Ive had and older Shark Hot Pressure washer for a while and its been giving me trouble. I was recommended to bring it down to these guys. I couldnt be happier with that choice. Rich is a professional, he taught me a lot about what was going wrong with my machine and fixed it. There was a couple MISC problems that were easy fixes and he was kind enough to do those also. I was in need of a few accessories and they had everything there and was even kind enough to give me a Hose Reel! Plus they even UPS items out of their warehouse which is great if you are veer in need of items. This will be the only place i take my pressure washers to from here on out. everyone is the office was a pleasure to deal with also and they seem to be running a great operation! thanks again Atlantic Coast.

The company I work for uses Atlantic coast for our service and repairs on our machines. Every time I go there they are very professional and pleasant. I can make one trip there and I know that when I leave the issue is fixed. If they find something else wrong, they bring it to my attention and ask if I want it fixed. I always have them fix what ever it is because I know that they are not try to scam me or take advantage. They are honest and they have 99% of the parts I need in stock. We used other companys in the past and it was a hassle just trying to get parts. Sometimes the other companies would Not fix the issue and I would have to make multiple trips just for one small problem. Other times they would try to sells us parts and services we did not need.I am very happy with Atlantic Coast, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs work on their pressure washer.

Wish I found these guys earlier. I bought a waste oil burner. Had it installed professionally. Always had problems. Kept having to press the reset button. Others tried a lot of things and I spent a lot of money with no real improvement. Sometimes it would run for a few days. Sometimes for a few hours. Rich stayed concerned with my problem. He didnt take the money and leave. He called back and stopped by to continue to analyze the problem. Finally came up with a design problem which the company refuses to acknowledge. His modification has had it running for several months with no more issues. He made it a personal. He needed to get it fixed. He is a talented tech with many skills.
