My dealings with enterprise have always been great! Staff is always cordial and professional. They take good care of your needs and answer any questions or concerns you may have. Well organized and trained to get you in and out with no hassle.They even picked my wife and I up from our apartment and brought us to get the car rental! My first choice to rent a car from.

The employees are great however the car was one of the dirtiest cars I’ve gotten from enterprise. I rent a lot of cars through this company, and it seems like the quality of cleanliness has decreased (not just this location but at others as well). This is something important to me because I often have to drive for hours on end, and nothing is worse than being stuck in a dirty car.

I honestly dont know how this place functions. The level of incompetence is honestly astounding. If youre looking to rent, do yourself a favor and at least go to a different one. The place smells like BO and the service is terrible.

I’m very happy with my experience dealing with Enterprise car rental. I had a fast check-in and was happy with the selection of vehicles they had.Tyler Cunniff was pleasure to work with and even brushed off the snow on my rental before I got in. A day later he gives me a followup phone call to make sure I was still happy with my rental. I can honestly say Hertz never did either of those things when I rented from them. I’ll definitely be using Enterprise in the future.

Im satisfied with the service they provided me. The car was mechanically sound, gave excellent gas mileage and was in very sanitary condition. Recommended service for everyone!

I was disappointed that when I was called to verify that my reservation was me placing this reservation and that it was real,the person calling never left a message and i didnt answer because I dont answer calls i dont recognize. So when it was 9am the next day and they were supposed to be there to pick me up they were 45 minutes late doing so because that person didnt leave a message so I could return the call to verify my reservation.

I wasn’t happy with the first car rented out to me, but I was accommodated with an exchange without difficulty. I appreciate Tyler helping me out and being easy to work with.

I am a preferred enterprise renter and in past have never been disappointed til now. My Rental was for 12 pm and got there at 1:45 and was told I was late and the Nissan Versa was given away but could have a dodge van as it was the last vehicle available. I was escorted to the van and when the door was opened the smell inside was so vile I nearly vomited. The associate claimed that was an ionizer smell- no it was not - so refused the vehicle and told him to just refund my money and $200.00 deposit. Magically a Nissan versus was available so took it and left. As I got home, I could not set up my phone because screen was in Spanish. I would not rent from this location again.

So I called this place at 1145. Made a reservation for 1 pm, they confirmed there was a car available, I get there at 1230 pm, and they say they don’t have any cars available.🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

Rented a BMW 3 for a week for$400.

I was desperately looking for a car to rent for 2 days, as soon as I got there, Samuel Krull took his time to get me into the car I needed for my trip. These people truly care about their customer (which they do an awesome job at). While I was driving back to NY today, I got an unexpected call from Sam doubling checking and making sure the rental was A-Okay! Definitely recommend this location. Great Service! Smooth transaction! Satisfaction!

How easy and convenient the management made it for our daughter to get a vehicle after her accident. And, it was within the cost range that our insurance covered. The fact that they open at 7:30am made it possible for her to rent a vehicle in the morning and still get to work on time. And what a pleasant attitude David, the manager has! I have dealt with other rental companies in the past but this was by far our best experience. We will absolutely return to this location in the future.

Fast rental, sure. Brand new 2020 vehicles, yep. I guess the price of over 300 per week is on par with others but thats an industry disgrace and you cant do much about it.

I only use Enterprise for my rental car needs. This office is close to my house. The staff is super friendly and always professional and helpful. I think the choice of vehicles is second to none.I highly recommend this particular office but in my experience every Enterprise office Ive used is great.

Bad Service !! They told Me that they had a Nissan Altima set a side for Me and That was a Lie, I ended up with a Nissan Versa That was not clean inside andThat has a !!! Funky Smell inside !!! Very dissapointed. I do NOT Recomend This location

Totalled our van on black Friday - needed to get to ANY by Monday to start a new job. This was not my insurance companies first choice but it was the only rental company that had a van. They worked with us and we were.able to do a one way rental.absolutely fantastic

I was forced to have my car in the shop (hit twice in two months!) I explained I was not happy with the service from a previous location, after picking me up (which is by the way one of the best things about Enterprise) by an extremely courteous and friendly employee, they upgraded me for free to a nicer midsize car that was fully loaded. Everyone was extremely helpful and polite! Amazing Experience!

Enterprise locations are either good or bad. Yes Im an expert as I had 241 rentals from ERAC last year. This is my home location, as I pick up and drop off here more often than any other location. George and David bend over backwards to accommodate my rental needs. I thank them for there work and dedication to my customer experience.

Enterprise is expensive, but sometimes its a necessary evil. I just drove to Michigan, and rented a car with Enterprise for the trip. Its always nice driving a like new vehicle long distances, while your car is in the garage. The car and service was fine no complaints. The only complaint is price. It was a little to expensive, but all in all not bad I would use them again.

The entire staff is courteous and professional, the cleaning team keep the vehicles in top shape and I highly recommend this location to anyone. The Manager genuinely cares about the quality of service and the vehicles. The best rental experience Ive ever had...and I rent a LOT of cars.

Joel and Lewis at the 2260 sheridan Dr, Tonawanda N.Y location gave me the best customer experience that I have had in a long time. Joel greeted me with a friendly smile even though he was overwhelmed with phone calls and customers waiting. He was so professional and is a great multi tasker.He also treated me as if I was the only person in the room and that takes talent.Joel got me set up in my car and I was on my way. When I got home my 83 year old mother realize the car was to low for her to get into the passenger seat. I quickly called enterprise and Lewis answered and told me he does have a SUV available.I returned the car and rented the SUV. knowing my circumstnace Lewis and Joel were so accomendating.Lewis even gave me a courtesy call the next to make sure everything was ok.These guys are a great example of what customer service should be like. Keep up the great work guys!

Rented from the Enterprise on Sheridan across from Paulas Donuts, just this weekend the service was great people were very kind George was wonderful car ran beautifully I will definitely rent again. I also use the one on Delaware Avenue across from Target they will also where are you friendly like I would recommend to rent from Enterprise if you can prices are reasonable

The first car that I was given smelled like cigarette smoke, even though Enterprise told me the car was just cleaned. Luckily, they gave me an a GMC Acadia that was a great ride. Service was great. Only ding is trying to give me a smoke filled car. I have gotten smoke filled cars in the past and dont understand why you dont penalize those drivers who smoke in these non-smoking cars. Easy enough to smell when they return the car.

We used the Tonawanda Ny sheridan dr location and I would have to say it was one of my worse experiences with any sort of car rentals. To start off the manager Joel there is rude and isnt about the customer and lacks customer service skills. The whole experience was terrible and I would never recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car to anybody. The crazy thing is we have a corporate thing with you guys and I would love to go to the higher ups to have you removed from our privileges we receive for being a Veolia employee.

Very convenient and the staff is always so helpful. I have been renting at this location FOREVER with work...wouldnt change a thing...they do need more parking spots though. I rent cars for my travel with work-not for personal use.

I use my ups discount and this guy wanted 2 pay stubs and two utility bills. Yet last three times including once with same guy never wanted the utility bills or stubs before .

Hello there...I recently rented a car as mine was in the repair shop. However my initialReception was quite unfavorable at the Niagar Falls Blvd location...i will NEVER patronize that particular location again. Thats the 2nd time in a number of yrs I had a bad experience at that store. I lost a significant amount of income that weekend due to their Inadequacies to tell me of additional information they wanted but didnt have on me and had no way to get it in time before they were to close for the day. Online it never explained I would need this additionalinformation so I was quite annoyed when suddenly I was stuck with no wheels and it was freezing out.I had to find a ride fast or Id standing out in their parking lot.On To the Sheridan Dr. location, I encountered a very pleasant, professional, non judgemental experience. Shana Id spoken to via phone before arriving and Joel I met at the reception counter uppn my arrival on the following Monday. I was in a car within a matter of minutes. Both were cheerful, accommodating, gave me the proper treatment a customer deserves and I will return there again for a car at any time I should need one.And a very pleasant man named Moses drove me back to pick up my car ( once Id returned the rental ) which was a God send.So...YAY AND A THUMBS UP FOR ENTERPRISE ON SHERIDAN DR...THEYRE HUUUUUUGE...👍

SCAM SCAM SCAM. Do NOT sign up for the $2.99/gallon pre-pay gas for when the car is returned. I asked several times is there a catch? when signing up, since it seemed odd that I could just return the car, not fill up the gas tank, and they will only charge $2.99/gallon. I was told there was no catch. Well, of course there is a catch, and I have no one to blame by myself. After the car was returned, I was charged $32 for gas. Seemed very high for 150 miles. When I called to ask for an explanation, I was told for the first time that when you sign up for the $2.99/pre-pay option, you are signing up for a WHOLE TANK of gas, regardless of how much gas I used. What an absurd policy - I should have known there was a catch. Of course, I was not offered an apology, but was told repeatedly that 1) they will always tell people about the policy when they sign up and 2) no refunds. I was not told this when I signed up, even though I explicitly asked if there was a catch, since there was no way I would pay for a full tank of gas knowing full well I would barely use a half tank.But even after this charade, instead of receiving an apology, I was told that it is their policy to explain this to customers (regardless of what my experience was) and it was emphasized there were no refunds. So they have an absurd policy, they conceal the policy, then fail to offer an apology -- only a reminder that there are no refunds.I would recommend taking your business elsewhere -- based on the fraudulent concealment of their pay upfront gas policy and the very poor customer service.

As a frequent customer for Enterprise, I have to say that the Tonawanda location is by far the best location I have worked with both in the Western New York area as well as other areas of NYS. Staff is friendly and accomodating and always willing to answer questions or concerns. There have been times when I have been early/ late to pick up/drop off my car and each time, everything has ran smoothly.

Gross seats. Stains everywhere. Car smelled like puke. Windshield wipers didnt give a clear windshield. Tough driving in a rainstorm--which I did. Let the manager know of problems upon return. He said he would send a refund of $15 per day. Never heard from him or saw credit on my card.

Car was a little uncomfortable (by design, not size) but the staff was wonderful! Definitely using this branch again in the future!

Horrible! Had to get a rental while my car was in the shop and the car is crap!!! Burn holes through out it, windshield wipers were stripped, was told there was half a tank of gas but there wasnt. And the man I worked with wasnt a very friendly guy at all.Go someplace else. Save yourself the trouble of driving in the rain with no windshield wipers.

The Enterprise representative was very friendly and hopeful, however the car emitted a musty smell when the a/c was turned on, which was unfortunately necessary due to the warm weather.
