The store was extremely clean and well organized. All items were separated which made my shipping trip quick and easy. The employees were very helpful and kind. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I went specifically to find both a senior large breed wet and dry dog food. The vet suggested we start feeding our girl senior food, so I went looking.The associate was very helpful.However, there were at least 5 isles and a zillion brands and types of food to choose from. Very few senior choices.Lots of brands I never heard of. The brands I recognized, werent exactly what I needed. After what I thought was way too much time spent. I decided to leave the store and order the food from their online site. With free shipping, too.

Awesome store with great people and good supply and variety of items for pets.Buying fish from the location is very hit and miss. We bought five or six fish this past trip and within a week they were all dead. The ones we had previously in the tank are still very much alive and healthy and are over 1 year old now mostly purchased at the same location.

Really nice store have plenty of fish and cat products. The staff were really nice and helpful. Want to busy when I was there. Only 4 stars. Because we came by one day and there was a close signed that said due to power outage. But the power was clearly on in the store and all the neighbors stores were open. Was a bit disappointed to have driven all the way over and they were closed

Its very hard for me to trust anyone with my family members(my dog) especially leaving my bestfriend with strangers that can easily abuse a misbehaving dog without the owners knowledge. When I returned to pick up my pup she was so happy to see me. Her fur was clean, most of the shedding hair was removed, and the employees were very easy going and nice people. I may have been apprehensive at first but after meeting the employees that took care of my pup, I can say I will be dropping her off again for more grooming with much more certainty that my bestfriend is in good hands.

Purchased 5 guppies. 4 died in less then 48 hours. 2 died in less then 12 hours. I know guppies don’t last long but this is ridiculous. It’s not the water either.

My husky mix has difficult fur to maintain. Giselle did such an amazing job maintaining her unique look but trimming her down a bit. I picked her up and not only was it the first time a bow stayed EVER but she looks stunning! Giselle was so friendly with char and made me feel comfortable not only when I left but when I got back that everything was ok. She also gave me a full run down as she first met my pup so there were no surprises. I never write reviews but I just had to after this experience! I’d give more than 5 stars if I could! Thank you so much Giselle!

My dog loved his day of pampering. His coat is beautiful and his nails are trimmed nicely. And I love his bandana. And so does he.

Took my son there to get something for his birthday. The lady in there was very debbie downer. Everytime we found something for him she was there with a well..just so you know comment, and basically made it impossible to purchase anything. Wont be back.

We have been having our dog Daisy groomed here for the last few year and yesterday she was groomed by Megan S. She did the best job on our fur babies nails! We always include a nail grinding and were short and smooth! Definitely going to definitely book with her again!

“The dogs outta food.” Darn.. looks like Amazon hasn’t shipped out the dog food order. What do we do? Oh that’s right, there are still places that exist where I can go out and buy what I need. In real life.This place has more than just dog food. They have all sorts of treats and discount toys/clothes. Yeah, that’s right, we dress up our dogs. They love it.. even when they look depressed in their “Santa paws” outfit.Anyway, the staff is always friendly and even though we always see different people there, we always enjoy the visit. Thanks for always keeping a great store and an available staff willing to assist.

The employees are very kind and willingly help you. complaints that i have would be: the variety of products for small animals (gerbils, hamsters, guinea pigs, etc..) can be expanded.the hamster cages are way too small for any hamster type and the accessories they market for them can be really harmful.

Typical Pet Store, Great Sales

Far too many dead fish in most of the tanks. My last visit there was very disappointing. Not going to make a purchase with dead fish floating or stuck to filter inlets.

Solid tags that simply do NOT wear out. Only had our tag on our dog for about 2 weeks and it was key to his return to us when he escaped the back yard. I recommend this tag to anyone and everyone I know who has a dog

The ladies are nice and the store is well kept. Nice place to shop for pet needs and they have a relatively large selection of pet goods.

My shy Saint Bernard Tobias fell in love with his groomer Lauren. I was very nervous to leave him but she took exceptional care of my big baby. Special thanks to his groomer for being so wonderful. As soon as we walked in she came over and hugged him. So sweet.

The 2 girls working the registers were not people or seemingly pet friendly on this day. The store is in the middle of refurbishing and restocking aisles, but no excuse to not being friendly to the customers. A smile goes a long way

Went for frozen fish food NO STOCK

Picked up my puppy and discovered a large wound between the webbing of her paw by her nail. Nothing was said by the groomer, just saw the blood on her paw and I discovered this slice into her skin in between her fingers upon further inspection. Other than this major problem the groomers seem to be more concerned with smoking cigarettes and hanging out than taking care of your precious pet or working.

Provide great care while grooming your dog! Always make you and your dog feel at home. They take special care of all my dogs needs and always give her the perfect cut.

Okay today i was buying a new light for my leopard gecko. i had a lot of trouble deciding what i wanted to get and i ended up going back and forth a few times and doing a return at the register. im really indecisive. but everyone was super nice to me despite me being really annoying. well the best part is that when i left, i realized my car key broke in the store and the battery in it fell out. so i couldnt drive my car. i looked EVERYWHERE outside before checking inside. as soon as i came back everyone said hello to me again and i told them what had happened to my key. they started helping me look and they even took my name and number so that they could call me when they found it. and as i called my dad to have him bring me a spare, they called me and they found it!! i literally held up the line so much and was so annoying losing things and being indecisive but everyone was so friendly and accommodating and they didnt make me feel like i was being annoying (even though i definitely was). the girl at the register is always so nice to us every time we come in especially today. the manager was also super helpful! thank you guys for helping me and going above and beyond for a stupid stranger i really appreciate it!

I got my dog Jax groomed here by Madisyn and she was great!! I was never able to find someone who can cut his nails but she did an amazing job !! I will definitely be coming back to her!! I highly recommend.

I left Petco to go to pet smart. What a difference.. Tons of people to help.. At one point I had 2 people trying to help me..

My visit here was good. I checked one freezer for frozen mice and there was a sign that said theyre kept in the instinct freezer. I went over there and everything was all messed up. It was difficult to find what I was looking for because everything looked like it was just thrown in there...literally. other than that it was a great experience. Friendly cashier. Not a long wait in line. But the fact that I had to sit on the floor of petsmart for 10 minutes trying to figure out which mouse or rat was what is why I gave 4 stars.

Must reccomend petco due to quality and more bang for your buck, atleast in my experience with my lizards

Hugh variety of items.. from pets, to supplies, to anything you could need for your pets. I was actually surprised at what they held in this store. I will be back to shop for either a Guinea pig or a Chinchilla for my 11 yr old son for Christmas. We havent decided yet.

I’ve taken my dog to PetSmart every since she was a puppy, the day my husband & I got her we instantly went to PetSmart to pick up everything we needed. All the associates at PetSmart knew my dog from us going there multiple times a week. Maria always made sure we got everything we needed as our dog was grew. We did our puppy training with Cathy & our dog got along with everyone! She’s high energy but loves people & other dogs, we never had a problem Until last week when I took her to the groomers, mind you, I’ve taken her to the groomers a handful of times with no problem. 2 girls in the grooming room, I get checked out by one & I pay up front, I’m roaming around the store & I get called saying that my dog was ready, thinking that it was pretty quick for a pawdicure. I went to the room & the girl with the pink hair was extremely rude to me & told me that my dog was being aggressive & that her & the other girl were only able to do her back paws, she told me that I wasn’t allowed back & that I have to take my dog to my own vet & have them deal with her. I apologized & told them that she has never been aggressive to ANYONE, NOT A PERSON OR A DOG, EVER! The girl with the pink hair gave me a paper for a refund. When I went to the front, the manager that was on duty, male, tall with glasses, told me that the girls shouldn’t haven’t told me that & shouldn’t have been rude about it. He was wondering what happened & told me to call the manager Neil on Friday. So I called on Saturday AND Sunday & have yet to receive a phone call. I really hope this isn’t how you treat your customers & their family pets. I’ve taken my dog to the groomers there handful of time & never had a problem like this before, I’ve actually gotten complements on my dog before on how great she was while getting her nails cut. When I took my dog home, she was being weird & not her crazy self. She was skittish & didn’t want to be around my husband & I. I never expected for this to happen for I always loved going to PetSmart with my dog but after this incident I will not be recommending anyone to take there dog to the groomers!

So I went to this pet smart today for my new puppy so I need supply’s for him. I didn’t know where the dog food was so I asked this lady there. She was rude had a bad attitude and wasn’t helpful! she’s tall with glass and black hair. If you go to this pet smart go somewhere else or steer clear from here. Terrible experience!
