The only company to answer their phone on a holiday. Came out right away. Very courteous and professional. Had the parts in their van. A/C repaired within 10 minutes. Much lower price than we thought it would be. This is the best one if you have a heating or AC problem.

We had called a different HVAC company to come out to our business and look at our air conditioning unit. The other company recommended an upgrade and said they would get back to us. Never heard from them again. Ace Heating and Air came by and immediately diagnosed the problem and did the repair in less than an hour. Amazing! We also had our home air conditioner go out as well at the same time. Ace came to the rescue and got us taken care of quickly. Thank you for a great job at a fair price.

Imagine your central air breaking earlier this week. The blower motor making noises that it is on its way out. It turns off more than it turns on. You know theres something wrong.Youre a DIYer and got some parts replaced, but youre just missing one more essential part of your recipe. I needed a capacitor for my central air and Jeremy was the man.I was able to get a part from him and his pricing was very fair. He isnt chasing dollars and is more concerned about your AC working. That attitude is difficult to find.Youre a gem, Jeremy. Thank you. My air conditioning quit working on a Friday, hottest day of the year, so we started panicking trying to find someone to come out. Someone came out Saturday morning and told me it was the compressor, that I needed to replace the whole unit for $3500-$4000. Ace text me shortly after letting me know they were available, stopped by my house and replaced the CAPACITOR. A $35.00 part. Air conditioner is running perfect again! I absolutely recommend Ace Heating and Air for any and all A/C needs. Fast, reliable service hands down. I will most definitely go with ace heating and air in the future.

My builder place the Air Conditioning unit on the Bedroom side of my house and it was waking my wife up in the night when it kicked on. I decided to have it moved to the other side of the house by Ace HVAC. Jeremy and Sean came out and gave me a bid for the work. Im always willing to pay an agreed upon price before work commences (other subs tended too come back higher than agreed upon). It was cold. Too cold. Turns out our furnace was on the fritz. Rather than turning in to the dad from A Christmas Story, I put out a call for help on Facebook and asked friends for recommendations on who I should call. So I did.Im very PLEASED to say that the situation turned out well for us!Not only was Jeremy able to narrow down what the issue was from the information I was able to provide him on the phone, he was patient and thorough in guiding me through a few tests to do on my end towards planning his service call. Called Ace Hvac and talked to a really nice lady and told her the problems Im having with my heater. She had Jeremy and Nick come out right away they diagnosed the problem with the shop heater, fixed it and went the extra mile to seal the vent on the roof because they seen a little crack . Thought the price would be outrageous but nope it was very reasonable.If you want professional, friendly, fair priced this is the place no more getting the run around from some of the other guys from now on Im referring them and using there service .Thanks Again. .

Worst Service EVER!!! A guy named Jeremy quoted me one price over the phone and came out to do the service and charged a whole different amount from what I was quoted over the phone. I called the office after being told by my employee that they charged more than they said and at first was talking to a nice lady and then she put another lady on the phone that was trying to tell me that she was standing next to Jeremy as he quoted my the price which I wrote down on my note pad when being quoted the price cause before I use anyone I usually call around to see who has the best price for the service, which was only a diagnostic anyway which should have only been $59.00 and they charged $79.00 since my employee did not know any different. To top it all off someone just turned the gas valve off on my deep fryer so they did not even need to do anything. WOW!!! THEY ALSO HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I WOULD NOT SUGGEST TO USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING AND IF YOU DO I WOULD EXPECT TO GET SCREWED OVER!!!

I bought a house and found out the thermostat was disconnected, I hooked it up and the unit put out barely cool air, I put my gages on it and the pressures were way too high so I let some freon out, the pressures would never stabilize and the air just got warmer, so I guessed the compressor was weak and called Jeramie. I had no idea who he was but he was a local guy that came right over that weekend. I knew this was going to be fun because I used to teach AC and I had the attitude that there was nothing he was going to put over on me. He came over and yep, compressor was gone and we agreed to put a little more freon in to get me by and it was getting dark and he said he would go under the house and look over the cooling unit when I was at work the next day. I came home and he was there and we had a bunch of mismatched parts that would never work right and then I discovered that this guy was no dummy, we had to replace everything with 1 sized unit and he stayed well after dark and a cooling it went, we drank alot of tea. He hooked me up on costs and went way beyond a regular install and he never upped the price or complained, about a month later a big bug got into the contactor and made it buzz real loud, he came over, put a new one in and hopped in his van and drove away, no cost, no complaints, this was 3 years ago and it costs less to cool this house than any around it, my family considers him a friend and would call him to come over and leave him a key to go in and fix what ever is wrong and he will lock it up when he leaves. Like him on face book and call him for any HVAC needs, residential or commercial, coolers, walkins or drop, and smokers too!!
