There good But expensive. $390 for 20 minutes of work and a 20 dollar part.

Daniel the Tech was very nice and polite and he explained everything to me about my washer and i would recommend ALL PRO APPLIANCE to everyone. Daniel also told me the price when i asked him. Thank you Daniel came back to put in the part and it was fixed and before Daniel left he checked to make sure the washer did not leak and he also made sure everything was clean before he left.

Warning ⚠️ these people are rip off artists. Also very unprofessional. Made a mess, dropping screws and putting back together things all wrong. Wasting your time not only from up charging you 500% but being slow and definitely not same day service. It would be cheaper to hire a lawyer to do the repair. Got it done 25% of the cost by a true professional couple hours later.

Horrible company. Would have charged $351.00 to replace a baking element. Wow! Took a week to get them to Tooele. They are out of SLC. When they got here they didnt have a part. Also wanted to check all other appliances. DO NOT USE,THEM!

Great service, Joel was friendly and efficient. Got the job done quickly and made sure everything was working great before.

Called company July 13th to set up appt. to look at refrigerator. Set up appt for July 14th from 1-4 PM, gave her my phone # since it was my sons house and he was out of town and we needed a half hour to arrive at his house. We arrived at house at 1 PM and company called at about 2 PM and said 2 of their techs had thrown up at customers houses, so they would not be coming. Set new appt for July 16th from 1PM- 4PM.Called company at 1 PM and they said tech was leaving his appt and we would be next, in about 1 half hour. We arrived at 1:30 PM, did not hear anything so I called company back at 2:15 PM, they said tech would arrive in half an hour. No one showed, called back at 3:45 PM and they could not find their techs and were worried, so at that point I cancelled. She said she would tell the tech we cancelled, even though she said earlier she could not find them. I would not recommend this company.

Called them and made it clear that I needed urgent repair on my freezer. After a tech came out and I paid 80 dollars to him I was told Id get a call back by the end of the day to let me know how much a repair would cost. This has been 3 days, no return, no idea how much, and several hundred dollars in spoiled product. If you cant do the job timely dont take it in the first place. Waste of not only my product but also the 80 I spent for the service
