I took my 1988 ford truck in to repair my steering column and left with a 500 plus bill and a steering column problem. Dont waste your money! The mechanic seems like he should be in a old folks home. He kept complaining about his ailments and nothing about fixing my truck. Long story short I paid to get my steering column fixed and only got a 500 dollar bill. He said he gets paid 100 dollars plus per hour even if he doesnt fix the problem. He spent 5 hours working on my truck and didnt fix the problem but still get paid his hourly rate. Fool me twice!

They are flakes and dont want to do work if it is not easy. I have a f350 i need towed. After calling 4 times she said she can only tow up to a 250.Really?The only difference is the axles ratings. What a joke. Any way. Call cartow.

One of the other parts places jacked me around on a part that they bought from them(Sorensen) and they(Sorensen not the other place) actually stepped up and made the deal right. Not many businesses would do that for a stranger they did not make the deal with in the first place. Buy with confidence - they will take care of you.

Im completely impressed! My insurance company had these guys dispatched when they didnt need to be, cancelled when they shouldnt have been, then rescheduled again. Isaiah with Sorensens called us to confirm the appt., and kept us posted regarding his ETA, and was very pleasant from the moment he arrived. He also proved to be very experienced and handled my vehicle with care. Im a big baby when it comes to having my vehicles towed for any reason, and I would have this company do it any time.

On the 3rd of January someone used my car and ruined the transmission. Called Sorensen Towing and Auto Repair they came and towed my car. After checking the car to see what was wrong they called me and told me that I needed a transmission. Once they found me one they called and told me how much it was going to cost and how long it would take. Every timed I called they would answer my questions that I had. Once my car was done it was cheaper than what they first said which was a pleasant surprise and thanked them for all they had done for me. I would recommend them with any car needs. To bad I couldnt give 0 stars. 2 weeks ago I asked them to come tow a car from my house. The car has no wheels but they said it wouldnt be a problem, just a little harder to get on the truck. And I had lost the title but once again I was told no problem means the engine was blown and it would just get parted out. So I waited a week and decided to call again. I spoke to a guy this time. He must have talked to the lady I did because he remembered my car. I was trying to go get other tires so they could move it more easily. He reassured me its no big deal. Hed be able to get it on the truck. To me, He made it sound like he had just been busy and would be by in the next couple days. I even told them Id pay them to just get it gone. Here I am another week later still waiting. I told them they could have the car for salvage too. It has lots of new parts so I figured them being a salvage yard it would help them out. Horrible customer service. And this isnt out of anger or spite. It was just my bad experience.

This guy is a jerk not only to his employees in front of customers but throwing the F bomb in front of a 8-10 years old little girl. Not to mention one of the losers that works there blows vape in the little girls face. From business point of view, they suck!! The main jerk, sends you photos of what you are buying but when you get there for that specific item, he claims there is no such thing in his system. Then when he gives you the wrong part (him being the expert) the part does not work but he wants re-stocking fee. I was looking for a body part for a car, however a mechanic told me dont go there and I shouldve listened.

Quick response to a breakdown, especially on a Sunday! Polite, professional driver. Would definitely call them again if I had another breakdown.

Over heating car... Brought it to Ron who has 40+ years turning wrench/ very skilled and knolledgable. Found and repaired a leak saving me from buying new thermostate... In the process if that repair it also fixed my a.c. issue and again saved me alot of unsecasarry spending. So the first time we came to Sorenson Ron changed out all 4 Roters on the same car and never over charges, always resolves in timely matter understands, and explained everything so i could understand... I surely drive back to Tooele just to get his services, very worth it to me #HIGHLYRECOMMEND

Not very friendly staff. Prices were a little high for a junk yard. They are in a hurry and dont want to really listen to what you have to say. really sad actually.

Have used Sorensens on multiple occasions for used parts for different cars. They have always been easy to work with and very fair on used part prices.

They did not make me a priority time-wise. However, they did go above and beyond to assist for as long as it took to resolve a problem.

Isaiah did an amazing job helping me get my car back home. It was a in a tight position but he managed to get it!

Abosolutly the worst customer service I have ever experienced i bought a transmission from jerri drive 95 miles to pick it up . Paid for the replacement in my vehicle. that broke after 15 miles . They would not warranty labor so i called and told them I need time to afford to pay for it again. They acted like it was no problem that they understood until I took off work showed up to return the defective transmission and jerri wouldnt refund my money these crooks cost me $8000.00 now . And wont refund the original 731 dollars . A complete joke. I have retained legal counsel and will be filing suite

Our car broke down a week ago and they towed us to their shop and tried to figure out the issue for a reasonable price. Even though they didnt figure exactly what the issue was, we were able to get it fixed.
