Cody was amazing and extremely helpful. I called in a print order at the end of the day for my mothers funeral and told him I needed it the next day. He was on top of it and had it ready the next morning. I couldnt have been more grateful.

Went there for sending just a regular international letter. Just a piece of paper, no bills, no checks, no legal paperwork, etc. Was told that I need export license (for personal letter!!!). Spent about two hours trying to set up the process and ended up with understanding that nobody knows what to do and the whole process is wrong and unnecessary. Employees were blaming everybody - President, whoever else - but not simple their incompetence and neglect. My worst experience with carrier company. Went to other company (I do not want to put advertisement here) which knows how to send international letters. Will never work with FedEx again!

We were helped by Sean for our printing job, and he was incredibly helpful in selecting the perfect size and paper quality for our materials! When an issue came up with the text coming too close to the margin, after wed left Sean called us to give us an update so we could send an updated file instead of providing us with something less than perfect. Fantastic customer service and a high quality product!

The gentleman who helped me this evening print a resume was very helpful!! I was struggling for some time because I was not receiving the codes needed to print out with Print and Go. He was patient, explained what to do and when that didnt work he found an alternate solution. I could have had a fruateratimg experience but he stepped in and made sure I was all set- great customer service!

My main drop off location for eBay packages, and I save money on larger parcels with FedEx vs USPS. Its a good idea to open a free business account too for shipping discounts. Ive always had a good experience. Wish it was still called Kinkos. Also forget writing Fragile on your package because its going to get tossed and thrown around like everything else, so if your package is really truly fragile, you need to write and or place Glass stickers which these guys will on the package and you may have to possibly pay a little more to get the care you are expecting, but its worth it and unless you have deliver it, lets face it, theres not to many better or cheaper options. Glass is nice upgrade, they want to avoid damage with glass, because theyll have to pay the insurance amount otherwise.

So Ill make this brief, since Im up to my ears with artwork to cut out lol :)I worked at a miserable call center in 2017, and to spruce up my cubicle, I went to this location with my art to print and hang up to see. I was in a slump and just wanted to get home, but the man that helped me saw something in my art and myself, and lit up, he looked so happy and praised my art, and although Im humble about it, it was a nice pick me up in my current events. His name is Ken, and since then, we have a good friendship from it. Aside from me, Ive witnessed that he will help to his ability to take care of the customer, even if the customer is a little testy. The rest of the staff has put in the same effort, so I can see they enjoy their jobs, and thats saying something about the company which is a good thing, because you dont see that quite often. Ive been coming here since I was a teenager in 03, printing out fan art for Linkin Park, and I still had the same courtesy and great service then.Sorry this was lengthy, but its hard to summarize when the service has actually been great. :)

I use FEDEX offices 1 to 2 times a week. 1st time to this location and it was by far the worst customer service I have ever had. I had 4 packages being held for pickup, walked in and showed the clerk (his name rhymed with pony) the tracking numbers. He GLANCED at the numbers walked in the back then returned and told me nope, not here, try again tomorrow. I left, checked the tracking numbers on line myself, only to confirm they arrived 3 days prior. I returned to the site and I could see the clerk was annoyed to see me. I told him results that I found myself online (something every other FedEx does for me). Thus he was really annoyed, went in the back and retrieved my packages. Obviously he didnt want to be there or help me because he made a comment to a fellow employee Im going crazy, Ive been working the counter for 2 hours.

Service was just awful. We went in to use their computers to print off a few documents. We werent in a hurry and were on one of a few people in the store. We waited behind one person who was questioning the ultra rude employee about getting glossy prints. After 10 minutes of the man explaining to (I think the employees name was Tom) the worker what he wanted he stepped aside because the guy was just not understanding what a glossy print was. We then stepped up to the counter, the employee was a 30 something unkempt male with glasses and a huge beard. He was of average height, if you see this guy just leave or wait for someone else which there probably wont be. He didnt greet us, he just grabbed a package and proceeded to print out the label and box the parcel. I waited patiently until he finished where he looked up, made eye contact and then left to the back of the store and came back with another package which he proceeded to then box up for shipping. After another 5 minutes I spoke up saying, excuse me, we needed to use the computers to print out a few documents. He stared blankly for a few moments before gesturing vaguely somewhere behind me and saying, kiosk. I turned and saw a self serve kiosk but no computer. I looked back to the employee but he had already resumed ignoring us and playing with some tape. We went to the kiosk and saw we would need a card to access the computer so we got one and walked to the computer bank in the rear of the store. The computer is set to the default FedEx website and you cant access anything like personal email until you sign in, create an account and pay some undisclosed amount. After messing with the computer for a few more minutes we couldnt access a simple web browser and attempting to use the self serve option only directed you to a list of sites where youd be able to use a computer for our purpose, if course this store was listed on the site as being able to do so. So after not being able to access anything we needed we went back to the front desk where (tom?) was staring blankly into space, one hand holding a tape dispenser. We asked how to access a web browser and he said you couldnt, that we needed to bring in a USB or access Google Drive in their computer which would cost 3 dollars. I told him he was wrong because there was someone else currently on one of the other computers using Google to browse the web. He assured me there wasnt, I offered to literally walk over there and show him, but he said it wasnt possible and if we wanted to print something from our email wed have to open the file on your personal computer and bring it to the store on a portable hard drive. Instead of grabbing the tape dispenser and beating him senseless with it we just left and went to a ups store down on Sheridan. We walked into the ups store, accessed the computer, printed out the documents, talked to the wonderful woman working the counter who offered to print duplicates for us and put them in an envelope and cashed us out. The contrast between the pure idiocy of FedEx and the almost heavenly service at ups was astounding.Just avoid this FedEx store completly, its one of the worst experiences Ive ever had in a store and thats in no small part to the employees and that they want all of the money for all of the services before you even attempt to ask for whatever it is you need.

Im helping my tattoo artist get ready for the art festival this weekend.Part of that includes having his pen and inks scanned to a cruiser, so if he sells the original he can always make prints.So yesterday, we (his daughter and I) go to Office Max, we have 24 pen and inks scanned.Except.The employee, Nick, I think they said his name was, scanned them as PDF files, which are useless to a piece of art. And somehow, in the process, moved or deleted 32 other files.So my artist went out and bought a whole new cruiser, so Round 2 didnt end up deleting more files, and fished out the 32 pen and inks we needed to scan again, and this time, his wife and I went to Office Max.We told them what happened, and all of a sudden they couldnt scan his art because of the sexual nature. Weve been going there for years.Let me start by saying, generally speaking, his art is not sexual. He is, among other things, a horror artist.There is nudity in his art.Nudity is not sexual in nature.The manager, and then store manager, didnt look at the context of his art before they declared it sexual. It was THEM that sexualized the nudity in his art.The store manager, when he finally, and reluctantly, agreed to rescan the art for us, opened the box of deleted files, picked up a piece that is in fact sexual, turned to me and said, This seems sexual to me or something like that, to which I informed him, that was something they scanned for us last year.They went out of their way to not help us after they destroyed our files and wasted our money.Yes, they finally helped. They told us there was no way they could get it finished tonight, with 5ish hours until close.We need to be ready to set up by 7am tomorrow morning.We called FedEx before leaving the store, spoke to a guy name Johnny.He said they could do what they could, based on how many pen and inks we thought we had, (at this point we had not counted the pen and inks that needed to be rescanned) and to come on in. So we found the store manager and got my artists art back.FedEx was busier, with less help. Still, they were respectful of us, and didnt make any judgments of his art as they looked at it, just talked with us about what we needed. They were patient as his wife called him because they couldnt scan the file type he wanted, and we figured out an alternative.They even called us when they started it, because the guy working (maybe Johnny?) had tried two different file types, and found that one of the ones we rejected actually gave better results, you got more detail.We paid twice to have the same 56 artworks scanned.FedEx had it done in two hours, and now our art show preparations are back on track.Office Max, zero stars.FedEx, 173 stars.

I just called this business in a panic at 8 pm because I need a poster printed for a presentation by tomorrow, and they reassured me that theyd have it printed by tonight. They even called me back to let me know that they received my file that I submitted online and confirmed that it was the right size and resolution. I literally could not ask for better customer service, this place is a lifesaver.

The computers go extremely slow while charging by the minute. One computer couldnt connect to the Internet at all.One older employee with a beard absolutely REEKED and I had to tell him to get away from me because he smelled so bad.

Worst place ever, my box was in great order minus a small scuff on one side of the box and they had charged me an extra $20 to repackage it. I had no other choice to pay it because USPS was asking too much and I didnt have enough time to go through UPS. Absolute crooks and I will never use fedex again, jeez.

I went in to send my bluetooth to lg for repair. I paid for them to box I gave them the bluetooth receipt and told them the receipt needs to be in the box. Got my headphones back 2 weeks later with no repair because the doat never put the receipt in the box

This location is the worst i have experienced in anywhere in the USA!!! Megan who was at the counter was one of the rudest people i have ever had to deal with. everything is a problem, they tried quoting me double what another Fedex office that i went to after i left them charged me. they also tried up selling their packing service and wanted to charge me almost 100 for packing my two large items! Total rip off KEEP AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. This is nothing against FedEx or the other locations in the area that are very good, this was the first time using this place and i was shocked at how bad they are over here.

Brought a Fedex Ground package into this office for return to retailer. The employee said it was too large ( 32x28x25 weight 25lbs ) and told me it had to be shipped by Fedex Freight. Drove to the depot on Military Rd. and they said it must be shipped by Fedex Ground. Called Customer Service and after 30 mins navigating the automated help line finally got to speak to a rep who directed me to a Fedex office on Walden Ave. The package was immediately accepted for shipment and was told by this employee that the Niagara Falls office should have accepted it in the first place. This customer was subjected to a ridiculous runaround and waste of time. Fedex you have to do better!

I only went here a few times because its so close to my house. Every time you go in youre guaranteed to be ignored and then when you finally asked for help someone will look at you like you are stupid and ask you impatiently what you need. They will then perform the transaction in complete, annoyed silence. So strange.
