Seats and floor board not vacuumed all the way, running boards dirty, wheels dirty, corners of windows not cleaned, dead bugs still on front bumper. Definitely not worth the 30 dollars I spent for the 5 stars

They apparently dont have a very good idea about what clean is recently. Just got this cleaned today with the additional services and this is what I ended up with today in the photos posted. And there was supposed to be pina colada air freshener that I could not smell after. Solidified my thoughts of just doing it myself at home from now on. Never thought that I would have to wash my car again after wasting a hefty amount of money to have a so-called auto washing and detail company attempt to clean my vehicle. This place has really gone downhill over the past several years. If I ever feel the need to take my vehicle somewhere for a cleaning, itll be just to take it to a self wash place, then take it home to finish with the detailing, since Im having to do that now anyway.

I was not happy with Eagle auto wash. My ticket number was 002. After waiting for more than 45minutes and the detailers calling number 011 I had enough. My truck had not been touched. It was covered in water spots and none of the interior had been touched. When I told the person outside that I needed to get going, he said ok, whatever. They were not that busy,so, I really cant see spending my time and money on people with that kind of attitude. I wont be back.

If you want your car washed and are in Topeka then this is the place to go. Friendly people and car looks awesome when finished. They do all the windows,door jams inside and out.. cant beat the price.. Im always there when I travel to Topeka.

We have had a monthly membership with Eagle Auto Wash for 6 months now. We LOVE it and think it is worth every penny. The employees are always extremely polite and respectful. They do an amazing job. When they walk you to your car and ask if you are happy with everything they never complain if you point something out. I have a back window I like wiped around. I open it for them and they just say Thank you, maam I will get that for you! I never feel like I am bothering them or demanding. They just want to do a good job and they do exactly that with amazing employees!!!

We had a mini detail done and at first it looked good. The biggest issue was the product that was used on the inside the truck. It was greasy for about 3 days.

I got their annual package and it very easy everytime I got through. Just drop of the car and wait inside then they tell you when it done. Cant get more simple then that. They do a good cleaning job of what you asked for.

Asked for my car to be detailed, they didn’t even wipe down the center console or dash above the steering wheel.

These poor fellas were out there working in 99 degree heat, and yet did a really good job! There were several cars in front of me, and they were able to get me out the door within 30 minutes, and the job was well-done.

Eagle Car Wash is the best place in all Topeka to get your ride washed and waxed. Great customer service, polite, reasonable prices, and make sure, at the end, that youre satisfied with the outcome of the cleaning. I recommend this business very highly. You wont be disappointed.

You can pay a monthly fee to another local car wash and have to get out and wipe down your own car, but for the same money, you can sit in a warm lobby and let someone else do it. I vote for the someone else to do it. They always do a great job. JP and Shelby go out of there way to make sure you are happy. I have been taking my cars here for over 5 years. Definitely worth the cost.

Tried to call and make an appointment. The guy told me to hold on. Well I held on for almost 30 minutes. It doesn’t take that long to make an appointment.

Earlier in the day this would have just been one star but Shelby did try to make things right. About 10 this Tuesday morning we stopped in and then returned about 3 to correct the problems with our wash. We were greeted by a very friendly attendant but the young lady at the desk seemed apathetic and more interested in her phone. Our $22.95 +$1.50 for an SUV 5 star wash was worth, at best, about half. I do not expect detailed work at that price but obvious debris should be vacuumed or wiped away and the bug guts should be wiped off the windshield. When we returned, Shelby was friendly and readily agreed to vacuum and rewash the car. The end result was little better than the first. We opted to go home rather than pursue the matter futher because it was hot and late in the day. The pictures show the results after each wash. If you need a quick, basic wash Eagle is just fine but I would not pay above that point.

It was all right but I seen a few things that might need to be polished

This morning (7/18/2020) I went in to have my car cleaned, ordering the Eagle Supreme Special + mat cleaning. The mats are as clean as I expected. The body of the car isn’t, there are drips, smears, and spots all over. The wheel wells are also not clean. The cup holder still has a straw wrapper in it. The vacuuming also was not completed, whomever was tasked w vacuuming only did in front of and behind the chair, not beside. So, $50 and I got well clean mats and a car that was run through an automated wash. 😒. Also, there were several employees not wearing their face masks, including the one attending to my car. The wait time was not unreasonable but it also wasn’t all that busy. I went in around 9-10am*update 7/19/2020* discovered yet another discrepancy: while driving facing the sun it became very apparent that the windshield was not cleaned either.

They took the care and the time to get it right. This was our first time and we had no idea what to expect. What we found was great service and great value. We’re Eagle customers for life.

It was ok, but I was disappointed that after spending 78$ I still had to ask for parts of the carpet to be vacuumed and other parts of the car to be cleaned on the inside, plus my windows I had to wipe off all the smudges when I got home

I get excellent service here on cleaning my car!! I usually have a full Detail done of my car . The staff are very kind and professional. My car just shines inside and out after they are finished.!!! The employees take great pride in their work and do excellent work. I will continue to come here in the future.

I like this car wash. They wash your car, vacuum, dry it off, and wash your window for as low as $10. They also have a subscription service you can purchase. They have several ways you can qualify for a discount. I also have used their detailing services. I will return here again.

Need a mediocre car wash with a side of attitude? This is your place. There are better options in town that actually clean your vehicle the first time and without the wait - and the attitude- that comes with do-overs.

I dont hate this place, on July 4th they had FREE washing. That was excellent!

They said that they do headlight lens repaired, but the guy there who did mine did not know what he was doing and did basically nothing. He even left small scratches on my hood after he was done. I felt pressured and thugged into liking the job and when I went back the next day to get a rain check, it was a better wash than the initial one. These guys are a bunch of crooks!

Living on a gravel road and being the mother of four young children, I dont usually waste my time deep cleaning my car. So those boys had their work cut out for them when I pulled up for a mini detail. Apparently it comes with a hand wax, great for the salt and ice season to minimize rust. When we came back to pick up my car, I didnt even recognize it! Inside and out, it looked like a brand new car! Great job fellas! Soar with the Eagle!(If you havent heard their awesome ad, you wont get this)

If you arent going to do it yourself this is the place to go. Get one of the packages and never have to worry about having a clean car again.

The employees do not go the extra mile to get the job done right on the car, also in the drying stage the same microfiber cloth used outside was used in the inside on multiple cars, overall poor satisfaction if you have a nice car dont come here.

Today I went to Eagle and got the supreme wash. I always watch my car being wiped down because the last two times I have been there not all work was being done. Windows were not cleaned inside and the door jambs were not wiped down. I can no longer trust Eagle to give a complete job without being there to make sure the job is completed. Not satisfactory at all.

Get the annual wash pass and save hundreds if you go there even just once a week. Unlimited... The detailers are good kids and work hard to please. I tip them accordingly.

Great place to have your car washed, my car was dirty,well beyond dirty. When they finished washing and detailing it, it looked like a new car again. Highly recommend this place. Great people

What has happened? We have been using them for YEARS. Today was a HIRRIBLE job. Not sure they even tried to vacuum (or there is something wrong with the vacuum), the wipe down on chrome was zero. And looks like the dash or front of the dash near the radio wasnt touched? Im not the type to stand there and nitpick the job. I find that super embarrassing. I will post a review and not go back. You guys do know Topeka is getting several new full service car washes soon right? Someone better up the quality control or you will be hurting for business very soon. By the way, as we sat there waiting for our vehicle we watch about 80% of the other customers have their car gone over again because they werent happy with the results so its not just us! Too bad. I would prefer to support a LOCAL business that has been here a long time!

They offer all types of service except cleaning engines. Order just what you want. A mini detail is popular if you have time.You can wait inside or on benches outside which is fun. There are places inside where you can watch cars go through the wash.They do a great job and will go over the car with you when they are finished.

This was my first and last time here. The exterior wash of the vehicle was great! I got through very fast which was amazing, if everything was done properly. My dash wasn’t wiped down, it didn’t look like anything was vacuumed, and a spray bottle was left in my seat. The spray bottle didn’t bother me but I did have to go back and return the bottle. I drove 40 minutes back home only to realize that the spray bottle leaked all over my seat and stained it. At the end of the day I would’ve paid them to stay away from my vehicle. Worst car wash service in northeast Kansas.

They refused to vacuum my car due to pet being ill

Been here twice. A couple years ago and received a mediocre detail. Second this evening hoping for a better experience. Not only was the car not clean when they called me out to get it, when I pointed out obvious dirt on the back and bugs covering the front, he sprayed the areas and wiped them with his towel. I asked if it could go back through, he said not really and kept spraying spots. He called another worker over to help and stood out in the freezing cold thinking they were finishing up. Nothing was said and they both went in and around the car wiping spots for about 10 minutes. Horrible experience and I will not return.

If you are getting the Supreme wash plan for an hour wait. It was worth it, but took my while lunch to do.

Paid more than I would have liked- looked great at first but noticed later that windows werent very clean and other little things that could have been down better.

All of these 1 star reviews are confusing me. I just had one of the best car washes for the price. Definitely give this place a shot, don’t let the 1 star reviews get you down. I went with the Three Star wash and it didn’t disappoint. The main disappointment is it appears to be better work than the $250 detail I had done somewhere else.

Recieved a full detail and they did an ok job. My roommate took the car in about a month later. She got a basic wash with full vacuum and wipe down. The car looked better then when I paid for the full detail. Was a bit miffed and confused by that. Mabe its because she was a girl. Dunno...
