Our town like how they keep the drinking water very clean and maintaining low water bills for our homes and businesses.

Unhelpful, unsympathetic, rude, disrespectful employees. ECWA is threatening to shut off my water service because the houses previous owner has unpaid bills; sent a guy in a van telling me to call and set up an account, but refuses to set up the account.Its wrong to punish a person for someone elses misdeeds - by the logic employed by the ECWA, the families of the employees should be punished for the unprofessional attitudes and condescending tones exhibited by the employees themselves.This is why monopolies should be illegal - I would take my business elsewhere if I had the option. The world would be a better place without the ECWA.
