We go with these guys anytime we need any glass replaced. They replaced our glass sliding door when a neighbor was weed whacking and a pebble flew out and hit our door. And I’m about to call them again because a neighbor kid threw a rock at our basement window 🙄 We also hired them to fix a neighbors window when their handicapped daughter put her heel through it. They didn’t have the money to pay for it and it was getting to be winter time so we called Phil’s Glass and they came right out and measured and got it replaced! Their customer service is great and they fix everything well and in a timely manner. Excellent local business!

First off if I could give this company zero stars I would. I had them give me a quote to replace a window in my house and when I called to have the repair scheduled they gave me the runaround THREE TIMES! Dont even waste your time.

Phil is honest and good at what he does as I have a friend who has used him before and recommended him. Several of my basement windows appeared to be leaking. I arranged for 3 replacement bids. When Phil came out, he actually helped me evaluate the problem rather than just bidding as the others had. He did not feel the windows need to be replaced and gave me several suggestions which were simple for me to complete. He repaired a contributing condition that I was unable to do myself at a very reasonable price and in the time frame agreed upon. I feel confident in his experience and integrity, and definitely recommend him. I will use him again if needed.

They are great to deal with

These guys are awesome! Im the Manager of a cabinet shop and we use them for glass in our cabinet doors and the windshields in all of our vehicles in our fleet. They are very prompt at fulfilling orders and have great customer service. They really know what they are doing when it comes to their windshields youll never have an issue with air or water leaks. I highly recommend them!!!

Great company. I read the other reviews, but I never had trouble getting in touch with someone. We even had an emergency where we broke a window we werent planning on replacing until later on in our remodel, but they ordered and replaced it within a few days (it was a huge picture frame window). We went with them for our shower door, and it was a great price for a beautiful, barn-door-style glass door. Absolutely love my door and window!

We came to Phills on personal recommendations given from family members and friends and are so glad we did!The price was right where is needed to be, not paying for clout and not sacrificing quality, we saved a lot of money and got top quality double pane windows, all various custom sizes to fit our 1950s built home.The quote included full installation, with the old windows removed and hauled off.The lady on the phone was excellent, always cheerful and helpful.The gentlemen that came to measure and give the quote in the first place was also professional and ready to answer all my questions. And I had a lot.The man who came to install the windows was also very professional. He made sure the work was done right, clean, and quick. He finished the entire job in just one day.Im sad, if not more so confused, to see so many negative reviews, and am more inclined to believe this business has just had an unfortunate run-in with a lot of negative people, as Phills Glass has been excellent and we absolutely recommend them for friendly service, reasonable price, quality, and great communication.

I have used Phil’s glass services many times and they always do a great job.

I went in to have a pane of glass cut to size and some holes drilled into it for a project of mine since I don’t have the tools to do it myself. The owner wasn’t in and the receptionist was far from helpful. She seemed like she didn’t want to be bothered and kept saying “I’m not sure we can do that” (referring to simply cutting the glass in half for me), and “do you realize how much he’s going to charge you to have those holes drilled?” Basically she had no idea what they could and couldn’t do and she kept making it sound like I was going to get charge and arm and a leg for a really simple project. She was also quite rude during the whole conversation.Of course once I told her I’d have to look at my options she suddenly didn’t want me to leave and wanted me to leave my pane of glass there and if they couldn’t do it then they’d cut me a new piece (which, of course, I’d get charged for so no thank you). Also the people that actually cut the glass are only apparently in and out without real set hours and so it isn’t really easy to get ahold of them to talk to about your options which I feel is pretty bad for business. Either way I’m likely going to end up either going to Salt Lake or buying the tools to do it myself. I don’t recommend them.

Ive tried to use them 3 times... I honestly dont know how they stay in business. I keep calling to see if ready. Were talking months not days. Im giving up again for the third time. I guess they are too busy with the cabinet company.

These guys are terrible! I have tried to get a window ordered 3 times now so we can install a swamp cooler for some tenants. They havent called me back to tell me the price, how long it be, NOTHING! When I call the ladies who answer the phone know nothing about it, nor do they seem to care. They say they will call me back and no one ever does. Must be nice to sit in their air conditioned building without a care in the world. Weve used this company numerous times and the service has always been so so, but we wanted to support a local business. But this is the last time I will ever use them, or try to anyway. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!

Terrible customer service! My husband had made an appointment for windshield repair, when he got there they had no one there to fix it. So they started an hour late, during the repair others came in with rock chip issues and they moved them right In front of us. It took them 3 hours to finally get our vehicle finished. The lady up front made snide comments to my husband about being anxious while he was there waiting. We will NEVER recommend anyone or return to them for anything!!

Lady up front VERY RUDE! told me my window would be ready in 5 days from the day I dropped it off. When i returned in 5 days, they couldnt find my order or window. They finally called 3 weeks later to let me know it was there. I will NEVER do business with them again!

Terrible, TERRIBLE customer service!!!! Been waiting 3 almost 4 months to even get a date and time for my studio mirrors to be installed. Been calling EVERY Monday and they never have answers. Great direction about what options we have

Called at the beginning of June to have a shower door installed, thinking there was time before Fathers Day. Took two weeks to get them out. Ive called at least 10 times and they still cant tell me how much it will be. They even lost the paperwork for a while because they put the wrong name on it. Now they say that they are waiting on the glass manufacturer to tell them how much it will be. I was trying to support local, but Im fed up.

They are Great to work with and they do excellent work

They have a party room on the side they rent out it is filthy and you have to carry out your own trash

I called last week and set up an appointment and they were supposed to be at my house at 430 so I hurried home from work just to have a no call no show, Im going to go through somebody else now, then come to find out the guy came almost an hour early while I was at work then went inside my house with my daughter and he didnt even call before or afteralso it sucks to have to give them a star to right a poor review
