The bowling alley seemed understaffed or like the staff didn’t really care too much to help. We ordered fries and saw the fries finished, sitting in the delivery area for a good 10 minutes before someone finally brought them to us. Our lane kept breaking, either knocking down pins or freezing up all together. In the arcade a few games were broken. The guitar for guitar hero had a button that didn’t work and one that stuck which made it frustrating to play, especially because the calibration was off as well. There is a duck game my daughter wanted to play that didn’t work at all. The sledding VR game was supposed to have eye masks to help with Covid and it didn’t. My brother waited 5 minutes to try the rock wall but nobody came to help him.If it was understaffed then that can excuse some of these issues, but not all.

This place was awesome. It was our first time going to All Star Bowling. My kids had a blast. The employees were very informative and the food was great.

We have been here (the Tooele location) multiple times. We always have fun with the kids here, but I was especially happy today. Katie was the employee we interacted with most and she was kind, personable, and professional. She was great and so was our experience.

So I dont know about the rest of the place but my husband and I just went for the arcade and it was awful. Maybe half of the machines work and the other half will eat your money most of the time. A total waste. Especially since each game costs 1.00. Thats ridiculous.P.s. I got the 100 ticket win on the big wheel but it only gave me 25 tickets. Soo that may be the main reason I think this arcade is garbage.

UPDATE- I was contacted because of my review found he was the GM I did contact him and he has emailed me only once telling me who he was. But he hasnt responded to my other emails- so I think I fully understand why our experience wasnt good he doesnt seem to care either.NOT A GREAT EXPERIENCE-Right when I made contact with the first person at the counter I was disappointed. I asked if we could purchase 5 passes giving us 2 hours unlimited time. Her response was Just so you know you we cant add or pause time. I didnt know what she meant I asked what? She explained if it gets busy we still have to wait and dont get our time paused or added to. Weird cause I know 2 hours means 2 hours.We were celebrating my sons birthday. My son really wanted to climb the rock wall the whole reason he picked all star. We were informed after purchasing the passes that they could not use it because I was not all their parents and we didnt have a signed waiver. I never saw a waiver or any info about the waiver online. I looked at the birthday party page and the play page and never saw any indication of a waiver. I came home afterwards and did locate it on a complete separate area. With that in mind the only activities for the pass were bumper cars and laser tag and $10 of arcade games.The next issue is that there was nobody by the bumper cars or at laser tag -- we constantly had to go back to the counter each time they wanted to use them. However there was at least 5 employees standing around doing nothing -- I took a picture just to show. I feel someone should have been attending the attractions instead of holding up the counter.Next issue the arcade- the husband and I went and traded cash for tokens in a change machine in the arcade area but after that realized NONE of the games actually took the tokens and we needed a game card. We went and traded the tokens for the cards. Went to play games and no funds were on one card. Went BACK to the counter had the card reloaded. The lady explained sometimes the cards dont get cleared and cant get reloaded until they are clear.Fast forward 10 minutes or so all the kids are back laser tag is now having issues so nobody could play -- the kids said there was a problem with the power. So I tried to hand each kid their $10 game play card that came with the passes. I realized there were only 4 cards. So I went back to the counter AGAIN. This time I explained that there were not enough cards and we were short 1. The girl at the counter kinda argued subtly she said I double counted I know there were 5. I said no there were only 4. She said maybe a kid used theirs I told her they didnt take them at all. The second girl - who later we found out was the manager also argued a little bit as well. She also said she double counted 5 and then she issued another card.Now we have all 5 game cards for the kids BUT.... no funds are on them so BACK TO THE COUNTER AGAIN. This time we ask for a manager and found out that is the same girl we had been dealing with each time at the counter. She comes she uses the same reason as when I asked her about my card with no funds earlier. She says sometimes the funds that were previously on the card were not removed so it would not reload cause it was never cleared out. Then she put money on the cards.So now we are an hour into our 2 hour unlimited pass and laser tag is down 2 out of the 5 kids were not able to play laser tag yet. And the bumper cars there was no attendant to let the kids on the ride. So the kids were wandering kinda bored. I spent $25 bucks per pass so they could wander around bored. I could have done that at home a lot cheaper. Now remember the girl at the counter-- who we found out was the manager started out by telling me there was no pausing or adding to our time. I now completely understand why she started out that way.The place was empty maybe 20 - 30 people in there. The bathroom was filthy!! Each stall was dirty and no soap, no paper towel, and out the door the sanitizer was even broken. WHAT A BAD FIRST IMPRESSION.

This is a really fun bowling alley with arcades too! Great place for birthday parties! My son had a blast at his birthday party! They were very friendly! And it’s not very crowded, at least every time I have taken my family there.

My daughter loves the games and Lazer tag. We have done the rock wall in the past. Very fun place.

Their laser tag equipment did not work for half the game. They swapped it out and that one didn’t work either. When they finally got me good equipment I ask them if they would restart the game and they told me no I can’t do that. Mind you it is only my small little family playing the game. So I went to the front desk and complained and they confirmed that they knew they had a problems and thank you for telling us. I asked to speak to the manager and the manager was not available.

Pizza is good and its not wall to wall full. Some of the games dont work and our lane broke down twice but they fixed it pretty fast. staff was very fast and helpful

When me and a group of people went to the bowling alley we decided to get cards for the arcade, when we did then we decided to go toguzzle. When we brought the drinks in the manager for the day said “your not allowed to have them in here” so we went out used a other door to throw them away, as we were walking to go talk to some other people a bouncer came out. His name was Robert. Robert had told us we were kicked out for the night, he told us that we got warmed three times but we only got warned once. Then he proceeded to spit and touch my friends even when they told him not too. He didn’t give us any reason and said the reason we were kicked out didn’t matter. Then he said the police will come and we would get charged for trespassing, all star was our only way to get home and we had no car and we even told them our phones died but they still kicked us out. After all the workers walked outincluding the manager she told us she warned us upticks times and that we stole. Without hesitation she accused of everything that want a problem before. Ya being 12-14 we said check our bags they refused. If your gonna accuse at least check the mane her for the night calmed that we stole a bowling ball. They said bags weren’t allowed but they never gave us a warning about the bags either. The manager and the security are not qualified. Then we asked to get a refund on the card they refused!!! Won’t be coming back here anytime.

Me and my friends all went here for fun, we went to a drink place across the street and we can back they told us we couldn’t have drink so we left and then came back in to throw them away, they had a security guard come tell us we were kicked out, and they accused us of stealing, we told them to check our bags and they wouldn’t, so after a long while of arguing i asked them to refund my money i had on a card because what’s the point if im not gonna be able to spend it and they told me no, this guy named robert a WORKER spit on my friend and was touching them to try and get them out as they told him multiple times to not touch them. not okay

Went here with my gf and the Arcade is so over priced along with food, you would think with all of the money from the arcade and food they would remodel the bathrooms cause they are very worn down and gross, this place could look so much nicer and be a better experience, also sat by the prize counter for 5 minutes and no one helped us, one of the girls was loving up on her boyfriend while we were standing there waiting, no one said they would be with us soon either, just didnt seem like anyone liked their job. Wish the arcade and the food could be cheaper I can barely play anything with 15 bucks which is ridiculous

We usually have a lot of fun here but it has gone down hill. Took my family out tonight to go bowling. The table they sat us at wasnt clean so we requested someone clean it. Then one of our bowling balls got stuck in the middle of the lane and we waited for 10 minutes and nobody came to help so we just kept bowling. They finally came 30 minutes later and got the ball out. We then went to play arcade games and half of them were broken. My sons favorite machine, the candy claw, wasnt even stocked. Maybe they were short staffed or something and thats why it was bad, I dont know. Definitely not worth the money.

Poor customer service. The manager herself very grouchy and said there wasnt enough people to run attractions. On a Saturday afternoon, hardly busy, waited over an hour to laser tag. Step up Tooele we are growing, have enough people to run your businesses! Manager needs to inquire some people skills, she was so rude to her customers!

Average. The bowling is typical. Never have any issues with score screen, ball return, etc. Seating is not great. The arcade was half functioning at best. Many machines were out of order. The claw machines were not closing. Many of the ticket machines just took money but didnt let you play.

Decent bowling alley. Lane 32 slopes slightly to the right. My son using the bumper could hit the right one twice. It was hard to talk since it was so loud. It was very clean.

Came here for a Birthday Party - cashing in tickets from the arcade they wouldn’t round 49 tickets up to an even 50… Really!?!? Won’t be coming back to this cheap joint!

I have been coming here for a while and I always loved their pretzel.This time I come their cheese, it taste awful and looks disgusting. I go the staff and tell they that.They say all the cheese is like that. Before their cheese was always good and now it’s awful. If someone is telling you that your cheese looks and taste bad fix it please.

I dont know how this place stays in business with their poor customer service. Employee was flippant and rude. When asked a question, she gave a short-tempered answer and just walked away. There isnt enough staff and the rock wall isnt staffed until 3 pm. If employees cant treat customers with respect then we definitely wont be returning.

With All Star, you get exactly what you expect. Bowling, Laser Tag, Arcades, and food that matches this venue. It’s not over and above, it’s exactly the entertaining experience you expect. No reason not to go and just have a good time.

The bowling lane went out while we were bowling. The food took a long time to get. In the arcade, several of the games werent working.The arcade needs better maintenance.

I absolutely love this bowling alley, and we have a blast everytime we go. Also, the staff are awesome! They really go out of their way to accommodate you. This last time we were there, a staff member named Jamie really impressed me with how friendly and professional she was. Thank you for giving my family and I a fun and safe place to go that helps us forget the world we are living in, even for an hour.

Only place within 30 miles so we have to put up with it if we want to bowl. The owner is HORRIBLE and doesnt care about this facility like he does his other ones. So stupid as this place could be a gold mine being the only thing for this type of entertainment in town! He doesnt care, management sucks but thats only because of the owner, all of the bowlers are upset about HORRIBLE lane conditions and machines constantly breaking down. We tell management but thats where it ends because the owner never addresses anything. With great management and owner support this would be an amazing facility.

We went to pins & ales (the bar side) the staff was friendly and helpful on both sides... Getting our shoes on one side & our lane & drinks & food on the other. It was for a group activity and not everyone showed up at once so we kept the staff on their toes adding more people to the two lanes we had but the staff never got frustrated with us.

Lets be honest it has zero competition. But the staff is friendly. The fries are better then normal bowling alley food. The lanes and arcade is clean and fun. We did the virtual rollar coaster ride, which was really fun. Im sure we will be spending a lot of money here. ;) But its a great date spot or family friendly place to go.

Amazing bowling lanes! Mondays are all day bowling for the lane and shoes which is fun for family and friends, great place to just enjoy time with others and get a nice game of bowling in.

It was about 80 degrees in the adult bowling lanes. Pizza took a long time to arrive. The only bright spot was good beer. Avoid this place because Ive never had a good experience here.

Its not very often that I give either a one or a five-star rating to any business - however all-star bowling and entertainment definitely not only deserves, but earns the FULL FIVE STARS. Out of the many bowling alleys I have visited over the past couple of years this is definitely by far, the best establishment Ive been to. The place is impeccably clean, the service was polite and very timely. The lanes are immaculate and well taken care of and the ball return and pin reset machines work as if theyre brand new still. I will most definitely refer anybody I know and bring along friends of my own. They do events such as beer pong poker trivia karaoke etc. Im honestly surprised that this place does not receive more business than it does! The pricing is very similar if not cheaper than other bowling alleys Ive been to, and not only this but they have packaged deals that you get more bang for your buck. Theres arcades, bowling, laser tag, a rock climbing wall, pool, and much more. Im completely impressed with this establishment! Good job guys!

First time here. Last time here. You order 1 pretzel and wait 45 minutes and still not here. 1 pretzel. I just left.

We used a rag to clean spilled soda off the floor and then they used the same rag to clean tables etc. not very hygienic especially during a pandemic. Also the lane kept breaking and the balls kept getting stuck. Not to mention NOTHING was done to enforce wearing masks.

The food was kinda good but the lanes keep breaking down and the balls keep getting stuck. When the lanes do break down most of the time in my experience the front desk has no one at it.

I questioned rather leaving a review was the right thing to do, and I wasnt going to. But I feel like someone needs to see it so that it gets addressed.I came in last night to get some info about booking a birthday party for my daughter, overheard several employees gathered around a square table behind the counter bragging about how someone had just lied to get rid of a male co-worker and how gullible their boss was for believing them.They saw me standing there and made their way to the counter, I was told I needed to talk to someone named Katie to get info on parties, called the number on the card I was given and it was just the phone at the front desk and the girl that answered the phone was clearly annoyed that she had to take the time to answer the phone.Ultimately decided that between hearing gossip on someone losing their job and how it seemed to be a running joke, and on top of the hassle and treatment over trying to book a party that I would just go else where.

Paid $9 for a salad that consisted of lettuce and a few croutons, paid extra for chicken that I could barely find (a few small slivers) and it was dry and tasteless. I should have asked for my money back. The lanes are continually dropping pins needing to be reset.

Wasnt happy with my visit last night, staff was very rude to me and my girlfriend. They were too busy talking about someone that didnt work there anymore and seemed annoyed anytime someone approached the counter. I waited several minutes to place a order at the cafe counter and the food quality was not that great and arrived to our table cold. My girlfriend was ready to cry. Had one of the games in their arcade take my money, and the lady behind the counter basically accused me of lying when I told her about it, though she did refund me. Did not bother to redeem any tickets, as I already felt like they were annoyed to have anyone there. Will not visit this location again.

Held our group event here. Staff provided excellent service, taking care of all our needs. They worked within our budget and provided a great experience for an active group of young cub scouts and families. The pizza we ordered was good. Bottomless drinks were a bonus. They prepped the event space well in advance and looked classy. Give them a try!

We were there Saturday for a birthday party. I bought 3 unlimited attraction passes! My card was charged 90 and 80 for 3 unlimited passes. They tried to tell me my card wasn’t charged for the 90 but it absolutely was. Not only we were over charged but every kid who ate the ice cream from there ended up with food poisoning. We called on Sunday and let them know what happened with the food. I called last night again once I noticed my card was charged double was told they would have a manager call. Never received a call and when I said we also got food poisoning from the ice cream she said nobody said anything about that. So they are still serving bad ice cream. Horrible experience. I don’t recommend going there. HOWEVER the party manager Bethany is a delight and awesome to work with. She needs paid more than she’s paid to put up with what she puts up with

I really like the upgrades this All-star has received. The games seem to be getting better. Shouldnt cost so much to play them though. The bowling is always fun. Lanes are clean. Friendly atmosphere and good customer service here. The food is 👌. Good variety. There also is a bar closed off from the rest of their place. Dont know much about that. I drink no longer so ya.... Looking for a good place to take the fam for some fun there here is one of the best spots in Tooele!

Super fun place to go and hang out! With AMAZING PIZZA! Its the best Ive ever had. The laser tagging area is so fun and very well kept. This is a great place to go and trust that you will have a great time no matter your age!

The summer specials made fun here very affordable. The laser tag was very fun, and in a nice facility. The bowling was great too. Food was good and surprisingly a good price for a place like this. They were under construction adding new attractions when we went. Im excited to try their new stuff!

Had a great time here bowling. It was pretty busy but the employees were working hard to make sure everyone was taken care of. Their laser tag is also interesting. I do wish the employees looked a little happier though. I know it was busy, but they are working at a fun center and sad looking employees can sometimes put people off.

Im pretty disappointed overall. We decided to take advantage of the unlimited pass for $20. They were severely understaffed with only 3 employees working! The kids used their arcade cards and that was pretty much it. They had nobody at the bumper cars, nobody at the rock climb wall and nobody at laser tag. So we payed $20 per child for a few arcade games. They did offer to extend our bowling for an hour, which was nice. I felt bad for the staff, bad for our kids, and even worse for our pocketbooks. Bummer!

Probably the nicest place in all of Tooele. In the 21 and over lounge.Great Inexspensive cocktails, excellent food menu as well. Pretty Bartenders. Pool tables and dining are inviting too. Clean and airy. Smoking area too.

Horrible service! Booked a party online and when I showed up they had no idea about the party. Employee was not apologetic kept blaming it on the system. Nothing was offered to make things right I finally had to ask what she was going to do. All I got was 10%. I will for sure next time go into salt lake for my kids’ birthday parties they deserve the money I spent here. $200 for nothing but stress and arguing. Wish I could give no stars 👎🏻👎🏻

My husband and i go on weeknights because he works weekends, the food isnt great but the bowling is super fun and drinks are okay.

Loved it. Gotta go if you have kids. Young ones will love the bowling and games and adults too. Young kids 4 or younger arent tall enough for the bumper cars but they have laser tag too and a sweet arcade room

I love bowling here. I love how quick the staff is to help and provide service. The arcade is full of new and fun games. The laser tag room is a really fun lay out. The bar is hopping. Everything from the arcade to the bathrooms is always clean! Great experience for the whole family.

If your going there to bowl and thats it its good, the Tooele location lets see where do I start first of all get your gaming machines fixed because at least half of them dont work. I went to the bathroom the toilet didnt flush. For a guy with alot of money maybe you should spent some to fix up that dump, or lower your prices cause its pretty ghetto.

Fun place to go. They serve lots of different variety of cold beer and they serve alcohol as well. Good kitchen and lots of things to keep you entertained. Fair priced and seem to have a friendly staff.

I still am giving 5 stars even though they wouldnt let me bring in my pizza. This place has reasonable price and it pretty much the only real entertainment center in Tooele. They have bowling, arcade games, And laser tag. I only did the bowling but I plan on going back soon for the laser tag.

Someone has a good idea started here. Our lane (and several others) I noticed kept getting stuck and we ended up waiting time after time for an employee to go behind the scenes and fix it. They gave us more time to finish our game but if youre in any type of hurry you might want to just go fishing instead.....

Very clean and staff was super friendly. Fun arcade games as well. We sill be back.
