My friend told me about this “NEW PACK N SHIP EXPRESS” store on Route 166 in Stella Towne Center in Toms River. I needed some documents to be notarized and overnight mail to Florida it was Saturday and FedEx and UPS pickup already done, The owner of the store not only notarized my documents, but scan and email it to me and my closing agent in Florida plus call FedEx for another pickup so my documents can get to my agent in Florida by Monday. It was life saving experience. He even didn’t charge for Scan and Email service. Thank you

Customer beware! I was just charged $30 to have 3 copies of the same document notarized. It sounded a bit much to me, so when I checked the fee online for New Jersey its $2.50 per copy. Theres another store about a mile away that I called (after) to ask how much they charge for 3 copies - $15. Please call around for fees before having anything notarized at this place. Know that you can also report to the State with supporting documents (I did). Luckily for me I was missing information on my other documents because I would have been charged $50 for 5 copies - Total RIP OFF!!!

I walk in with a pair of skis. I said hello 3 times, never once did he say hello. We said we have an account, he threw the paperwork at us to fill out. He measured the skis for package and wanted $40 the package. I told that’s outrageous, he said he needs to make a living. So we left, went to a beautiful office in Brick. Helpful, friendly, professional and packaging was $12. Beware of this location!!!!

$10 for a notary public?? Wow.... Well bring our business somewhere else.

Once need to return a package back to South Korea, it was under 1 pound. They told me it would cost $250Crazy…The website I ordered from gave me a shipping label for $16

Speaking strictly from the mailbox end, the business owner runs a reliable service he knows his customers well and watches out for them. I dont know any other establishment that works so well. If you need a mailbox I would highly recommend their services. If he does so well in this end of the business I feel confident in saying he performs ALL services the same way.

I have been going here for five years,and ship items out at least once a week as of lately.The gentleman that works there is always friendly,and helpful. He runs a reliable service,and as I’ve seen he does his job without error.Which are great traits,especially around such a busy holiday season.

Just left New Pack N Ship Express. I will drive out of my way next time to not go there again. Employee had a major attitude like I was bothering him as he spoke to someone else. Im sure they were talking about me as I left but could not understand them it was not English. Its a shame because I noticed the place had a lot of features I could use.

Called prior to driving several miles to verify they could notarize. They said yes so I proceeded there, but I was warned by store that they close at 630pm even though Google maps says 700pm. Got there at 623pm and they nitpicked about things in my document that banks and other notaries do not. I would not recommend for notary use, also try not to go during last business hour they might not be there, when you get there.

Always use this place for sending anything I have out. Very reliable and good service.
