Every single one of the ladies at the front desk checking people in are absolutely rude and act like they hate their jobs. Bad attitudes every single time.
Bought a new car went to get everything done you need to do with new car... registration, pay taxes etc. Only took 1 1/2 hours from start to finish and that was without an appt. You can get online and make appt and then just go there at that time - would be a shorter wait than I had but I didnt know ahead of time that you could make appt.
Really people, put a list of required paperwork on your website so people dont have to waste time. Why this state doesnt have drivers licenses and registrations at the same location is beyond me. Also, if you need me to fill out identical info on your forms, let me print them. Also, put a spot for all the info you need, dont add things and tell me to just write it in the corner. I felt like I was in a third world country. I would not go back if I could get by without a car.
I wanted to transfer my current tag to a new vehicle, but the lady who serviced me made me a new tag instead without warning me which was obviously more expensive. They are very quick if you have an appointment.
Recently purchased a vehicle, but my title arrived late. Due to covid, I cant register my vehicle without an appointment. The earliest appointment I could get was over 2 weeks out, which is 5 days after my temporary tag expires. I called to see what my options were and theres literally nothing I can do. Theres no waiting list for appointment cancelations, and if I call, they cant tell me if there are any cancelations... but if I physically show up, they can tell me... incredibly frustrating. No extensions, and no willingness to work with me to find a solution.
Can never get through on the phone to talk to somebody about a question and then when I go down there in the middle of the day theyre closed you never know when theyre open when theyre closed nor will they never answer their damn phone
Always busy, super slow, awful parking. Workers dont care to hurry at all. Never going to this location again. Took HOURS even in the morning with multiple workers in the middle of the month. DONT BOTHER!
I am super impressed and grateful that this office has found a way to speed up the tags and registration process. The people who work there are so friendly and able to answer all my questions. Very pleased with my experience
Just curious but how the hell can you work for a government job and not know what a tax waiver form is... Ive had multiple people from multiple DMVs tell me that we dont have tax waiver forms. No, Im sure you do, you just want more money. Thanks so much for the help....

I recently sold an automobile and purchased a pickup. I was going in to transfer the tag from the car to the truck. I signed up on the Q-less system at work and the wait time was only 10 minutes. I jumped up from my desk and drove right on over. I was waiting at the light at 17th to turn left off Wanamaker and I received a text that my number had been called. Fortunately they hold your place in line for up to 45 minutes! I walked in, checked in, and was being helped in less than 3 minutes. I probably spent less than 10 minutes total in the annex and was treated very professionally the entire time. I appreciated being greeted at the door where they verified that I had everything that I would need.My only complaint is the cost of registration on a 25 year old truck! Between sales tax, all the fees, plus property tax and registration, it was too much for a beat up old truck. But I know that the costs are out of the hands of the staff of the annex, and that is why they earn 5 stars.
New to the county and was very pleased at how friendly and helpful the staff was. Purchased an out of state vehicle and sales tax documentation was not compliant the Supervisor obtained and called the Missouri dealership to obtain and correct information it was very helpful and took a lot of stress off me. I appreciated it.
Came in at 4 pm to get a car registered. I wasnt aware they stop doing title work at 4 pm. I showed up a few minutes after and they were able to make an exception. The service was fast and I appreciate the gentleman at the front who was able to squeeze me in.
Quick services and friendly lovely staff. I recommend the annex over the courthouse any day

Was put on hold for 20 minutes all the way to #1 being thanked for waiting only to have them announce that l would be next followed by sorry, its closing time . Call again tomorrow . This was almost 5 minutes before actual closing time. Give me a break!
The staff was so friendly and helpful! Theres always a little bit of a wait, but the actual interaction with staff went very quickly for my tag renewal, it took literally two minutes- just long enough for her to swipe my card, have me sign the receipt, then print off my renewal sticker.
Was first in line because I used Awsome Cue on the web site. The lady helping me knew exactly what needed to be done to get me taken care of. Professional and courteous staff. The gentleman greeting me at the door reviwed my paperwork to ensure I had everything. No need waiting in line if you dont have the correct paperwork. So happy they have the Annex!
I came in after 4 at which time they didnt do title work and Josh went ahead and went out of his way to review my paperwork and make sure I had everything in order so I didnt waste any time when I came back. He gave me the que information so I could get in line electronically before I ever came back the following day.I truly was impressed with him going above and beyond to help and not just say I was out of luck. He actually cared.
The wait wasnt as terrible as everyone had told me; however when it was my turn the staff was a bit rude with absolutely no sense of humor. On top of that the lady put my address in the computer wrong. I caught it and told her and she said it was fixed. A week later it came in the mail with the WRONG address on it still. I give the postal service 10 stars for figuring that out. If I never had to go back there I would be happy. The staff do not care about the customer or their job. Horrible customer service!!!
Everyone was nice, Josh, who greets you at the door and makes sure you have everything you need, was very nice, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Not used to this kind of treatment registering our vehicles!
I’m not sure who to blsne but the parking lot here sucks. It looks like pot hule city. Someone needs to tell them to fix it up . Staff at dL place nice. Not there fault
Showed up and was sent to 200 SW Gage Blvd to do an inspection. Showed up and was told that they didn’t need to do an inspection for me. Went back, to the back of the line and a guy showed up 20 minutes later and was sent to next in line. I’m still here, waiting 30 minutes. I’m not the type to say anything, but I’ll leave this review. I’ll update further if necessary.

I had absolutely no wait time which was great! Unfortunately the customer service experience was not great. No greeting, eye contact or even a hint that the person really wanted to assist...bordered on rude.Very disappointed

Says open until 4:30 so I call at 3:57 to ask what time they stop accepting new people the lady on the phone says 4:30.. drive all the way across town to be told o we stop accepting people at 4:00 but I can look at your papers and make sure you have everything you need for when you come back
