I find Garys auto to be very efficient and very fair. I have been happy with my service every time I have been there. I had an oil change and I asked him about a noise with my brakes and an issue with my tire. Changed my oil, gave me an answer about my brakes and repaired my tire. Fantastic!

Top Notch Service, and Very Friendly. We were referred to Garys by a friend for some basic car work after being very disappointed by our dealer recently.Gary was very friendly, set up a appointment for us, he used high quality American parts and supplies, and the work was done in a fair and timely manner.Do not be tuned off by the always full lot and street. He is busy for good reason. We will take our cars there for other work in the future and recommend Garys to everyone.

I came in there for brakes and without calling me or discussing it with me they replace my rotors which almost tripled what I was expecting to pay without even so much as a call I dont know if Gary is gone and now the underlings have taken over but I am starting to have my doubts..?

I am very impressed with Gary and his team. Gary went above and beyond when my alternator died, he drove out to give me a battery pack so I could drive the rest of the way to his shop. And he had the repair done the next morning at an unbelievably reasonable price.

They do excellent job and reasonable price

Brought my car here because it had a light on and needed an inspection. While it did take a couple days for them to get it in they did a great job and the price was way better than other places in the area. Ended up needing a gas tank, filler neck and cap on top of the inspection. Their communication about what was needed and how much it would all cost was good too which isnt always the case with mechanics. I wont hesitate to bring my car back here when it needs work that I cant do in my driveway.

These guys are great. I had two frustrating problems with my car the last few months that they were able to straighten out quickly. One was quite a doozy. Doesnt cost a fortune, either, very fair and reasonable.

I have been going to Gary for about 25 years and have never been over charged or had work done that wasnt needed. He is the most honest and fair mechanic Ive ever been around. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for efficient and very well done work.

Wishing I could give a better review - Gary was recommended to me by several people I trust. That being said, two things I asked to be fixed went unattended to. I expected to pick up my car in a particular condition and was disappointed. Wires may have been crossed but I know full well I asked for my air conditioning to be fixed since temperatures are getting warmer and that wasnt done. I also came to Gary initially because my bumper and tail light had been crushed in a hit and run. Upon picking up my car, I found out that only the tail light had been replaced. I understand now that the bumper needed to be taken care of elsewhere but I wish that had been communicated to me before I paid to rent a car for five days. Now I have to rent another car, pay for that, and pay for more labor and parts somewhere else as well as being my car back for the air conditioning issue. All in all, feeling less than pleased with this experience.

Ive been to Garys twice. Each time, my problem was fixed fast and inexpensively. The downside is that hes very popular and appointments are a little more than a week out - but if you have a problem with your car you want fixed RIGHT, you take it here.And customer service? Cant say enough nice things about the guy.

I wouldnt even give one star... This guy is a crook and takes a week to even look at your car. When he does, he writes his own bogus ticket and fixes nothing. On multiple occasions hes given the car back to me 3 days later in worse condition. If I have any advice its not to go here.

Wood not charge me for tightening alt. fan belt.Always treated us as if our cars were very important.Never charges to much.

Best mechanic ever despite being busy. Gary is friendly, honest, and pretty much the absolute finest when it comes to auto repairs . I took a car there once that i was thinking of purchasing & he advised against it. I built a relationship with him so this isnt the norm but id send anybody there...i hate car repairs but Gary takes some of the pain away. Please dont retire!
