Just finally called Peter Bellucci back again after two years of suffering with Progressive! What a scam of a company, I regret wasting two years with Progressive and not switching to American Family sooner. Peter found me the BEST rates possible with my current situation. Very cool to have my own agent I can call anytime with questions in regards to my insurance instead of speaking to random people each time. Thank you Peter for making this so easy. Says theyre open, and theyre not, thats the same with the other stores that say theyre open, but are not when you get there. Because it said open 9 am to 5pm, I checked 3 different times and they were still closed, the last time i checked was at 3pm and they were still closed, and gave up on paying a bill THAT WAS DUE THAT DAY

I have had American Family Insurance since I bought my first car. I have different agents and Peter and Kevin do a great job for us. When we first got married my husband had different insurance and we decided that for the best price, coverage and service American Family was the winner. Now our kids are grown with their own family and they have American Family too!

At first had not the best experience but they were more that apologetic and we ended up seeing eye to eye

Peter Bellucci is a wonderful, knowledgeable, and dependable agent. I travel a lot in my job and when I received new insurance on another vehicle and Peter suggested that I take out car loaner coverage. That was 2 years ago and this year I had a wreck and Peter and the American Family Insurance Team took care of everything from insuring I had wrecker service (out-of-town), repair choice and loaner. Everyone was great! So glad I am with him!
