First time using Royal Car Wash. Friendly staff and the wash was just OK. There were two people to spray the car before entering the car wash. The guy on the one side did a great job. The girl on the other side however barely sprayed the car. When I got home I noticed my wheels on the one side were nice and clean....the other side....not so much. They were filthy actually. I paid for the Plus wash and it wasnt worth the money. I have a free wash coming so Ill try again. Hopefully itll be better the next time.

Quick .. easy.. accessible.. reasonable.. oh ! And it does the job.No dryers to tip you can pull over and dry your car, there are free vacuums for customers.. and the staff is friendly.

Cheaper and faster than delta. little lines, straight forward, and I dont have to pay extra to tip someone to dry my car. vacuums are nice as well.

Royal does a pretty good job. If youre really OCD you probably want to bring some chamois/microfiber clothes and dry your car off after as I always have some suds and wetspots left. But, Id rather get a car wash here in a minute or two than wait 40 mins in line at Delta Sonic

Fancy but no thanks. went there once and car not that clean. And vacuum u must go there each time for a wash because if u Want to vacuum it will cost you $5 for 5 minutes. I dont see the Delta Sonic doing that.

This review is for Jesus the shift leader! I had sand flies all over the front grill and windshield and he took his time to remove those pesky bugs!! Thanks so much Jesus for doing that! Very much appreciated! May I suggest a tip jar for all of the workers hard work!!

A good car wash @ a reasonable price. Always kept clean and neat vacuum s are strong and free with a purchase or monthly wash pass. I save a few hundred bucks a year in tips I gave the workers at DS. I don’t mind self drying you become more familiar with your vehicle and damage that the world has caused it. Try it you’ll like it.

I have the unlimited monthly pass. You can go as many times in one day as you want wish. They also have free vacuums which are amazingly strong that are free with a car wash.

Friendly staff, efficient and informative menus with no aggressive, confusing / high pressure sales pitches. Clearly written, prices and services and free vacuums. I’ll never to back to the other local place again!

Excellent wash, so so drying. Mirrors are always wet, as several body panels are too. Clean place, friendly staff, good prices. I like this wash, wish they could get the drying part fixed

Its a good thing we have a free re-wash coming in 5 days. The car was still dirty when we got home. Usually I get out and inspect the car before leaving the property but this time we didnt. Learned a valuable lesson today. We live nowhere near this location, we just happened to be in that neighborhood and it was convenient at the time. From now on well stick with the Transit & Clinton location. Weve never encountered a problem there ever since it opened. Live & learn.

This carwash does not get the car clean, requirs going through several times for basic dirt removal.. seems that the are running everyone on a basic wash even if you paid for the better package, rims and rear gate always dirty etc

For a great car wash experience, without the frills, bells, whistles, hot dog, pizza, coffee, long lines, disorderly money hungry system, With plenty free vacs, space to dry or do your own detailing if you want, no hurries no troubles, I think its carwash nirvana, 5 stars, why? Cause its actually a carwash and a carwash mall.

Although I think the rates are a little high for what you get, they are on par compared to other places. The lines are usually short and if they are they move rather quick. Those working do a good job of removing large items off the car before the wash. Will continue to go there.

Love the convenience but their system never gets my black truck 100% clean. I always have to wipe it down after wash to get everything they missed.

Would not recommend this business, you are better off going to delta sonic, they don’t dry your car off, and when there equipment scratches your car, they will not take responsibility for it, waste of time and money.

I strongly recommend not using the Royal car wash on Sheridan drive in the Town of Tonawanda. They refuse to take responsibility for damage they caused to my Jeeps rear light assembly. The powerful air dryer separated the light assembly from the rear of the roof with a loud crack that immediately got my attention. I found the broken assembly at the end of the car wash. They filled out a damage report to calm me down only to have the main office deny responsibility using a standard form letter via email. If you value your vehicle dont trust this business in the care it!

I am extremely satisfied and thankful that there is a nice hassle-free car wash so close to my home. I visited the wash several times during the free wash week. What a great marketing approach; this convinced me to join the monthly membership. I am a seasonal car wash user (Winter time) and I couldnt stomach the lines/traffic at Delta Sonic anymore.The workers are always pleasant, I noticed that there appears to be a great attention to detail; I have noticed that time is spent making sure my car was clean of all snow/ice prior to entering the wash.On my last visit; I did not catch the name on the tag but I do remember it said Site Manager. This gentlemen meticulously hosed off each car and even greeted me at the drying section to what seemed like a quality assurance inspection. Its seems like people are paying attention to quality here and not just hoarding as many cars in as they can, like cattle.Keep up the great work!

Great place to clean your car

My car was in the dealership for service it was going to be in for a week or longer. I asked Justin the manager what I can do about it since we have the wash pass so I can continue at least to get the rental car washed as I cant stand driving a dirty car. I dont care whose it is. Justin took care of me gave me some free passes to use while my car was in the shop no questions asked. Very friendly guy and professional. Love coming here.

The track is wider than delta, about 13, so if you have a sport car with wide tires youll have no problem going thru this car wash. It is also a lil slower so you get a more detail wash not to mention the monthly membership is cheaper than delta.

The people are friendly and they do a nice job. I love that I could also vacuum my car for free. Its just an all around good place

Does a good job but its way too expensive

I went through the wash twice, both times having paid for the hot wax premium wash. And after the first wash, my car was mostly clean but windshield bugs and small bird droppings were remaining. The following wash, using the promo code for the free wash, my car was left with scratches on the driver’s side of my car’s hood. I am not happy, having purchased my car less than a month ago..... Definitely won’t be using Royal again

Highly recommend this location! The vacuums are extremely powerful & the washes are cheaper than Delta. It gets the job done! I was having issues with the kiosk & the site manager helped me out with no problem. Very friendly customer service. I will be back! A+

Went through the car wash and they broke my sunroof visorThey told me that they would contact me in a week. I received a letter saying that they are not going to cover the visor because of the age of the vehicle. I have been through delta sonic a bunch of times and never had my SUV damaged. Nice customer service t will probably not be back even though its right down the street from my house and very convenient.
