I encountered some issues trying to purchase tires on Goodyear.com website for my father, I live out of state or I would of just gone into the store. I contacted the manager Jim directly at the store for help. With a little bit of elbow grease and a Lets get this figured out attitude he was able to resolve the issue and take care of me in house. Amazing customer service and has once again confirmed why my whole family will continue to do business with this location. If I could give 6 stars I would!

Jim and his staff were so helpful and friendly when I got a flat near this Goodyear store. They were able to quickly get me an estimate for new tires and start working on my car. I just stopped off at this Goodyear in an emergency situation. I’m driving across country in a passenger van for work and we were smelling exhaust in the cabin + an obnoxiously loud noise from the engine. We were greeted by Cody who graciously helped us and immediately diagnosed the problem. He fixed the issue within 15 minutes and really saved our van and our trip. can’t give this store or Cody enough stars. THANK YOU!!

Excellent service, friendly mechanics, nice and clean waiting area - I am 100% satisfied! Here’s the low down: All other tire shops in town were either closed on Sunday or completely booked. I called Goodyear @ 21st and Fairlawn that Saturday, and they got me an appointment the next day to wait with my car (tire wasn’t keeping pressure) vs. dropping it off (I didn’t have a ride). Come to find out, my tire had a nail/screw in it - Jim at Goodyear found it right off the bat when he took a quick look before they took it in. My appointment was at 3pm, I was on my way by 3:45pm AND they gave me a quote for a new set of tires that is the same tire but cheaper than the shop I usually go to! I will definitely be a returning customer! Thank you, Jim & Cody!!

Service here was fantastic. We brought in our car when a nail popped a tire and they were one of the few places open on a Sunday to help us out. They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and nice (especially Cody who helped us through the entire ordeal). They serviced the car and got us back on the road very quickly. Cant recommend them enough.

After MONTHS of dealing with my old car and her issues, she finally sounds great. She had some horrible belt noise and they fixed the power steering belt and the belt that connects to the alternator. They fixed my issues and are always so nice. Thanks to Travis and Cody for helping me out.

I always come here for tire maintenance. They have great customer service. I live on gravel roads and I see them quite often and regularly as I get my tires rotate and balance. They have great deals and are willing to work with you!

Was in Topeka for travel and ended up getting a flat tire the night before our drive back to NY. They got us in right away. The bolt was too big for them to fix, but they got a new tire on ASAP and got us back on our way. The workers were extremely friendly and helpful! Highly recommended!

I found myself rolling over a nail 30min prior to them closing. I called multiple other places in Topeka. They were only ones willing to sale me a tire and replace it. Mind you it was the Friday before Memorial weekend. This pregnant mommy is so appreciative of the service and professionalism of the staff.

The guys at Goodyear went above and beyond and helped me by mounting a tire for my riding mower. Probably not in the scope of what they do day to day but handled it like they do it all the time!! On a Sunday no less! Cody (aka Cory) and Jim were super helpful and saved the day! I always have great service at this Goodyear store!!

I will now only be bringing my vehicle here. The young man who serviced my Hyundai Elantra did a wonderful job! I had oil change & fluid check for an upcoming cross country road trip. It took approximately 30 minutes in & out. Lobby was clean & they even have a little fridge with complimentary water bottles.

Caught early on a Sunday morning with a flat tire traveling between Kansas and Texas. Stopped at the Goodyear location in Topeka and the store manager and crew graciously worked us right in and back on the road in 30 minutes. Much appreciated!

Today 6-18-21 I went to this Goodyear at sw 21st St. AND FAIRLAWN. IT WAS DETERMINED That I run over a patch of asphalt. The store manager assisted me with the removal of the debri and stated have a safe trip back to Southern California.For that I would like to say thank you. A job well done.

I purchased tires and an alignment from a different Goodyear store in Topeka, they finished right at closing time I drove down the street and realized that there was something really wrong with the way my truck was driving . So I went back they aligned it again I drove down the street and nothing had changed it was still way off. We went back just as they were leaving and they said they couldn’t do anything about it but I could make an appointment for Monday because they were closed the next day on Sunday. On my way home I realized that it just wasn’t safe to drive on the highway so we stopped at a different Goodyear store the one on 21st in Fairlawn and they were still Open for another 10min.. Travis Said that they could look at it but probably wouldn’t be able to fix it that night. So he had a technician named Cody test drive it and were able to diagnose that the alignment was still off offered to keep it and since they were open they would fix it the next day even though I didn’t have an appointment. I picked it up the next day and it drove wonderfully! A big THANK YOU to Travis and Cody who went out of their way to help me and ended up staying open a little late and fixing my truck even though they aren’t the ones who messed it up. Also thank you to the store manager he made sure I was happy. We will never go anywhere else.

Jim, Associate & Joe, Mechanic literally saved my life 2/21. They worked hard to fit me in then both stayed late (on a Sun) to replace the starter on my Hyundai. Had an unexpected flat on the way to Chanute for business, called up to the goodyear on 21st street and Cody was very helpful with making sure they had the tire for my fleet vehicle before I got there. When I arrived he made the process very quick and professional and tried everything within his power to make sure that they could get the new tire on and get me back on the road. I am very pleased with the service!

Found out I had a flat tire on my front passenger side tire on a Sunday at around 130pm. I called and Jim and Cody they helped me out. I needed new tires anyways so I purchased 4 new all season tires and they had the truck done with an alignment completed by close of business. Great professionalism and service.

I called in desperate need of a 225/75-15 and they have one for $125.99. I tell them I am in a bad way and he brings the price down to $100 plus tax Over the phone. I drive over a hour to get here and then the long hair guy behind the counter on Sunday October 18th at 11:00 am. Tells me it’s $165.00. WHAT?!?? I was told $100 plus tax. If you are going to quote a price then stick to it. In Iowa we have a thing called trust. Apparently there is no trust in Kansas.

Ran over a large bolt about 4pm. Luckily I was 2 blocks from a tire store. They said they were swamped and it might 2 days. Drove to this Goodyear store across the street at 4:15pm. Talked to Lucas P. and he came out, looked at my tire, said the large bolt hole would be too big to patch. Also I knew my back tires needed replaced this summer. He gave me some options for two new tires, very reasonable, AND he said they could put them on today and be done before 5:30. WOW! Lucas gave me great service, bent over backwards to help us, and saved us some money. He explained things very clearly and was very patient. I’d recommend this Firestone store and kudos to Mr. Lucas P. Great customer service.

Amazing, fast, quality service. I got in and out on a Sunday afternoon even with it being an extensive repair. Joe did a great job and my car runs smooth and straight as an arrow again. I know he had to stay past 5 to finish and I appreciate the hard work to get the job done right. After taking my car to the dealer for recall repairs I’ve had two inspections and both came back “perfect”, with the issues that led me to this visit I know that could not have been the case. I am thankful for the honest and quick service from knowledgeable mechanics to correct an issue that was missed by others and became a big problem real fast.

Every time we go to this place it takes FOREVER. I schedule my appointment online before hand, yet when I get in I always have to wait to be helped, and the guy at the register always makes some comment about being here alone. Maybe they need to hire more guys. Then it takes FOREVER for them to change the oil. Today it took 2 hours to do nothing but change my oil. I could have changed my own oil in 1/4 of the time.

Bought 2 tires a year ago and I took it in because they were not holding air. Blamed it on me because I drove with out proper tire pressure. Excuse me but that is because they weynot holding air. Tires had less than 3000 miles on them. Told me I have to replace tires at full price. Obviously they do not stand behind their product or work. Add to this a minimum 2 hour wait even with an appointment. I have always been loyal to Goodyear. Never again!

Multiple return visits to fix issues they should’ve corrected on the 1st trip.Inability/resistant to honor warranties.I will not be back to this location and highly recommend you avoid it as well.

Had a great experience. Stopped here from our of state when my tire went flat. They had me in and out within 45 minutes and my tire repair was free.

Do much of my mechanical work there. They have been much more reasonable on prices, or at least similar. And they have been reasonable about repairs and the occasional issues that have come up. Seldom if ever have they pushed any upsale.

After getting a flat tire. I went to three other tire shops who were full for the day due to memorial day weekend. I went to GoodYear and they were able to make some adjustments and informed me that they would try their best to fit me in right away. 45 mins later they informed me that my tire didnt have to be replaced and they were able to fix it and it was free of charge. Their customer service was amazing and they had me in and out in less than an hour. I would differently come back again and recommend them to anyone.

I scheduled a tire repair for 11:30am, got there about 10:30am and they said maybe they would get to it today but it could be tomorrow. Why have online scheduling if you can’t get to it until the next day. I have two cars that are going to need tires soon and I refuse to take them back to this place, customer service is awful.

My rental car blew a tire, and I was towed here. They refused to service my vehicle, so I had to get towed again to a Firestone to get it fixed. The Assistant Store Manager and Assistant Service Manager behind the counter kept talking in a low voice to each other and wouldn’t speak to me, so I didn’t know what was going on. They didn’t even attempt to explain to me what the issue was, they just told me I needed to call the rental car company and get towed somewhere else, unless I wanted to pay for the tire myself. I gave them all of the info that the rental car company gave to me for them to bill the new tire. I also offered to call the rental car company and have them talk to each other so it could get worked out. The Assistant Service Manager just told me, “All I will say to them is that they need to have you towed somewhere else.” I was shocked at how terrible the customer service was. I will never go to any Goodyear again.

Pretty Friendly customer service.. Though they didnt have my tire brand when I stopped by, But they did have the size.. Pretty Pricey compared to the same brands at other shops.

I retract my previous statement. Formerly gave a 2 star for service I received after having a problem with my new tires. The manager did fix the issue, went above and beyond. I cant be mad about that. Good tires, my only complaint would be that the other employees be as nice as the manager was.
