I had an iPhone6s plus phone that was severely water damaged, wasn’t turning on at all, I put the phone in rice, did everything I could, I had a lot of important and memorable photos on the phone that I was hoping to save and take off the phone because I never backed the data up in iCloud, i couldn’t get the phone to have any life so I came across this computer store, within a week Dante was able to get the phone working again and I now have ALL my photos! Not to mention the phone turns on and the touch screen works! Highly recommend!

Needed a cracked screen on an Android replaced. Phone was dead. Found this place on Google about 45 minutes from my home. I went there. I was told that the screen for my old Samsung Galaxy S6 was difficult to find. He made some calls and found a supplier who had one in stock and agreed to overnight it to Computer Hospital. This was yesterday morning. Unfortunately the screen never showed up. I drove back to the place today. He was kind (and savvy) enough to send one of his employees to go pick up a screen somewhere. She got back with a brand new screen. They installed it. Phone worked. I was thrilled!!! If you have any computer, phone, laptop or desktop you MUST go to the Computer Hospital in Toms River NJ. They had my computer for 4 days. They found nothing wrong with it. I took it home went on youtube and diagnosed it myself. It was thermal throttling because of a bad cooling system on the CPU. I took the old one out and put a new one in. Problem solved. Thanks for taking my money and doing nothing. I wouldnt recommend this place.

I had a computer screen that’s cracked. I gave the deposit and an old computer I had that was going to cover it in full. Over 1 month goes by and they tell me they want hundreds of dollars more. They took a screen from an old model computer that didn’t fit in my computer. One corner kept falling out. I tried contacting them and I received nothing. This place scammed me. Now I had to pay $500 to get it fixed again at Geek Squad in Brick! Very very upsetting to me. They respond with I never paid my balance. That’s funny to me because they told me that I was paid in full when I originally dropped off the computer. Months go by and they want hundreds of dollars more. That’s not the way it works. You can’t tell somebody a certain price and then after weeks of having my computer (excuse after excuse) say “we removed your screen and it’s now shattered we couldn’t put it back in if we wanted to. it’s going to cost you $300 more.” After months they put an older computers screen back In there and still wanted more money. It never fit right. This was almost six weeks later. About one week having it back the screen popped out. I took it to geek squad and they had it fixed two weeks later. So you can tell me it’s shady all you want. You stole a laptop from me and money from me. What’s shady is the work you do. Absolute disgrace . Shame on you for scamming me.

Awesome awesome awesome! I have a Nexus 6P phone and I needed my battery replaced. I first tried a different local company and they could not replace my battery and cracked the back of my phone in the process. Dante at Computer Hospital fixed it no problem and replaced the piece the other company broke. Very happy and will go back and highly recommend. Superior customer service as well.
