My landlord has had a contract with Ozane for years. Theyre always so pleasant & always come within the time they say they will. Brian came out today - preventative spray for the pesky ants that start coming this time of year. Its great to have someone that will answer any questions but will also hold a small conversation with you. It makes it nicer as youre inviting a stranger into your home. Thank you Brian

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Waiting months for service!!!! Terrible misinformation, no follow up which was desperately needed. I would AVOID this company all together however management company has contract with them. That in itself is suspicious because other homeowners have had a terrible experience as well. Your response that you CALL back is absolutely NOT true! Woman who answered when we called insisted there were call backs and follow ups. Until she was asked what number she called!!!! She could not even find our number! Finally Tech came after waiting weeks, he spent 5 minutes in our home, said YEP you’re getting swarmed with termites but swarming season is over so it won’t happen again. He promised following week there would be an application applied to entire exterior. That never happened and I’ve been swarmed 11 times since he was here. No phone call! No follow up! NOTHING!

I had a carpenter bee problem and was very nervous because I heard how hard they are to get rid of, Ozane came one time, one application and they are gone! Very satisfied with the service!

Fantastic service

My home is an ant magnet. We are always getting ants around our sink in the kitchen. I’ve tried all the supermarket finds but they just never work for very long. I finally gave up and I looked around online for a professional. I signed up for a program that specifically targets just my troublesome ants and I now have peace of mind that I don’t have these creepy crawlies around my kitchen anymore.

I called them because of the reviews they have recieved but they never showed up to even make an estimate price. Someone was suppose to arrive from 9-11am and its currently 2pm. At least they could have called me to reschedule or cancel but nothing was done.I called the second time yesterday before you guys closed around 4:15 to be exact to ask if you guys charge for someone to come out to do an estimate. She said no and that it was free . So I said okay i will see you guys tomorrow and so did she . So i never cancelled or told anyone I hired someone else. I appreciated you guys calling me after I left this review to make it right but unfortunetly I couldnt wait any longer and had other important stuff to do. I received a text from Mike and was gonna text him back tomorrow morning. So I dont know what happened at your end because on my end I was expecting someone to come. By the way he never called me that he was on his way. I dont know if you guys got the wrong address or phone number.

Every spring I get these big fuzzy bees drilling holes into my front porch. Ive seen the truck in my neighborhood so I decided to give Ozane a call. They came and told me I had Carpenter Bees. They sold me an affordable treatment plan for the bees and instructed me how to prevent the problem in the future. Highly recommend their services.

My yard seems to be a breeding ground for mosquitoes. I began monthly yard treatments and the difference is amazing. I can finally enjoy my outdoor living space again.

I live in a rural woodsy area. Our yard is plagued by fleas and ticks. Even with treatment on our pets we still have to comb them for any invaders. We began regular yard treatments and we really see a difference.
