Tyson and Marshall were fantastic in handling the entire process. From the pre-inspection to being present with the insurance adjuster, to coordinating the roof work and planning the guttering install, everything was seamless. I have heard horror stories of insurance claims and roofing over the years, but I was very fortunate they showed up on my doorstep a few days after the storm and delivered on their promise and went beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied with the result. No hidden costs, they were very upfront about what might be additional (I had old rotten wood needing replaced) and worked to keep the costs low. I would highly recommend their services and cant wait to finish my other home repairs!

We will never recommend Assurance to anyone. Poor quality workmanship has caused over $300,000.00 damage to our home. Marshall admitted they messed up and promised we would be taken care of. Their idea of taking care is handing the problem off to their insurance which in turn handed it over to sub- contractors insurance and all we have received is the run around. Now the company will not even communicate with us and sent their attorney to the 3rd party inspection of our home.

This company and its owner truly care about their clients. The materials they use are of very high quality. The crew cleaned up well around the house and were very respectable.

We did a complete siding and gutter replacement. Great customer service before and during the project. We had lots of questions about options and the process right up to when the project started. Their rep was amazing, provided quick responses, and was very easy to work with. We got multiple estimates prior to hiring Assurance. They were by far the most responsive and professional in getting us information and answering questions. Their price was very competitive. The crew spent several weeks onsite. They were courteous and professional. They made sure we were satisfied with everything before they left. Our house is older so the fit and finish was a challenge but they did everything they could to make it look great. We would hire them again for other services.

Very easy to work with and treated me like I was their only customer...even though I was one of many they were juggling at the time. Excellent work, clear communication, did what they said they would do. Great job and if I ever need another roof (shouldnt with the 50 year shingle) I will certainly call Assurance Exteriors.
