Would not recommend this title company. Person showed up late for signing then lied about how long it would take. Person showed no sensitivity to my situation. Person was supposed to be at my house at 2pm, didnt show up until 3:30 then said it wasnt their fault. No accountability ! The whole experience just left a real bad taste in my mouth. They must get a lot of referrals directly from the bank and as such have little regard for customer service. Stay away. Dont just accept the default title company that the bank sends you to. There are literally hundreds of title companies out there -- research and hire your own
