Have used this service on multiple occasions. Service has always been prompt and repairs made successfully.

AVOID. Treats others as if only his time is important. Called him early afternoon on a Friday, couldnt take the call to make an appointment. I asked when his hours were so I could call back, was told when he picks up the phone. Asked when he works Saturday, answer was half a day, again, no hours range. Wrote a facebook message yesterday, he never called. Called him, and he said he is NEVER ON FACEBOOK. Sure, OK, then why did he post on the 11th and why have this page? I called him to express my disappointment at how my time was wasted. He was not at all apologetic, but had an attitude of Ive done this 30 years, I can make my hours, call someone else. I had others I could call, but didnt make use of the time I had because I counted on him. Now I have to go into the work/school week with dirty clothes. He owed me an apology and an offer to assist me as quickly as possible, not defensive behavior and excuses in a tone of I can do whatever I want. Extremely unprofessional.
