Stay far, far away! After we had issues with autopay not being charged even though we were enrolled and nothing was wrong with the card, we decided to get our classic car out of there. When I called to tell them I was ending my service, they claimed they didnt have internet to send me a confirmation. In 2020 they dont have internet?!? They claimed to be out in the middle of nowhere yet there are huge subdivisions right across the street and Beehive Broadband just down the road. When I went to pick up the confirmation notice in person, I instead got an aggressive lecture about how I obviously cant read (the contact). I told her they had no right to attempt to hold my things hostage and since I was paid through the end of the month to consider that my notice. I just cancelled my debit card associated with the storage unit to avoid continual, fraudulent charges!
I moved on the 20th and got charged for another month. Other than that all was well. Just gotta be aware theyll get you for everything they can. This is the only storage place I have ever had do this. An update. They charged me for another month a month and a half after I moved out. I have called them and they said they would refund me but I am yet to see the refund.
Check their parent company’s (Beehive Storage) Better Business Bureau rating if you have any questions. These folks have a long history of incompetence and borderline fraudulent practices.
AWFUL PLACE!! DO NOT RENT A STORAGE UNIT! THEY WILL DUMP EVERYTHING YOU OWN WITH NO WARNING! THIS PLACE NEEDS SHUT DOWN!! THIS BUSINESS IS A JOKE!

Do not get a storage in this place several problems with auto pay and they do not charge your auto pay and then come back and say you havent paid which is a lie.go someone else they are criminals..they were exposed on ksl channel 5..
I would not trust this place with my stuff. It sounds like there are many issues, and blame for those issues is put back on the customer. At the end of the day, your stuff could end up being thrown away with no notification!!!STAY AWAY
Weve had several storage units at this facility for over a year. In the last couple of months we got behind on the payments. I got one unit back in order and the older couple said they would work with me. A few weeks ago I tried to call and bring everything to current they finally answered and said they were out and to call back in ten minutes. Ive been trying to call them since because Ive had the money. Today they finally answered and said that the unit has been auctioned off. We didnt even get a phone call, Ive been leaving messages and no one would answer. We just lost all of our personal pictures and memories from our families history. The furniture can be replaced but most of whats gone can never be replaced. This is one of the most devastating things to ever happen. I cant believe that they are taking money from my account for one unit but not the other one. I cant believe that the older couple wouldnt have called or at least done theyre job and answered the phone. At least to tell us, hey youre stuff is going to be thrown away if you dont pay. I would never trust this facility. The couple is incompetent and unqualified to handle this job. They have taken so many memories and just threw it away.
I love these guys they are amazing and friendly people.I have been renting from them for over a year now and ever time I go into the office I come out smiling.Simply amazing people to work with.THANKS for everything guys.
As far as storing your belonging and housing them they do a good job. Never had an issue getting into the location when I needed in. Rented for 4 months. The issue came after I canceled my contract with them and moved out of the unite. I was charged the next month when I shouldnt have been charged. The man who works there told me the day I was charged they would process a refund and it could take 10 days. Of course that never happened, seemed he never told the person who does the refunds to process it. Called multiple times and left messaged with no return calls. Called the Merchant on bank statement and told them Ill give them tell the end of the day today showing prof that it has been refunded or Ill chargeback with my bank(its going on day 15 now). Also got someone to answer at the location today. Its the lady who is the person you want to deal with. She said shell call and make it happen. Guess well see if they send me an email showing prof it has been refunded, they have tell the end of today. **Good place to store your items but issues getting charged after I canceled my contract with them and issues getting a refund back for that wrongful charge**
Don’t trust these guys, they don’t care about their customers. Just look them up on Google, KSL did a report on them.
Billed three times in same month. Told I would get refund. Been waiting over two weeks for said refund. Now have to cancel my debit card because I am not letting them borrow my money again in future.

I called and reserved a unit several weeks in advance and then when I showed up with our moving truck to fill our storage unit, they didnt have any record of our reservation. Luckily a unit had just opened up, which was insanely lucky, although it was a smaller unit than what we had originally reserved, we made it work. The couple that runs this place was friendly, just seemed clueless.
Absolutely incompetent. Overcharged, double charges..very rude when the mistakes are pointed out. I use to run a storage unit and these managers have no clue what they are doing or how to deal with customers! Been locked out of the gate on several occasions when it was very important to get in, not because of nonpayment on our end. Very frustrating and Rediculous!
Super frustrating experience doing business with Stansbury Park Storage. The managers were confused from day one and set up my account wrong. Then the month after my account was set up, I got a letter stating I was late on my payment. I authorized them to set it up on auto pay, so I had to call and get it fixed, when it was their mistake. Then when I went to vacate, I made sure they knew I would be out by the end of the month and to stop my auto payment. Then May 1st, the payment came out. I called for a reversal, they said it will take 7 days but made no apologies for messing it up again, or giving me reassurance that it would be fixed going forward so I dont have to worry about it pulling out again next month. Now 7 days later, still no refund to my account.
Convenient, reasonable place to store your things. You just have to be patient with the management.
DONT USE THIS PLACE!!!The experience I had with this storage unit facility was a combination of incompetence and laziness. Despite the Google reviews and well the lack of availability for storage units in the Tooele area, we decided to go with this place. The only reason they are getting one star from me was because the purchasing transaction of a storage unit was fairly easy and simple; however, the rest of my experience was horrible. I signed up for auto pay so they could take my payment out the 1st of the month and I didnt have to worry about another bill while I was trying to move. LOL boy was I wrong. These wonder individuals would never take out my payment and try charging me a late fee for being late. I would have to call each month and get them to waive the late fee and take the money out of my account. Sometimes it wasnt until the 16th of the month before they would charge me for the storage unit. Each month I fought with them to remove a late fee. I would ask, How can I have a late fee if I am on Autopay? They dont keep great records and when you do get a late fee charged to your account, they dont refund the money to you. They still owe me money for a late fee that occurred the last month I rented to them. Their response was, It happened to a lot of people so you will need to wait. It has been two months.. guess I am not getting my money back. Dont waste your time on these idiots. They are so incompetent that they should not be running a business.
These two do not know how to run a business. They are never available during the times they indicate on the building and the website. The roads are never plowed, so dont plan to get anything out if it snows. Over all, nice units but vey very poor management.
Well lets see.... these two people dont communicate, are never available, dont return phone calls, charge you fees based on their own assumptions, cant seem to get the auto pay thing down until the third month. all and all, im sure a monkey could be more professional. really how hard is it to manage a storage unit? nice polite people though, just not to bright.
Called a few times with no answer. Drove to the site and was assisted by someone that dealt with me like an inconvenience. I decided to not bother with Tooele storage businesses; my money spends anywhere.
