Custom Maids did an outstanding job on the new house I was purchasing and the house I was moving out of. They were accommodating with the scheduling. All I had to do was give them the code to get in!! I am looking forward to having regular monthly cleanings going forward!!

Having the crew come to do a deep cleaning was the best thing that happened to me all year! With a toddler, two German Shepherds, another baby due in December and part-time journalism work on my plate, I really had my hands full and needed a professionals touch to get this house in order. I had contacted several other agencies about service, but was impressed by how friendly and professional Colleen was when she came to do the in-house quote. I liked that the company had all their paperwork in order -- licensed, bonded, insured and BBB accredited, as well as the fact that they do background checks for their employees. The number quoted was about the same as what others were offering -- not the highest, not the lowest, but fair. They are willing to put in a lot of work for the money you pay. I was pleasantly surprised to see four girls show up to make short work of the cleaning. My tubs, sinks, stove and floors in particular have never looked cleaner! They hit up areas like baseboards, window sills, light fixtures and appliance interiors that not every area cleaner is willing to do without an up-charge. Two of the girls in particular were top-of-the-line friendly and I enjoyed chatting with them while they were here working. Since Im looking for regular cleaners, I like to think of the people who come as a part of the extended family, and the workers here fit the bill. A huge cloud has been lifted. Now instead of cleaning, I can spend more time with my precious little ones -- thank you!

Great experience with them! They came out to see my place quickly for a free estimate and then just as quickly when I told them I wanted to go ahead with the cleaning. The cleaning was incredible. The crew were just very nice, very professional, and had a nice friendly and relaxed atmosphere about them that I really appreciated - the house felt spotless after! Ive only had one cleaning so far but Im thinking setting up monthly cleanings will be necessary after seeing how good of a job they did.

Custom Maid was able to come to my house to give an estimate the day after my request and were able to schedule me in the very next afternoon. I spoke with Colleen and explained that my house was covered in chemical dust from the fire extinguisher. Within minutes she rearranged her teams so that one could come to my house later that day -- what a relief! The team actually got to my home early! They were friendly, and extremely efficient. They were able to clean more than I originally requested, and when they finished earlier than expected, they offered to vacuum another room. At the end, they welcomed an inspection of the house to make sure that I was satisfied -- and I was. The price was fair -- computed down to the minute. I would highly recommend this group and am very thankful for the help they gave me.

Its so good to come home after they have cleaned to see what a nice job they did. The crew always includes the same boss. They come in like an army. All business. Little chatter. I have outdoor balconies and they are included in the cost which is quite reasonable. They are careful and i incur little breakage. I can trust them alone in my home. They do whatever extra things i ask of them. They always come on time. The owner is very accomodating. They come at whatever weekly intervals i request. I would highly recommend them.
