Grey place to buy restaurant supplies, usually they have just about everything! Of you need cheese, there are more than 50 different options. You could buy vegetables, cheese, meat, sauces, a bit of everything. Make sure to take a jacket! Because its pretty cold.

Went to take a load. Took Over 10 Hrs To unload the trailer. Never had to wait so long to get unloaded since I started driving. Very unprofessional.

Best place to buy all restaurants related stuff under 1 roof and on economical price but some stuff are expensive than other stores like Walmart heb kroger

For us truck drivers. There is no overnight parking as it is gated at night! You can head south till the high way ends and look for a place called buhos bar there seems to be truck parking with a bunch couple of Mexican food stands.

Went yesterday for supplies; first purchase visit. Mostly positive experience but recommend you check expiration dates on products. Picked up flour tortillas that had an expiration date of August 6, but still on the shelf here at the end of September, thus the three stars. Only one checker working, so bit of a wait to check out like others have expressed.

Usually 1 cashier and 3 other employees standing around the cashier with a line of about 3-4 people waiting to checkout is the common scene here during checkout. Open another register. People are packed in lines and you want social distancing and masks on. How about making checkout faster?

Fantastic!! I love the great selection of items at a reasonable price. Every single item I bought is of great quality and taste. The Churros are delicious and they have multiple flavors! They also have great selection of cheeses from all over the world. The only down is I wish they had more employees on the floor available to assist you. I only saw a handful through out the entire warehouse, not enough. Other than that everything was fine and the bathrooms were immaculate.

Tomball RD is by far the best of the franchise. The best thing about this location is that most of the products are clearly labeled and marked. And if I need help the clerks dont run and scatter. There is ALWAYS someone to help. BRAVO!!!!

Asked for assistance to see if it had arrived, Krystal was already assisting someone but handled that customer and myself perfectly. She was able to assist me with the yeast quickly. Drivers beware!! Took them 12 hours to unload. They blame it on the broker, broker blames it on them.

On Sunday around 1:30 pm I went to this establishment located at 249 in Tomball Houston Texas wanting to buy cheff shirts but I do not know how to enter because I am not a member and the company I work for handles very large volumes . but on more than one occasion I have recommended this company to various restaurateurs, indicating that it would be a good solution to reduce costs. I have almost 30 years of experience and I have never been banned from entering an establishment of restaurant organization, and even less when I met so many companies to which they were recommended, the person at the door tells me it is a corporate law, as Will you make more clients with a corporate decision as is? a customer of this same company Restaurant Depot, I facilitate the entry with your card, saying the same that is absurd. I hope this comment leads to the ears of who really makes these absurd decisions, since before always and could buy the same items and paid in the same way.

Needing help finding a product?Better go to the front of the store. The receiving product manager needs some serious customer service training. I understand why they keep him hidden in the back as far away from the customers as possible.Needing to purchase more product than that which was stocked on the shelf, I looked around for help. I had the misfortune of asking an employee at a computer located at the rear of the store for assistance. Stepping a couple of feet inside a large room, much like that of the downtown store that houses additional produce, I was shocked at being yelled at by a person that I latter discovered was a receiving manager. He started ranting “get out get out.. can’t you read?” Don’t ever come in here!...Mind you I am only a few steps inside a large unmarked doorway that looked like a part of the store. He kept after me, belittling and ridiculing me, even as I had turned around and was walking out.... I told him that I was sorry I did not see any indications not to enter, but that didn’t matter... he kept at me. I asked him where the sign was. Oh yes, there was a small undetectable sign to the right side of the door .... wait for it .... hidden behind the large pallet rack. After I told him there was no need to be so rude, he refused to help me even to the point of outright lying to a forklift driver saying that they did not have any more of what I needed. ..Later... I was advised by a very helpful forklift driver that there were several pallets of what I needed at the front of the store.I must say I have done business for many years with the downtown store and I have always been treated with the utmost respect and dignity, that should be shown to all customers. It is truely a shame that the other employees at this particular store should be judged by one rotten apple.

They have a very small selection of fresh meat only frozen meat. They said its because they are not as centralized as the other locations. If youre not going to operate as a regular Restaurant Depot close down. Dont waste your time here because youll end up having to go to another location.

How could you be selling meat thats past its freeze date by 10 days. Most meat in there is already turning color and horrible selection on ribeye. I will continue shopping at the location on 20th street. Only thing I liked was how clean the place was looks great but I will not get a customer sick due to bad meat.
