I have been going to VV Nail Spa for over two months now and every time they exceed my expectations. The staff is friendly and professional. Lindsey, Thuy, and Nancy are fantastic. I would highly recommend! They do quality nail work!

Vary clean I went here for a pedicure with my bf a couple of weeks ago then yesterday for a full set both services were great the customer service is some of the best that I have had going to a nail salon in years!

I was welcomed upon arriving very warmly. I was asked what services I would be getting today and asked to pick a color for my pedicure. I could ask questions of the tech and get a comprehensive answer. I was taken to the pedicure area and was wowed at how spacious and clean it was. I opted for the special “Coconut Lime Spa Pedicure” for $55 and it was worth every penny. The tech was very thorough, massage was amazing, hot stone massage was heavenly and the professional manner was greatly appreciated. My feet and legs have never felt better. Then after the pedicure i received a 4 minute shoulder massage while my toes dried. This place is now called Young Nail and Spa but still Comes up in a google search as V V nails. I will absolutely be back for my next pedicure. Thank you !

Little to no wait the 3 times Ive been, tons of colors to choose from and Kim does great work! The dip powder is a great option, stays on way longer than gel polish ever did for me.

The owner was busy, so she showed some man what and where the utensils were, and he started hacking away at my toenails. I think it was his first time trying anything . She was in the other room. We decided to pull our feet from the water and run! I have been getting pedicures for 30 years and have NEVER had an experience like this! I highly recommend going across the street to Star Nails.

Over charged and nails already lifting. I dont even know what gels are. I know asked specifically for acrylic

If anyone in the Tonawanda-kenmore area is looking for a place to get a mani or pedi I highly recommend v&v nail spa on Sheridan drive! My technician was Michael and he was amazing! You definitely get what you pay for and then some! The salon had a really nice, clean, calming atmosphere and there were plenty of chairs! I’m definitely going back and will bring friends 😊

Awesome service! First time visiting this salon for dip nails, then decided to return the next day for a pedicure. Clean, friendly, and quick service. We’ll see how long the dip lasts but I’ll be back.

First time coming here after looking for a new salon. Ill probably try a couple more to see which one is best. Not 100% satisfied, but my nails do look ok and the tech was very personable.

Like I went 2 times in both of them I didn’t even get the shape I wanted plus she got my finger cut twice and on top of that I had to pay 40 dollars in both times, but I didn’t say all of that to them because I didn’t want to be rude. Anyways im not going there anymore.!!

I do really like it here. Its a big space, very clean and staff is friendly. But I can only give it 3 stars due to services not being consistent. I think the same service should come with the same thing every time and regardless of what technician works on you but it does not here. For example if you want a basic pedicure your feet are soaked, dead skin scraped off with a yellow sponge like device, cuticles pushed back and cut, you get a hot towel, oil rubbed into your skin and polish but only some of the technicians go beyond this and use this wonderful green scrub stuff on your skin and actually gives you a little massage. I have been there multiple times now and I always go with multiple people. We all order the same service but some of us get the nice extra treatment while others of us dont. Some of us got the green scrub and massage and some didnt even though we all ordered the same type of pedicure. When we got manicures one of us didnt even get the electrical nail filer used on their nails which I thought was standard with a manicure. Ive never once had a manicure where they only used the stick nail file. All of us except one had a technician who use the electric one. I want to come back because I do like it there but I want to know that I am getting the full treatment! These services are not cheap yet a couple technicians seem to leave out some of the services and I dont know if its just coincidence but it seems like its the male technicians that are ones not doing the full manicure and pedicure. One of us got the same male on 2 separate visits and had the same experience of not a full mani/pedi. One of us got another male there and really liked the way their nails turned out but was disappointed that they didnt get the nice scrub treatment with that green stuff that all of us who had woman technicians got. Only the 2 who had male technicians did not get this treatment. In my opinion each technician should be providing the same service depending on what people want. Whenever I come in for a pedicure I should be able to expect the same treatment regardless of what technician I get.

I’ve tried so many different nail salons that there was always something messed up. To either concerned for cleanliness, my cuticules cut and bleeding, lack of staff, and nobody wanting to do a design. This salon is AMAZING I have no complaints at all. The staff is friendly it’s clean and they can do any design you want! Plus they’ve never cut me! Lol

They do a horrible job. They had acrylic all on the side of my fingers. Ken is the worst tech. They do price change at the end of service. Save your time and go somewhere else!

Decided to try somewhere new with my friend and we picked here... worst decision ever first we got a spa pedicure for $35 which they did not do half of the stuff advertised and did not even scrub the bottom of my feet... at my normal nail place i pay $25 for a pedicure and get way more stuff done. i also got a gel manicure which started chipping by the second day ( which gel should not do) and some are completely chipped less than a week later.... do not go here if i went to my normal nail place TNT i would have payed $50 instead of $70 and gotten a way better job.
