Richard was amazing! Super knowledgeable and very professional. He checked every little detail of our home during the inspection. He also did a very thorough septic inspection and had all the proper tools and technology. His prices are very affordable and his services are top of the line! I would definitely recommend!

I have been in the construction business for over 30 years and Home Detective has been the most thorough home inspection company we have used to date!

Richard was very careful and took his time checking all parts of the home, consisting with construction, plumbing and electrical. He also performed an inspection on the pool. I was very impressed with his equipment, which was very expensive which checked for leaks, and another piece of equipment which was able to show and wetness behind the walls and ceiling. Richard took pictures of everything and they were all included in the extensive report we received. I would recommend him as a true professional.
