Just try calling their customer service about a missed pickup or trash/recycling dumped in the street; your battery will die before you can talk to someone. It’s designed to make you give up, same goes for cancelling service. Their drivers usually do a fantastic job, especially with the junk trucks they have to work with. But if there’s a problem or mistake, there’s nothing you can do.***Update:I emailed them as requested in their response. They never answered my email. The last person I was able to speak to promised me a prorated refund for the prepaid service when I cancelled.After a month, they came and took their WM containers (I was sure to take pictures). Now they’re sending me past due notices saying I owe them money. Just call the number (that no one will talk to you on) to discuss your bill.Waste Management is a lying, cheating, deceptive enterprise. I am now filing complaints with the better business bureau, and probably the state attorney general as well. Trying to extort people for money they don’t owe is a felony. FAHQ, waste [mis]management!
Expensive, I switched services and tried to cancel online, and after confirmed canceling I got another bill for the service saying someone should have called and confirmed canceling which they did not, then told me I will further get charged because they will not pick up the garbage can and I would need to deliever it, or they will charge a $104 fee to pick it up. What a scam.
We get great service. Really like our provider of service. He is always so helpful.
Terrible, unkept promises. Sloppy operations department. Customer Service is unreliable and not worth the aggravation or the money they charge. PLEASE USE SOMEONE ELSE!!! Call Hamm instead
High prices & commercial account on a shared dumpster (1) 8yd container and we alone pay $238 a month - thats absurd and customer service will do nothing.
