I have worked with Esther at EG Tax for a few years now, and I wont go anywhere else to have my taxes prepared. I used to file online, but now that I own a small business in addition to my day job, I dont have the time to keep up with the changes in tax laws from year to year, and I know I can always count on Esther and the staff at EG Tax to answer all of my questions and provide my wife and I with the best possible service. The fees are very reasonable, and it amazes me every year how they are able to breeze through our tax prep and not miss a single detail. I highly recommend EG Tax to anyone in need of tax prep or financial services!

I dont know why people left bad reviews - I had a lovely experience with EG Tax services and was able to get my taxes done in 15 -20 minutes. Chris Fabian was wonderful to work with and his office decor is pretty rad with all of the matroyshka (nesting) dolls. Such quick service and I will be back next year.

I got my taxes done this morning at the corporate office. Debbie was my preparer. She was wonderful. I couldnt ask for a better experience.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!Had to re-do my Basic SSD taxes easy. She screwed me of over $4000. Had to go back and re-do my taxes and waited 4 .months for my money. And paid$69 for screw up and. No refund!

I paid about 1000 dollars to eg tax to get straightened out with the irs, eg tax dragged there feet for 2 years without any progress and when I trying to call eg tax the person (not naming names) never answered the phone, plus they even had the nerve to try to charge more after they did nothing. Now Im in debt they put a lean on my house and Im in serious trouble, so I dont recommend you come here nothing but more problems trying to work with eg tax, I recommend finding someplace elsewhere

I went here to get my taxes done and paid $160. The tax preparer entered the wrong amount of with holdings on the submission. NYS then sent me a letter saying the numbers did not match up with what my employer submitted. I then spent hours correcting and submitting and setting up accounts with the state. Going to be 4 months before I get my refund now. I went back to the tax preparer and asked for a refund since I basically had to re do my taxes on my own. They said they would not give me a refund.DO NOT use EG Tax service for your tax needs. Very unprofessional and they do not stand behind their work. Never again.

Maria is the absolute best! You get more then what you pay for here. They are the most reputable but least expensive.

We recently met with Tim at the corporate office for a tax consult. We had some questions concerning settling an estate, capital gains and ira distributions. Tim very patiently answered all our questions. We will definitely get our taxes done here in the future.

Tax preparer made an error on my taxes and they have done nothing to help me to get my refund. Filed in Feb and I m still waiting. Never again!
