Ordered 100 business cards to test the waters at this printing place. They advertise same day pickup. Understanding after 2 will be next day pickup. I am sitting here waiting 3 days later with no cards. Everytime I call I get told their still working on them. I placed a small order to see how easy the process was and if they were reliable to do as advertised and for me the were unable to do so. Wont return. Here for my printing business.

I just needed to get something faxed. There were no clear signs telling me which machine to use or how to do that. When I asked for help to people mumbled at me without even glancing up. I didn’t even bother to ask about a fax sheet at that point. Just left. FedEx Office, right off Wanamaker works just fine and they will actually help you.

Very poor customer service. The lady at the printing section of the store was not polite, most rude.

Used to come here all the time to get things printed. Went in this morning they said they now charge $2.50 to print one single paper when it used to be .10 cents. They said I could do it myself on a self serve machine and it would be .12 cents thats fine. I went to do it and found out the machine only accepts card.. really disappointing. I asked if I could pay in cash and I couldnt. So I just left and wont be back.

Fantastic IT guy. Our new monitors were not compatable with our VGA or HDMI ports. He took the time to figure it out and download what we needed. He knew we were frustrated because the computer would only read one monitor and not both. He got us what we needed. Polite nice although he knew we were aggravated with the computer company who told us to return it. I took frustration out on him but we handled it well.

I purchased Computed Chair, and tried to assemble but I couldnt get it together. The people there gave me an assembled chare. They were really helpful to see that I was satisfier.Lloyd Sober Topeka Kansa

Horrible, well no customer service. The two guys up front were just standing talking and never asked if I or any other customer needed help, as we walked around looking lost. I had to go up front to ask them where items were and he just said idle 14... The prices are higher then the website. Ill never go back.

I couldnt be more pleased with my experience at Topekas Office Max. I was greeted in a timely manner. I had several questions and all three associates gave me their feedback. Was impressed at the level of knowledge, respect and positive attitudes from these young professionals. Another reminder that a business is about its people. Will be back for supplies in future for sure!

The staff are friendly and helpful. But a lot of their prices are way overpriced sometimes 2 or 3 times what you can buy the same item online just a different brand. Ive been told on multiple occasions that I can price match from other stores by good planning you can just buy the same stuff online for a quarter of what it cost in the store.

Always feel like I get profiled walking in here... like Im going to stick something under my clothes and walk out. Cant even peruse or go to look for an online order without getting harassed. I go in frequently enough that I know if its a big item or expensive purchase that I need to see the desk, it bothers me so much that employees wont just let me go about my business. I get that theft is a problem, but theres cameras, anti-theft equipment on the doors I assume, not to mention that IM NOT A THIEF, so stop treating me like one. Im sincerely glad that they have online ordering. Why is Office Depot even in Topeka? Left that store majorly grumpy today, thanks for putting me in a bad mood. Not good customer service.

Great staff. Very helpful. Sadly, they did not have the ballpoint pen refills we were looking for. But, not to worry, were going to check on the website, to see if theyre available there.

I got the best help I have ever received at the store. The erk wanted to make sure I was well taken care of and answered all my questions. Sure they made a sale but I got what I needed too. I fire all ere happy.

Sales staff were very kind and helpful. Store was pleasant and clean. I will be back to this store soon.

The staff are friendly enough - although a few scuttle away to gossip rather than speak to a customer, most of them were chirpy when asking if we needed any help. The store is also clean and well organized - not difficult to find what youre looking for.

Check out this location looking for bookends (failed to find any). This location looks nice enough, plenty of products, good layout. However, it also includes several non-office supplies items, like bottle water and paper towels. The prices also seem a bit higher compared to similar items at the nearby Dillons (Nestle water $2.49 versus $1.99, five subject 200 sheet notebooks $5 versus $1.99).

Always clean, always people to help. Store manager there does a great job. Stock is usually good and print services are helpful also.

Gimmick! Dishonest pricing and wont honor advertised discount.Ink for 96 and 97 listed for $60 and $70, respectively (total $130 plus tax for both). Multipack says save 10% on multipack but is listed at $143.99. A 10% discount would be $116.98! IT COSTS MORE TO BUY THE MULTIPACK THAN INDIVIDUALLY EVEN THOUGH THEY ADVERTISE A 10% SAVINGS!

The Copy Center and Stormy was so helpful on my big project. I was totally satisfied.

HORRID service... Where do I begin? Prices are outrageous, no one has a clue where anything is, and the staff dress unprofessionally. Sweats and flip flops??? Really?? When I worked retail, my managers would have had my head if I wore that. Also, tried to have them print out some labels and they couldnt figure out how. Went to the old Kinkos and apparently I had the file in the wrong format. At least they were able to enlighten me unlike the manager Trent at OfficeMax. Management of this place is inconsistent...

I do my best to check Walmart and Target before having to go to Office Max... Office Depot and Staples have all closed in Topeka so this is virtually the only option opened past 5pm (some local mom/pop stores close earlier). They are expensive, they often dont offer good help, but their selection is obviously better than what youll generally find at your local grocer or Walmart....

Its an office supply store. they pretty much have what you would expect.

Very hard to find to find someone to assist us in finding a specific pen. Took forever. Mgr wasnt very friendly, maybe he was having a bad day. And the woman he recruited to help us was very green and not much help.

It is always a good place to go when you want good deals on good office brand material.

They have horrible policy. I try to buy a desk on the first day of promotion and they told me i have to pay shipping charge even though i have to pick it up from the store. And i asked the manager for customer service number and he gave me a wrong number. And employees were rude. I dont even think they deserve one star

Staff seemed very inexperienced or unsure how to operate their own equipment. Will never go back there to print my family photos. Took way too long and was not pleased with the final product at all.

I ordered laptop on the day of thanksgiving nov 24 and it is suppose to deliver on dec 1st..but it got delayed and on dec 9 I am receiving mail stating that it is out of stock and sorry ..when I contacted customer care and store person there is no proper response.Very very disappointing..scared to purchase in this shop anymore..
