This is a good storage facility. It is NOT assessable 24 hours and I work odd hours. It could be more convenient, but reasonably priced.

Worst storage facility Ive ever been to. !!Unprofessional employees not willing to help if a problem arises,which in my case I lost my storage keys which resulted in a nightmare of having them call their locksmith to cut lock off lock.Locksmith left early and they never told me .I was told I had to wait another week before accessing my belongings! And wasting gas driving across town! They offered no solution..only saing what do u want me to do about it!? ..What do I want u to do about it!? Cancel any future contract with employees at a facility thats a joke and a waste of time and money is what I want u to do about it.

I gave one star only because it wouldn’t let me give zero stars. I can’t get logged in to pay my bill. Facility was 24 hrs access when I moved in. Then suddenly turns into closing at night so no one may enter. I get threatening emails saying my stuff is about to be auctioned after only one month late. I’m sure that my review will be taken down/removed because im a unhappy customer that is speaking truth about my negative experience. I wish I had never joined with metro storage.

At the metro self storage located on California, I would recommend Christy or Kim to help get you and your belongings all set up! I am a single mom with 3 kids and keeping track of my bill dates is definitely not one of my best traits! With that being said I go in and both Christy and Kim are on it and always willing to help out with any questions or concerns I would have! They go above and beyond for me and my kids and our belongings! So anyway thanks ladies for making every experience fun and less stressful!!! - Lindsay kayden, Alexis and Sébastien!

I have had several different places over the years and can honestly say that Metro is one of the worst, especially their customer service. I have had multiple problems a d always have to escalate to the management level which is not local. Nothing is ever done to rectify the problems. They also have increased their prices over the years yet the units are falling apart.

Christy was very pleasant to deal with. She called to make sure I was aware that she would be out of the office and if I needed to be in by a certain date that I should go in to check in. She made sure the space was acceptable and clean and that I new how to find and get through the gate. Very pleased!

They have been an awsome storage place we have had our stuff hear for over two years and no problem

Friendly service. Not sure about the prices though. Wont be able to beat the convenience. I hoped it to be a no brainer but Im certainly going to have to shop around the area.

Great place!! And the people there are so friendly! I love that they have cameras up everywhere also. I would highly recommend them to anyone! While waiting on my husband to get there with the uhaul, the lady at the front desk gave my daughter some crayons and a coloring book to play with. Their units are very clean and you get your own lock! Love it! Such a great place!

The on site management is beyond unprofessional! Almost impossible to talk to someone in state if theres a problem. Horrible!

Metro Self Storage helped me store my belonging while I was in between homes and schools. Kathy helped set me up and the whole process took under 15 minutes! Quick and easy! I felt comfortable with having an access key and knowing my items were safe! Thank you!

This site has the absolute WORST website possible. Ive been trying to pay my bill, LITERALLY GIVE THEM MY MONEY, and it is impossible. Every link is either a dead end or instructions that SEND you to another dead end.

They people as nice. They only thing wrong IA there are no lights in the units but u have 24 hr access

The units have mice. They get in your stuff and you move them into were ever you are going.
