WORST EXPERIENCE EVER..I had this company come out to give me a quote. The guy was really nice I did explain that this was a quote and that we would should at the end of summer. The guy let me know just to call when ready. I did just that only for a rude women to answer the phone and say she will have to call me back as they would need to relook at the tree to make sure the quote still would be correct. One week went by with no response. I then called back to see if they came out to relook at the tree. She stated to me that the past quote is no longer valid. I then asked her what the new quote would be she stated to me they will pass on cutting my tree. When I asked why she gave me no answer. She said if I would like another quote I will have to wait till next year. Unprofessional conversation as she was simply rude and had no answers for my questions.

I needed a 35 foot pine tree removed. They responded very fast. Gave me an appointment that was kept on time. They showed up, did the job quick, and cleaned up perfectly. The price was very fair and better than other quotes I got. I cant recommend Als enough.

Sadly, due to a water problem, we had two trees in our yard that simply drowned. A very old cedar tree and a once beautiful Japanese Maple had to be removed. The crew from Als arrived on schedule and did a complete and clean job. They were very professional, and I would highly recommend them.

They did an awful job. They cracked our driveway in the process. One tree fell on another tree that caused it to crack. They are also extremely rude and unaccountable for their mistakes. I called them back to take the live tree they cracked down. The estimator was rude and gave a quote for the wrong tree. He also denied the company ever working at our property. Call Aj’s tree service in East Amherst instead!This in fact is true. We have cameras, billing receipts, and neighbors as witnesses. Your threat of a lawsuit for slander is hilarious. I look forward to speaking with your attorney.

Al’s removed a very large maple tree from our front yard. I know it was a challenging job because 2 other companies refused to quote, and a third wanted a crazy number to do the job. The team at Al’s were clearly skilled at what they do, they were professional, and they left our yard spotless afterward. It was honestly fun to watch them work.

We have a giant tree in our backyard that I was worried was dying. They came out, took a look and a trim was all that was needed. The crew just left our house. Took an hour and a half, all the dead branches are gone, and they left my yard SPOTLESS. Great work, fast, efficient & clean. Thanks guys!

These guys were amazing. Made quick work of those trees and overgrown bushes. Cleaned up and did it for a reasonable amount. Only wish they would have a tree replacement service as well. Very happy.

Als is a well oiled machine. From start to finish these guys are true professionals with tons of knowledge, not to mention extreme efficiency. Very affordable prices as well. They make selecting a tree service a no-brainer.

I had three old silver maples with some dead limbs and branches trimmed today by Mike and his crew. They were on time, very efficient, had several workers, and did a very thorough cleanup. I will call them again when I need work. No problems at all!

Als Tree Service was phenomenal. They cut a tree down that needed to be removed for my fence install and they were efficient, kind, professional, and had the lowest price around. I even had other tree removal services tell me they couldnt match Als pricre. On top of all that when i realized the stump they left was too high, i called them back and they came back the very next morning to practically remove it without a problem. Mike, (the gentleman who handled the stump removal and who was on the team that originally removed the tree) came this morning was incredibly nice, understanding and professional as well. I will definitely use them for trimming of the other trees in my yard very soon! Quality, fair cost, and courtesy are super important for me since I expect that from my team to give to our customers. A++ service from Als all the way around.

They did a great job taking down my large dying maple. They came on time and got the tree down surprisingly quickly. They were also very clean. I expected a huge mess but there is virtually none! I highly recommend! Also really good value. I had three other companies do estimates and they were the lowest priced.

They Removed two diseased ash trees in Amherst for me in just one day. The trees were about 40 tall and were between 4 Houses. Nothing was damaged and the clean up was superb! They beat 2 other great prices as well. I will call them for future jobs!

Did work for my neighbor behind my house. When they came to do it they went into my garage and cut the trees down while on my garage. After they were done, they decided to leave a ton of saw dust left sitting on ny garage. I called immediately, and was told I would receive a phone call back and they would come out and take care of it. I never got a call back from them. In case anyone is wondering saw dust is combustible and with it sitting on my garage by power lines it presents a major concern for me. Also, not exactly sure why they thought they could just walk on my garage.

They gave me a great price and removed my tree faster than I expected. Good job guys very impressive

Als texted the day before they were scheduled to take down a tree. Said it was company policy someone had to be home. They should disclose their Company Policies prior to the day of service. Tree removal was costly enough, lawn damage and loss of pay, a lot more to expect from their customers.

Details of what was going to be cut off was not specific enough at the time of the quote. Otherwise was very quick and cleaned up
