Larissa is the worst! she’s all over the Neighborhood except the apartments She actually lives very close to the apartments, her brother is the Maintenance guy, he visits the apartments once a year so if something happens good luck getting a hold of them. People who live here don’t even Socialize awkward peopleTypical Mormon. I lived here for a year don’t even know my Neighbors. Larisa start doing your job you lazy B.

They do not answer the phone or emails only contact you will ever get is a link to fill out the application with fee and request for 100$ deposit for an apartment you cant even tour beforehand

Loved living in this property. Its a quiet neighborhood, and the property itself is modern and updated. The manager has always been awesome to work with and has always had us taken care of the 2 years we lived here.

Floors are made of plastic so Id suggest living 3rd floor, Really nice place to live though. Downsides are stacking, the land lord is never in the office theyll never answer the phone. If you want maintenance to come and check something out itll be a month or more. Its just super annoying and inconvenient. Im kind of disappointed about this place just because of communication and landlord attendance. Ive done my part as much as I can its a 2 way street, and Im on the shoulder waiting for someone to help.

This place is impossible to get ahold of! Me and my husband really wanted to get into a apartment here. We called for THREE days during office hours, left multiple messages and NO ONE got back to us. Very unprofessional.

Well for starters Larrisa the manager was never in her office. Very poorly managed.

I want to rent a unit, but I cant get ahold of them, and they wont return my calls.

Stopped by at least 6 times different times of day during scheduled office hours- always empty and locked. Changed lunch time to try and meet leasing agaent. Called four times left multiple voice mails stating an interest in renting a three bedroom unit. No one has called back. Sent an email just now and will modify this review if i finally hear from someone. Youd think it would be easier to let someone give you thousands of dollars.

The apartments are okay. The appliances are decent and it came with a single car garage and a door opener. That is a big plus so one star for that. The downside is that I had issues once when I needed after hours maintenance. I wanted to call the emergency phone number but it wasnt on the answering service (like all of the other apartments out there have) nor was there a sign of useful information on the office window or door. The manager (Larissa) is a single girl who comes and goes as she pleases with no set hours. Dont leave voice mails because you will likely not get them returned. After she leaves for the day good luck in getting anything from her especially help in an emergency. She doesnt care but she will take ur rent gladly. Also youll see dog poop everywhere because pet owners wont clean up after their 4 legged friends. Larissa put up some doggie poop bags in the area but fails to keep them supplied with new bags. Another failure! Lots of litter around and no real maintenance crew to keep things tidy. Another failure by Larissa. Pretty much a typical Tooele apartment experience run by a single blonde chica.

Land Lord is never around to get in contact with. Management lies to you and wont give out their boss number so you can report a complaint.

Does anyone know how to get ahold of these people their phone is disconnected and nobody is ever in the office please help
