great!! I wouldnt go anywhere else!

I had an appointment with Dr. Grindal - he was very kind and spent time to explain my issues thoroughly. The receptionist was also very sweet - and I was able to get an appointment via referral quickly.

I find that they manage the appointments well and I do not waste a lot of time waiting. When I had a glitch with my prescription provider, the nurse worked quite hard to ensure I had what I needed.

My family has used this practice for 16 years and they are fantastic. The staff and doctors are very kind, competent and efficient. They take the time to care and listen and explain things thoroughly. We have had 5 surgeries in our family and they have done an excellent job in each. The phones are answered promptly and paying my bill has always been an easy process.

They have a new sign in the waiting room now. I have been coming here now for about a year. Very friendly staff. The wait to be called back can take a bit of time as with the wait time once you are called back waiting for the doctor, but that is the same at any doctors office. Have iPads to check in and to fill out your medical records on your first visit. If you have a ear nose or throat problem I would come here.

My husband was stood up on his last three appointments (spanning the past three months) that were scheduled and confirmed by this business.This has been the most unprofessional and frustrating experience. He tried calling the office several times before 4:30, and nobody answered.

I had hearing aids but it was time to replace them. Assuming technology had improved, I started researching hearing aids from many sources. I had priced hearing aids from my original office, but I received little information, and simply the cost, which were high.Checked out Costco thinking their buying power would help with the cost. Looked at other offers in the mail, but luckily asked Dr. Shelley Brooks some questions about the Costco aids as they were the lowest cost. I was pleasantly surprised with the comprehensive explanation I received; much more than from my original company who I have worked with for 5 years.After weighing all aspects, I chose Topeka Ear Nose and Throat and drove to the Topeka office.From the moment I arrived, I received professional and complete care. Dr. Brooks provided a hearing test that I felt was more thorough than my original. She took time to explain all aspects of the Phonak Audeo M aids.The batteries are rechargeable (nice feature), but more importantly I can tie into my iPhone and answer calls directly into the aids along with navigation instructions when driving. Almost forgot, the cost was over a thousand dollars less than my original company.At one point another doctor (didnt get her name) got involved and was helpful and Carla in the payment office was thorough and explained several options.I highly recommend using Topeka Ear Nose & Throat as a full service provider.Now that I have the new hearing aids, I know I made the right decision.I

Staff was prompt and friendly. I was nervous but they assured me that it would not be uncomfortable. It was not uncomfortable. I got to see my vocal cords and they explained what should come next. The next day staff called and set up the future appoints. It was great.

Dr. Hirschi is great! He takes time to listen to me and then explains in as much detail as I need of his course of treatment. He has helped me tremendously with my sinus issues . They have improved 90%. Thats an A on my grading curve.

Wonderful experience. The entire staff was very friendly and efficient. The only reason I didn’t give a full five stars is, I had to wait about 40 minutes after my scheduled time to be seen. That being said, the doctor was AMAZING! He was so friendly and respectful.

My daughter has pretty big tonsils. The Dr. we seen I wish I could remember his name was so amazing with her. He told me because she’s under three that he would like to do a two step process. That normally that will help kids her age and we don’t have to do the first huge step that could end in her being hospitalized for dehydration.Today she had her surgery and has been doing pretty great! For that I would love to say thank you to him!The other staff nurses etc. I felt could have been a little more kid friendly, but besides for that we had an over all amazing experience!

Dr Grindall was patient and disarming with my 9-year old. He was able to explain things in a kid-friendly manner that was not frightening or intimidating. Showed true compassion and care. Highly recommend!

I was having problems with a hoarse voice. Dr. Grindle found a cyst on one of my vocal chords and scheduled surgery. Surgery is done, and Im recovering nicely. Dr. Grindle and staff were kind, engaging, and caring throughout. (At least while I was awake...I was out most of the time. 😊)

Trying to address a concern I have had for quite some time. Left my first appointment with Dr. Franklin feeling very optimistic. Was very impressed by his willingness to really try and HEAR the symptoms and concerns and I feel good about the course of action. I have left a couple other places in the past not feeling this confidence and I did not return. Feeling hopeful.
