All State since Ive had their service for over 30 years has always responded quickly to assist me with any item. New vehicle purchase, hail damage on my home, vehicle tow and repairs. I do not see me changing insurance companies anytime soon or ever. Im totally satisfied cost wise and service wise. IF IT WORKS DONT FIX IT.

Ive had Allstate Insurance for over 40 years insuring my vehicles. I give them 4 stars for my auto insurance, but I dont like my Mobile Home insurance going to a 2nd or 3rd party. I would not recommend American Modern Insurance for Mobile Homes. I filed a claim 2 years ago for hail damage and the adjuster said wear and tear and lack of maintenance!! I had a roofer to check my roof before calling American Modern insurance. I have used mobile home aluminum sealer every 3 years with fiber. Now, last month, I filed a claim for water damage to my 2x4s in my walls. Again, told wear and tear, plus lack of maintenance. My home is a 1991 Atlantic, and built with 2x4 walls. Well insulated, and the floors are not weak or rotted!!! When I had Allstate for my mobile home insurance in the past, they covered my water damage in my other mobile home. I have $5800.00 in windows replacing the old ones from Sears. Lifetime warranty. This is my 3rd year, and I will put sealer on my roof and paint the siding. And a roofer will give an estimate and if it is hail damage before I seal it and go from there.
